Family Reunion Paradise at Casa Blanca !
With the exceptional reception of Casa De Oasis we decided to build Casa Blanca Luxury Vacation Rental. These two spectacular properties sit side by side at the end of a quiet road at the base of Silly Mountain including phenomenal views of the Superstition mountains you cant go wrong for your next family reunion at either property.
Casa De Oasis (Home #1) has had an exceptional welcome into the vacation rental industry. With all 5 star reviews and myself "David" the host, you cant go wrong. I am a Premiere Partner with VRBO. That means I am the best of the best when it comes to hosting. (So they say) I encourage you to read the 100 plus 5 star reviews and the description of Casa De Oasis VRBO# 714052.
Casa Blanca is an architectural gem. This 2 story 6,900 sq feet modern contemporary masterpiece has been 5 years in the making. Multiple architects, structural and civil engineers collaborated together to make this one of the top homes at the Superstitions. Finding an architect to create a modern design with a southwest flair isn’t easy, so we had to employ a modern architect designer from Sonora Mexico. This Architect is well renown south of the border and has a creative modern design flair for Sonora modern contemporary.
As you walk into the home you can't miss the roaring 25 foot ceiling with wood beams that grid the top of the majestic ceiling. The 4 huge Big Air industrial size ceiling fans really make the space. With just a few steps your inside the sunken grand area that contains the main living room and 2 kitchens. Yes... I said 2 kitchens.
The main kitchen boasts one of the largest concrete islands that you have ever seen. in the middle of the island is large Honey Onyx light box imported from the mountains of Southern Turkey. The built in side by side refrigerator and freezer will sure to be a hit. Of course this kitchen is made for the gourmet chef in mind. Built in Oven and Convection oven microwave are there at your disposal. Make sure you notice the huge farmhouse copper sink (imported from Mexico) for all of your sinking needs. If you look above the pantry door you will notice a 50 inch television so you do not miss the game while you make some popcorn.
When you try to build a kitchen with 25 foot ceilings you can go cheap and try to make a statement with 42 inch upper cabinets. So we decided to have a professional trim carpenter build us 90 inch upper cabinets. This makes an impressive statement for your guests.
As you walk past the main kitchen you will notice the living room that is well appointed with 65 inch Tv. This is a great gathering area for all.
Sharing the same space as the main living room is the second kitchen. This is where the main dining room table is. This kitchen boasts its own dishwasher, fridge, copper sink and teppanyaki table. Did he just say TEPPANYAKI TABLE? Yes a 60 inch griddle with seating for 8 is ready for your attempt at culinary genius. This is one of the guests favorite features of Casa Blanca.
The main floor has 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. 3 of the main floor bedrooms have ensuites, (fancy word for their own bathrooms) as you walk up the open staircase its hard not to notice the beautiful iron stair rails build by one of the best blacksmiths in Mexico. As you enter the top of the stairs you cant miss the unbelievable view of the main floor area. Upstairs you will notice a mezzanine television area with a grand patio deck. Open the 12 foot patio doors and you will see 250 degree views of all of the mountains in the area. Superstition Mountain, Dinosaur mountain, Silly Mountain just to name a few. You are now overlooking the grounds of Casa De Oasis and Casa Blanca estates. This 500 sq foot patio is a great place to sip some coffee in the morning under the cantilevered patio roof.
As you pass the mezzanine off to the right is a queen bedroom with its own patio door to the patio deck and its own en-suite. As you continue down the hallway you will notice a coffee nook to the right. That was my idea because I am lazy and don't want to get coffee in the morning down stairs with the commoners. As you walk a few more steps you will notice some double doors and a couple marble niches. Open that door and reveal the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is 1400 sq feet of luxury. This room has the money shot of the Superstitions. With its huge windows and its own 16 foot patio door it is hard to miss. The city lights, dark sky's and the mountain views are absolutely breathtaking under your private 300 square foot deck. As you walk into the master bath it is hard to miss the hammered copper tub with fantastic views of Dinosaur Mountain. The dual headed travertine shower is a beautiful piece for this beautiful bathroom. Continue on to the closet the size of most bedrooms.
We’ve explained a bunch about the inside now lets talk about the outside. As you walk out the back door you will open a 16 foot multi-track door into the Oasis that is Casa Blanca. This backyard has 4 beautiful fire features and 2 putting greens. The pool is a work of art. This pool was designed by the best pool designer in the Southwest. He is a genius when it comes to backyard design. The pool is a 20,000 gallon play pool that is ready for a party. The three top step water features are something out of Vegas. There is so much seating that you wont feel crowded. It boasts a table with a few stools, benches surround the pool with 6 more stools at the end. Do not forget to pair your phone for the outdoor sound system. The pool is salt water and is so large it requires 2 heaters to keep this pool up to temperature in the cool winter nights. This is a true Oasis in the middle of the desert.
As you pass the putting green to the west you will notice a gate. This gate opens to Casa De Oasis Luxury Vacation Rental.
I encourage you to read about Casa De Oasis Luxury Vacation rental in the VRBO listing #714052.
Casa Blanca has a great in home sound system in most of the bedrooms, patios, pool areas, bathrooms etc. You have 6 different ways to get music. My favorite is to Bluetooth in some Pandora! If you do not know what that means point to the nearest 12 year old they will show you how to pair the speakers.
A neat feature to Casa Blanca is the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. Turn them on and say ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

When driving to this property, youll feel like you put the wrong address in the navigation. The propertties you drive by a are a little sketchy, but beyond these sits a house that makes you forget about them.

