It's okay.

Lack of sound proofing in the room. Too much noises coming from unit above, hallway, and stairway.

Stay here if you are in Manila - superb staff, great restaurant, value for money, and Breakfast!

The hotel was an incredible value for money with superb facilities, staff and the wonderful food! Our best meal in the Phillipines was the evening meal, and the breakfast - OMG! What a super selection. The manager Aggie was very attentive, and the rest of the staff were so well trained and very polite. The pool was pristine and we enjoyed the day while waiting for our departing flight that evening. Definitely stay here if you want to be near(ish) airport. They even arranged a Grab car for us. Well done!

Holy week shirt getaway

We liked the pretty lobby and the staff that are very approachable and friendly. We also liked that the place isnt crowded.

Our room was small but I guess its their normal room size .

a Boutique-like hotel. Nice beddings, ambiance and vibe

Breakfast offers, Veranda staff not that attentive to bust out plates and not that welcoming. Rooms are not so sound proof as outside noise u can hear it too loudly.

Hier würden wir NIE wieder buchen!

Wir hatten das Hotel ausgewählt wegen seiner Nähe zum internationalem Flughafen Manila (wir hatten einen frühen Abflug) und der Angabe, es würden Flughafen-Transfers angeboten. Als wir Abends ankamen, wurde uns gesagt, es müsse erst geprüft werden, ob ein Fahrer überhaupt verfügbar sei. Nach langen Diskussionen wurde unser Transfer dann endlich bestätigt. Aber wir müssen verhältnismäßig viel Geld dafür zahlen: 1.500 Peso. Die Aussagen, wie lange wir zum Terminal brauchen, waren völlig falsch und widersprüchlich. Wodurch wir viel zu früh auf dem Flughafen waren - nicht sonderlich schlimm, aber guter Service sieht anders aus. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war fürchterlich, tote, große Insekten lagen rum, die Air-Condition war sehr, sehr laut - kurzum: wir hatten keine gute Nacht.

I enjoyed and my family likes it just for a short time. I might come back and stay longer.

More variants. I asks the cook/chef if he can make me an omellete he said he can't only what is serve thats only the choices. The front desk is accommodating and friendly.

It was a good and wonderful stay except for the poor WiFi connection.

Breakfast is excellent and location is great. Drug store, Chow King,Jolibee n other restaurants just walking distance.Big Catholic church is also close by.The staff are all very warm and friendly.

The poor WiFi connection especially in the room.They have to improve it.

Very nice staff.

This is an upscale property about 8 km from the airport. Because of the traffic at the time, it still took 45 minutes to reach the hotel. I thought it was beachfront, or at least on the sea, but the sea is some distance away. Hotel staff is very nice. The restaurant is good. Breakfast was very good, and the food served at dinner was very tasty. The air-conditioning and hot water were just right.

The wi-fi was intermittent. Luckily I had purchased a roaming package from my service provider. We had taken our swimsuits, but the pool is so small, we were discouraged.

Very good

The staff were the friendliest and always there to help. 1. When I asked help for my connection for work, I received the assistance in less than 3 minutes. 2. The waiter was so friendly and helpful when he offered us the menu while swimming. He was all smiles. 3. During breakfast, the receptionist greeted us with a warm good morning and assisted us. The breakfast was good. Enough and good variety. 4. We were able to use the pool exactly until 10pm. The staff allowed us and even engaged in a fun conversation. 5. All cleaners/staff warmly greeted us and always ask if there's anything we need. 6. During check out, I was asked for my feedback. The receptionist was receptive even if I raised 1 concern - not kid friendly menu. The experience was very very pleasant and enjoyable.

1. Not kid friendly menu - while swimming, kids would love fries or nachos, more pasta options. 2. A bit pricey. Bfast is for 800+/head.

The hotel room was good but disappointed overall with the airport shuttle and lack of organisation.

We stayed here for one night, didn’t get a chance to use any of the facilities except for breakfast. Breakfast was ok, but you have to pay extra for barista coffee. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable.

They state free airport shuttle on the website. We were told this is incorrect and we will have to pay for an airport shuttle. We waited for nearly an hour at the airport for pick up and had to call the hotel 3 times to remind them. We had arranged for the airport shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning but there was no driver or shuttle available even though we had told them a few days before and reminded them the night before. This was very stressful.

Overall staff were pleasant and had great customer service. Location is near restaurants, food during breakfast and even the ala carte menu is great!!! Nice hotel in the middle of city noise.

Noise outside the room. Some from guests (which was understandable as there was an event) but some were from hotel employees.
