I'd been sleeping in a tent, so I was needing a bed and walls.
Room had been cleaned but it is grubby. Flyscreens all had holes, some windows had no screen. No table nor anywhere to put clothing.

The location was fine.
Cabin 17 is a very dated cabin. Fast dripping tap was attended to at our request. As soon as we used it again it continued to drip right next to the bunk bed. There were no blankets available to add to the warmth. Just thin doonas. Air conditioner very old, not serviced so smelly when we attempted to warm the cabin. Another small heater was used but it cut out after 15 minutes when the safety switch on an extention board clicked in. I appreciated the assistance of the young worker at reception. She was very professional and agreed to refund two nights we wished to cancel.

I liked the location and the quietness of the place
The cabin was a bit old and dated and could do with some maintenance and upgrading.
3.5 / 5.0
The friendliness of staff. the laid back feeling of the park overall.
The cabin in the second night stay had a light but it didnt work

cabins for pets are terrific - having small fenced outside space is great and the off leash dog run is wonderful .. so pets well catered for ..
the cabin itself is very small - no place to put a suit case - i had to leave it on the sink .. when sitting on the look cannot close the door and shower was a bit old and not ideal for someone with mobility issues .. dont think i would stay again

Not to pricey and relatively quiet location not far from town.
Cabin/caravan could do with some updates. Especially in the bathroom area. Not that much space, so ideal for short stays, as a place just to crash. Noise/quietness depending on neighbours.

Being a bit out of town it offered some security given the media exposure to local issues

Friendly staff, very helpful and polite
Walls of the room were a bit old and stained, could do with a new paint job.

New toilet, sink, kitchen benchtop, electrical fittings were all appreciated. Time to overhaul the shower & TV reception next. Cabin 8 perfect for my needs. Pool excellent.
Sensor light outside room not working properly. TV remote works intermittently & held together by duck tape.

location is quiet and out of town which is great. Staff are helpful and friendly. Laundry is great. Shower pressure was fantastic and with hot water. Internet worked good. Staff flexible with changing check out date. Aircon works fantastic.
I stayed in a $110 a night room. Pretty overpriced for what you get. Would consider staying elsewhere next time or paying extra for a $130 a night room. There were ants in the room and I had to go out and buy ant bait. Even saw 2 cockroach’s + a lizard. Additionally the room smelt awful on arrival and had to go out and buy an air freshener. Smelt like heavy chemical use. When emptying the sink the water leaks out onto the floor. Shower has stains on the wall - possibly mould. No soap holder in shower. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and the bathroom ‘blind’ is see through from the outside. Room is pretty run down and more like a shipping container with bolts all over the place and marks on the wall. TV also only worked on about 5 channels and sometimes cut out. The sheets also had stains on them.

I liked the friendly manner that the young girl checked us in. She was so helpful with our booking from booking.com
The bathroom was a little small with a toilet that made it cramped to dry yourself. However, it was really clean and had everything there, the design was a little off.
