Rent our lakefront cottage on Spider Lake with 60 feet of private beach with an absolutely beautiful setting, christened by gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. It's less than 11. 5 miles from downtown Traverse City, and there's year-round availability for rental in any season of the year.

Enjoy this amazing city by staying right downtown in this beautiful luxury condo! You will love the fresh, clean feel of this newer condo with a full kitchen. Walk out the door and you're in downtown Saugatuck -- right at the park and the Saugatuck Center for the Arts. You can walk anywhere downtown in less than 5 minutes.

- Minimum age for renting is 25 years of age.

Only minutes away, there are many restaurants, abundant public parking next to the condo, a spot designated for parking in front, along with an elevator to make it even more accessible.

Enjoy coffee in the morning on the 3rd story deck overlooking the Art Center, with a side view of the water. The main floor has another small, shaded deck with a table and two chairs -- a perfect spot for breakfast. The upper deck is great for laying out in the sun (it faces east for the morning, rising sun), or relaxing at night.

The coffee maker is a Keurig that has a single cup option and a full pot option. We stock ground coffee for our guests but feel free to bring your own and you will need to bring your own K-cups.

The interior accommodations are brand new as well. For the sleeping arrangements, it has three bedrooms with queen size mattresses, closet and drawer space, and air conditioning in each room. There's also a pull out couch with a queen mattress in the main floor.

You can also enjoy using the original Nintendo. The tv is a smart tv so you can login to all your apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Additionally, we have yard games for use at the beach or parks close by and board games.

- Coffee, filters, cups, glasses, bowls, plates, saucers, wine glasses, coffee cups
- Pots and pans and baking dishes
- Silverware and cooking utensils along with steak knives
- Bath towels, hand towels
- Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer
- Sheets, pillows and blankets
- Paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher

When booking with us, you get a list of recommended restaurants, bars and entertainment.

There's another condo directly next door, and we can potentially accommodate more guests and larger parties by booking the neighboring properties -- also on VRBO. Please inquire if your group is larger than eight, or if you want additional bedrooms or privacy.

Great location! Right in the downtown area. We didn’t need to drive anywhere except the beach. Everything we needed for a little vacation was there, especially in the kitchen. When we did have a question, Brenden was quick to reply. Would stay here again.

The space worked well for our two night stay. Three couples. Good beds. A couple of suggestions: hooks on backs of bedroom and bath doors, screens in bedroom windows, 6 dr chairs, bathroom door doesnt shut with ease.

Great condo and as described. Awesome location + easy parking. Stayed with my parents, husband, and toddler and was a nice size for the group of 5. From the toddler perspective the condo worked well - nice, clean tub; easy to make toddler friendly (the stairs were the only thing we had to watch - no sharp corners or breakables otherwise we were worried about); bedroom with just one window (easy to black-out); elevator access if needed.Though we didn't use, we noticed that there was a pack-n-play available to borrow. Good communication w/ host.

This place was wonderful. The location was perfect, located within walking distance of so many stores. The condo had everything we needed and was just the place for three moms to get away for the weekend. The beds were comfortable and and the view was great too. Brendan was very responsive. We spent two nights downtown close to literally everything. Park across the street was easy access for our fur babies. Our favorite restaurants close by and standing on the patio looking out at the bay. Our only wish was that it would’ve be 70 degrees, lol. We loved this property! Perfect location, walking distance to anything and everything! Also ample/close parking. The unit had everything we needed for a fun girls weekend. The beds were all super comfy- slept great! We had a blast playing the Nintendo. Thanks again! We will be back! :)

What a great place to stay during a winter storm! Our family stayed at the condo for a birthday celebration in January. A major winter storm came through during our stay. The condo had a great selection of board games and Nintendo which kept us busy at night. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment which made breakfast prep easy. The location was great. The town of Saugatuck cleared the sidewalks and roads early in the morning and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Brenden is a great communicator and shared plenty of information on places to eat and things to do.

This was the second (or third) time we have stayed at this property. It is exactly as advertised and Brenden could not be more accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring downtown Saugatuck and outfitted with everything one might need for a quick - or extended - trip! Will be back again!

Our family was in Saugatuck for a wedding which took place right next to this rental. It could not have been closer! The rental was clean and in a great location for shopping and going to restaurants. We didn't need to use our car as we were able to walk everywhere. Brenden was super helpful and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for a wedding at Coghlin Park and the reception at Saugatuck Center for the Arts! We had the bridal party in for Hair & Makeup & Brunch, and there was plenty of room and seating for 17 of us, and the light and breezes pouring in from the big patio windows was perfect! Beds were super comfy, nice touch to have a Keurig/drip coffee maker combo! Brendan was communicative and helpful in answering all my crazy questions about flower delivery and ceremony arch storage. I could not have been happier! Thanks so much Brendan!

We were confident in a most satisfying experience before we even checked in based on the excellent communication with the property manager. Brendon was quick to respond, provided us with a lengthy list of restaurants and other attractions, and allowed us an early check in. The condo was clean, well laid out, and most importantly, made the town totally walkable and intimate. It’s most appealing to enjoy a bottle of wine at a dining establishment literally steps from home! It’s for sure a great place to stay!

Brenden is a great host and his place downtown is SUPER nice ! It looks just like the pictures. The bathrooms are really nice and up to date and the kitchen is too. It is private and cozy and quiet. But just one block from downtown shops, restaurants and the river. It's a great base camp CONDO for exploring the area. We loved it and you will too.