This house was perfect. A bathroom for each bedroom, beautiful pool and patio. The Teppanyaki table was so much fun - we cooked breakfast and dinner on it. Highly recommend this rental. We didn't want to leave and hope to come back!

We had a group of 21 during our stay. The house had plenty of beds and room for us all to enjoy ourselves. The property is BEAUTIFUL and the location was great. The property owner was quick to respond to questions I had and was very friendly. The kids and adults spent most of our days and nights in the pool and the backyard area, the outdoor speakers were an added perk. We 100% recommend this property and the host, we will definitely be back in the future! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with my family and allowing us to create memories together there!

We stayed at Casa Blanca with both my family and my brides family for our wedding weekend (20+ people). The house was everything and anything we could have imagined! The pictures online were incredible but they did not do this place justice. It was truly amazing. David was amazing at communicating and responded so fast. A few recommendation if you have a large group.
1- get the fire features!
2-make sure the couple that snores are not sleeping in the open, since the ceilings are so high it will echo.
Overall would 100% recommend staying there.

I did not know what to expect from this property, because many times you are disappointed by the difference between the photos on the website and what you experience in real life. This property exceeds the photos! We were blown away by this house and it’s pool and gardens. Book this with no trepidation what’s so ever!

This house is incredible!! My wife and I got married the weekend we stayed here and hosted another 16 of our family members. There was more than enough space to enjoy ourselves and celebrate together. The house was super clean upon arrival and even nicer than what the pictures make it out to be. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

We stayed here for our wedding weekend at the Paseo. We stayed with friends and family and this house was perfect! Communication with David the host was top notch, the house, the views, the drive to the Paseo from the house was all amazing and just what I needed for my wedding weekend. This experience was 10/10 I recommend for people with a large group or wedding party! The pool was perfect to relax in before my hectic wedding weekend.

Our group was 12 girls, late 30's to early 40's for a bachlorette party! The bedrooms accomodated us perfectly.
There is one smaller bedroom on the second floor that doesnt have its own airconditioner so I did hear about that room being hot. All of the others were perfect!
There are tv's everywhere however we spent all of our time outside or in the kitchen.
We took advantage of nearby hikes and loved the views from the house. There were minor things like busted pool umbrellas and cracked lawn chairs but I guess that is to be expected with constant large groups. Would have been nice to have them in working condition.
The two kitchen and 2 regrigerators was amazing. Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans, silverware, etc....make sure to bring foil, ziplocs, spices, etc...
Plenty of towels, bath and pool were supplied.
Overall I would recommend this house!

Great place to stay/golf trip
This place was fantastic. We rented both houses for a large golf trip, if you are just doing one house, you can't go wrong, but if all or mainly adults the Casa Blanca is your choice, if more kids/teens then the Oasis is probably better due to the movie room and separate game room where they can hang out. Both places were awesome though, the Casa Blanca just had a little more WOW factor as you walk in!

Great Family Gathering Place
Beautiful newer home with lots of space, comfy beds and awesome pool. We enjoyed a large multi-generational family gathering; was originally going to be 20 adults & 2 teens, but morphed into 12 adults, 2 teens, 2 preschoolers & a toddler. We cooked in every day & found the two kitchens well stocked, but no Kuerig as advertised, just multiple regular coffee makers. Kind of a pain not being able to use the garbage disposal, the cooktop was cracked & definitely had burners that weren’t as functional. There’s a cool pot filler, but sadly no pan really tall enough to use it.
The outside pool area was awesome! Loved the fire features to sit around at night and the incredible views. We even spotted some wildlife: humming birds, cardinals, road runners and a bobcat!!! Access to hiking trails was super convenient. A couple negatives were the number of towels available, and the inability to connect to the whole house sound system. Still a fantastic place for our large family gathering!

