Great location very pleasant stay!

Excellent peaceful and will stay again. Staff were wonderful

The breakfast and view every morning from the breakfast area were breathtaking. Wifi very good. Pool amazing. A plus is that it’s way out of town from the hustle n bustle.

The road to get there is not your fault but was nerve wracking when oncoming cars were approaching

Decent but overpriced

The views are excellent overlooking the port of Serifos and Livadakia beach. The rooms were nicely decorated and there is parking space for the car. The rooms were cleaned every day and a pool available. Decent breakfast with coffee.

For what is offered the place is overpriced (starting price 220€ - going to 340€ +). We talk about decent and clean rooms, but they are charged like a boutique hotel. The double room we initially stayed couldn’t cool down with the air conditioning. The owner could keep the volume down a bit when talking about customers with her staff. The kitchenette could be a bit better equipped (e.g. bottle opener, etc) and bottle of waters offered.

Breakfast was decent, the 3 days the orange juice was fresh, the 4th day it was a mix.

Definitely not value for money. We paid 315€ per night! Extreme amount for what it was! We were not even offered to have help with the luggages and when we asked for it, it sounded strange to the staff. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The interior design, 90s. The rooms 3 steps down the earth, long like in a cave and dark. The rooms were clean.

Relaxing and peaceful. Delicious breakfast and very helpful owners/staff.

Nothing. The distance from the port may be an issue for some but we were expecting it and arranged transfers at the beginning and end of our stay.

Wonderful hotel, calm and beautiful view and pool

Super Nice hotel with very nice rooms, amazing environment, pool and view. Also very calm. A dream! A great team, very friendly people. Great location closed to the pier, ferry, small beach underneath the hotel. it is better to have a car but it is accessible by foot.

The view and the peace and quiet Lovely clean and spacious rooms Friendly staff on site and providing very good breakfast Pool was lovely - cleaned every day - good solid sun beds and towels provided Shuttle to and from port Would recommend to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet

It is a good 20-25 minute walk to the port ( which we guessed before booking) so transport is necessary - but ample parking is provided The setting lends itself to having drinks and snacks available - would recommend that even a fridge with an honest box would work - the pool and view were there to enjoy, but had to bring own supplies Cost is high

Everything : the wonderful view from the hotel, the breakfast, the kindness and availability of the owner, 25 min by walk from the city center and very quiet ! I recommend.

Belvedere was almost up to our expectations but not quite. As the name says the view and the location are great. Our room (nr. 10) was very big, functional but also dark and hot like an oven.

...it seemed impossible to cool the room down. I didn't see one tree on the property - maybe 4 umbrellas around the pool, so there is hardly any shade. The pool hours from 11:00 to 20:00 are ridiculous, those are pretty much the hours when we don't need it, as we are at the beach or out. From 8:00 to 23:00 would be much more reasonable - after getting up / before going to bed. In general Belvedere is lacking a bit of flair.

Seaview accommodation to relax away from the hustle

The accommodations were better than i expected and the view was fabulous. This was a last minute trip and this happened to be one of the only accommodations left on the island; I'm glad.

I wished they had refreshments by the pool side

very nice view, customer service was excellent, very friendly and polite, the room was very clean.

the road leading to the apartment can be rough for non experienced drivers, the room could be a bit bigger
