Frumos, este loc si de mai bine.

Mic dejun bogat, dar ar trebui mai variat. In fiecare zi aceleasi feluri.

La hotel de patru stele ar trebui mai multa curatenie si grija pentru reparatiile ce trebuie facute de la un sezon la altul. Camera de depozitat bagajul murdara, in baia din apartament cabina de dus nu este etansa iar in dormitor plasa de tantari era rupta. Mai multa grija in balcon, nu prea iti vine sa stai pe acele sezlonguri sau sa pui pe ele rufe la uscat. Mi s-a parut cam mare indiferenta pentru pretul sejurului.

O experiență plăcută Curățenie, personal amabil și priveliște frumoasă la micul dejun.

Ne-a plăcut foarte mult personalul și priveliștea de la micul dejun de la acest hotel, de aceea am revenit și cel mai probabil când mai ajung in Constanța tot aici am să mă cazez. Camerele sunt spațioase și curate, lenjeria de pat se schimba cam la 3 zile, iar prosoapele zilnic, daca ai nevoie. Mulțumim de primire! Cu siguranță mai revenim.

Totul a fost conform așteptărilor.

Dezamagitor! Murdar! Bătaie de joc!

Nimic!!!!! Dezamăgitor!

Impactul principal cu doamna de la recepție pe care am sunat o din fata hotelului sa întreb unde putem sa parcam ținând cont că la facilități scrie foarte clar că au parcare gratuita fara rezervare, eu specificasem in rezervarea mea că vreau parcare și mi s a răspuns pe un ton, mai că nu m a luat la palme că nu au că orașul este foarte aglomerat! După ce m am revoltat ...a găsit, duduia! Ne a ținut 20 de min la recepție pt că veniseră câteva persoane să achite niste rezervări peste două săptămâni.... De a dreptul împuțit! Mirosul de cum calci la recepție! Mocheta ,canapele jegoase. In camera nici lenjerie completa n am avut , a trebuit să solicităm ceva de acoperit. Mic dejun de proasta calitate..... Daca pentru aceasta cazare plăteam 180 de lei , era vine ! Daca am platit 470 de lei și am avut parte de așa ceva este dezamagitor.

Mâncarea a fost foarte bună, camera a arătat decent.

Apa caldă vine după aproximativ 20 de minute de așteptare, parcarea cam restrânsă și aglomerată. Condițiile nu sunt de 4 stele.

Good price, breakfast on top floor with port view, private parking, friendly staff, good location. Recommended for business trips.

Rooms a bit old, lights in room also bit old and not convenient. However this totally ok considering price, parking could be full even hotel is not fully booked

Mic dejun foarte bogat. Satisface orice mofturos. Doamnele de aici fac o cafea super bună și sunt foarte amabile! Curățenia este ireproșabilă! Mulțumesc mult pentru tot

Excepțional!

Hotelul e aproape de centru, camera e superbă, iar personalul e foarte amabil. Și micul dejun a fost bun: fructe, ouă, iaurturi, mezeluri și cereale, iar terasa oferă o priveliște superbă.

Superb

delicious breakfast friendly staff who tried to make the time as plasant as possible. Hotel is very close to downtown and beach. the view out of the window is georgious.

Unfortunately there is a night club near by. So we heard club music almost all night long. The hotel itself is great but the club in the neighborhood was very loud.

Good

No clean bed sheets in 7 days, ash tray on the balcony from the previous tourists (I do not smoke), the elevator was not verified (the due date was passed) and it got blocked. Even though it is close to city center, I would not recommend it as a 4 stars hotel. The pesonnel was ok 🙂

The proximity to the City center and the fact that is surprinsingly quiet, despite it is near a main road and it has a ballroom nearby.

Great staff and big room but sadly broken air conditioning meant I had to leave

Staff were great - refunded my money without any trouble. Room was spacious.

Air conditioning was not working at all in the hotel. It was so hot I had to check out after a few hours and find somewhere else to stay. The staff said it was a temporary problem, but if you feel the heat it might be worth checking if the air conditioning is working before you book! Also, the hotel has limited parking, some of which is taken up with their own function cars.

- Excellent location. (Close to the beach and city center). - Super comfortable beds & soft pillows. - Big room & a big balcony. - Very decent prices for the minibar. - Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. - Breakfast (which was very good) on the rooftop restaurant was a bonus. We will definitely return! ☺️

A good example of “bang for your buck”

Very clean and spacious room.

We went for a concert but couldn’t check in after midnight so we had to go to the hotel first wich was a bit of a hassle logistic-wise.

Horrible experience - party till 4 AM on the top floor

The staff was nice and at least tried to be helpful. The breakfast was nice.

The roaring party at the top floor on account of which we could not sleep until 4 AM. This type of hotel policy to book for a party and not worn the other guests is one of the main reasons we avoid going to Romanian resorts. Even if the hotel was nice, it amounts to nothing when you cannot sleep on account of the horrible noise. I did not book it to stay up till 4, with earphones, and still hearing them scream and shout.

There is a place that from outside does not promise a different experience but when you open the entrance door.,all is beautiful..from building to staff, everything is great! Special thanks and greetings to the lady from the 5th floor that takes care of breakfast! Very tasty breakfast and a wonderful beachfront view. I will return with and without my kids. This place fits to all🤗
