Lovely accommodation for a great price and very helpful host

property was spacious even with a large group, clean with clear instructions on different situations. host provided sufficient information to make the stay problem free. There was a lovely seating area outside the house

Two of the bathrooms needed locks but this was a minor issue compared with the other provisions the property had to offer

This house was exactly what we needed as a base for a weekend in Cardiff to attend a family wedding.

Comfy bedrooms. Three smart bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Sunny private back garden with the scent of herbs and outdoor seating for all of us. All basic essentials like loo roll, shower gel, washing-up liquid etc provided.

Parking was tricky when we first arrived, but we soon discovered that there were normally spaces on the street to the side.

Great for a large group

Group of 12 of us stayed for a hen weekend, and there was plenty of space for us. Everything was clean, and the house was well equiped with towels, plates, bowls, etc. Cathy was very quick to respond to any questions and really helpful. House is close enough to walk or get a quick cab into the city centre. Would definitely recommend!

Great place nicely decorated

It was modernised and has plenty of room in perfect distance from town, and close too a local pub called the Croft who’s beer is cheap and food is amazing :)! Loads of bedrooms showers and water great nice and strong and red hot :)!

There was a smell in the kitchen and flys everywhere in the kitchen we’d get rid of them then boom they’d be back next day

Great house, perfect location

Cathy was very quick to answer our questions. The house is spacious and had a nice little garden. The location is perfect for seeing Cardiff or as a base for heading farther afield in Wales. The house was well-stocked with mundane items; towels, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, coffee, etc.

There were a couple of broken latches on the bathroom doors but that’s being nit-picky. Not much to complain about.

Excellent host

Great location, clean and spacious property. Only a 10 minute taxi from the centre of Cardiff. Plenty of clean towels and fresh bedding throughout the whole house. Comfortably catered for all 10 of my party. Cathy was always on hand via mobile for any further information leaving you feel at ease from start to finish.

Amazing host! Beautiful and spacious clean home. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved how spacious and clean the property was. The decor was fresh and bright and clean which made it feel like an actual holiday home. The host Cathy was amazing and answered all of my questions straight away but also provided us with plenty of information which was helpful during our stay. Thank you so much!!

The only fault was the bunk bed was quite noisy as my Lil one was sleeping on the top bunk. I had to tell him to try and keep still a lot.
