The lovingly and faithfully restored half-timbered house has 6 apartments, all with their own access, private entrance and large terrace with wooden furniture and pillows. All bedroom windows can be darkened. The half-timbered facade with stylish wooden windows, the luxurious fully equipped with antique elements guarantee a rest in the touch of bygone times.
The apartment No. 6 (74 m²) is located on the garden side of the house with its own access to the terrace (32 m²) and parking space. The south-west terrace is paved, has a barbecue, white wooden furniture and seat cushions. Ball lights ensure a romantic atmosphere in the blue hour from 9 pm to midnight.
The apartment No. 6 extends over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with kitchen and adjoining dining area. Over the antique wooden table with 4 chairs sits a beautiful dimmable chandelier with 12 lights. There is a comfortable sofa and plenty of pillows overlooking the 48 "flat screen TV. For individual room sound, there is a music system with CD player, USB and Bluetooth.
The high gloss built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is two-line with a cooking island. Fridge incl. The freezer, sink and dishwasher are on one side and the lighted display cabinet shines with crockery and glasses. The stove with ceramic hob and Tastbedienung, an oven and two base cabinets with drawers form the cooking island. , The kitchen equipment is complete with pots and pans and all necessary utensils for cooking such as: potato masher, can opener, corkscrew, peeler, blender, wooden spoon, garlic press, decent knives, etc.
A Saeco coffee machine plus a separate milk frother conjure a perfect cappuccino. In addition, there is a filter coffee machine, a kettle and toaster. The dishes and cutlery are for 12 people so that the dishwasher can also be fed. There are also espresso cups, coffee cups, cereal bowls and antique serving bowls and plates.

Next to the wardrobe and interior lighting is a spacious dresser with drawers. A nostalgic glass bowl and an additional table lamp with dimmed light provide a feel-good atmosphere.
Second BEDROOM. with two single beds (90x200) each a bedside table with reading lamp, in between a round fluffy carpet, in the middle of an antique wardrobe with interior lighting and plenty of storage space, between the beds a glass console with large mirror and make-up stool.
The beds are fresh with great sheets (per person per 2 pillows).
An internet connection via W-LAN is included in the price in all residential buildings. Washer and dryer and iron and ironing board can be shared.