Honestly…. Beyond disappointed
Where do I begin…
This stay was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
We dealt with…..
Watered down hand Soft soap left for dishes
Many Light bulbs missing or blown.
2 Dishwasher pods (booked for a week long event)
Multiple Broken patio chairs
No stools or broken mix matched stools around grill outside.
Broken umbrellas held together with garbage bag knots and trash left around outside.
I had to climb every bed to pull on the light switches so lights worked.
Moved lamps to rooms that lighting did not work in.
Old rose petals in the masters sheets and an alarm would randomly go off in the main bedroom closet at random times.
Stained bedspreads/stained table decor
Alexa commands don’t work and aren’t plugged in with no cords in site ( So the easy on off room commands he recommends using, doesn’t work. )
No internet access on television or access to movies/chromecast.
Extreme limescale and buildup on all faucets/shower heads
Backdoor that wouldn’t lock that had been broken/kicked in and glued back together
Front door lock running out of batteries
Inconsistent pool filter never kept it clean, we used the skimmer several times a day.
Tub in Master Bath that wobbled and moved inches when you try to get in
Teppanyaki grill that was unsealed and not installed correctly so you couldn’t clean it properly.
Empty propane tanks in grill, had to go to the house next door to take grill tanks from there.
All the “smart mirrors”’that didn’t turn on
Cabinets that were so huge , but completely empty and no necessary items that are often left at rental properties.
Compared to any place we have stayed, this was the worst most stressful experience we’ve ever had. I felt like a handy man and maid when I arrived trying to make it stand up to its “luxury” name for my clients.
Because he owns property’s next to each-other we had to ask the neighbors (who were also on vacation) for items like umbrellas and grill tanks. It was beyond stressful.
The most simple things were wrong and over looked. Owner failed to disclose broken mirrors, broken doors, and mentioned they knew of these problems when I mentioned it to them.
The owner, David was dismissive when issues were brought to his attention the day we arrived and could offer no help.
We didn’t want to get charged for broken items (since they listed the prices we would get charged if things were broken) so we let him know ahead of time upon arrival.
Beyond stressful.

Amazing views, beautiful home
Great stay! This is an absolute beautiful home with an amazing backyard and pool! The teppanyaki grill was not working when we stayed which was a huge bummer. Make sure you bring extra paper products as they didn't have much for the amount of people that were staying there. They also did not have any beach towels so make sure you bring some. Overall a great stay, just a few amenities we wish were included in the stay.

Amazing vacation home!
We stayed at the Casa Blanca for a week while we were in Arizona for our son's wedding. We had an amazing time! The home is beautiful, and we spent so much time just relaxing at the house. We had a large group, and there was plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. We added the heated pool and the fire features and spent most evenings sitting around the fire.

Lovely house
This house is amazing! We came to the area for a family gathering and this house was exactly what we needed for a lot of family members. 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms! We each had our own space. And the house is huge, giving everyone room to move around and enjoy the wonderful outdoor area.

enjoyed the house along with the heated pool and fire. The house did not disappoint we had 11 people and everyone had their own living space. The manager David was quick to answer any questions we had. Enjoyed it so much we are looking into David's Mexico house to rent in the future. We had a memorable time visiting our Father for Christmas in Apache Junction.

Casa Blanca Getaway
The property in Apache Junction was great and the accommodations met the needs for all 6 couples that were in the group. We enjoyed the home amenities, especially the pool and the location for the morning sunrises. There were plenty of places to visit within 30-35 miles of the house that included a nearby hiking trail, boat rides, shopping, and restaurants.
We had only a couple minor issues with the cleanliness upon checking in. However, once we contacted the owner, these issues were taken care of in a timely manner.
I definitely would recommend this location if you’re planning a trip to Phoenix / Scottsdale or surrounding areas.

great house
A group of 12 of us stayed at Casa Blanca for 10 nights and loved it. The house has tons of room and the outside pool area is fantastic. There are trails right behind the property if you like to hike. It is well worth the money to use the fire features as they really added to the night time experience. We saw a few javelinas and heard some coyotes in the distance which was a cool experience. We had a question about the propane for the grill and the owner had a new tank there in a couple of hours. Overall, it was a great time and we would rent the house again for sure.

Great Outdoor Living
We rented the house for 4 couples with some day visitors. The house and outdoor space were perfect for us. Our out of state visitors loved the location and mountain views.

Good location for our venue at the Paseo. The property is nice and built to impress. Grocery store is just a few miles away. Don’t know if it will change, but Uber and Lyft are spotty, so arrange for shuttles (we did). The house is great and has plenty of room. The inside grill is nice to cook on and functional. Plenty of parking and storage.Definitely remember to close the curtains in the master if you want to sleep in. Having walls of windows is great, but the AZ sun rises early!

Perfect for Family Event
Our family and friends rented out both homes in celebration of our wedding in Apache Junction. It was perfect to have my family in Casa Blanca and my husband’s family in Casa de Oasis for mingling between both homes without feeling like we were visiting divorced parents over the holidays. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably in bedrooms and roll aways. The houses are 5 star, however the cleanliness and communication was sub-par. I was messaged only 17 minutes prior to checkin that the cleaners were requesting an additional hour. This was not enough time to tell the rest of my guests and this resulted in everyone waiting outside the house for 45 minutes. Three of the six bedrooms had dirty sheets upon check-in. The floors were filthy and left all of our bare feet black. We had to do 4 loads of laundry on our first day between dirty towels and sheets. I was also told that “it takes an army of cleaners to turn over the houses in 8 hours” but when we checked in there was only 2 cleaners and when we checked out there was only 1. Again, the experience of having everyone in one place made the stay worth it, however paying over $6,000 for a four night stay with poor communication, 19 pages of condescending rules and a dirty house/amenities was simply disappointing. I can confidently say we left both houses cleaner than when we checked in. The best way I can explain this rental is they talk the talk but can’t walk the walk.
