Cozy apartment in nice location with excellent hosts

The host was so kind helping us a lot. The apartment itself was cozy with nice furnitures well equipped kitchen, washing machine, smart TV and everything we needed.

The view was courtyard side but enough natural light in the daytime. The stairs to access the room was a bit narrow. However, both of them are not negative points, just to let everyone know them in advance.

Nice cozy centrally located apartment with amazing hosts

Centrally located within walking distance of most restaurants and old city Apartment was very safe and the hosts stocked the kitchenette well. The hosts (Claudia on WhatsApp and family) were very helpful and available to answer our questions

-There was no microwave or electric kettle so having coffee or tea meant we had to boil water -Internet not stable , kept on dropping -Parking was a challenge, had to park a distance away and then hand carry all our items to our apartment.

Modern apartment with nice facilities

Nice modern apartment, washing machine a bonus. Quite walkable to historic centre.

There could have been a better map to highlight local recommended restaurants and minimart for basic items. Even online it isn’t clear when foreign to area. For instance ADR is only a short walk away. Same towels for 4 days - new ones could have been supplied.

Beautifully furnished and equipped apartment. Very cosy and clean. Absolutely charming and helpful host Claudia. No problems with contact. The quality and quantity of services was up to great standards.

The apartment interior, cleanliness and communications with the host.

It’s location is 1.5 km from city centre. Parking is available for a very small car with 8 Euros per day. Basically you have to park your car in a public parking, where you need to pay another 15 Euros per day (Negotiated rate).

Cozy but very noisy apartment

The apartment‘s decoration is very tasteful, nicely renovated and fully equipped. Also very clean and comfortable. The contact was very nice and welcoming. The location is close to the center of Catania, Via Etna, the park and the duomo in walking distance.

We stayed in the apartment called „terra“ which is on the first floor facing the main road and unfortunately although the street seems to be small and remote it is extremely noise at all times. We woke up several times during the night (between 2 and 6 am) because of traffic noise and it was impossible to sleep past 7 am since the neighbors, especially the mechanic nextdoor were starting to yell, honk and scream on the street all morning. If you are a light sleeper or you just want to relax, sleep longer (or at night in peace at all) I would not recommend this appartment.

A great week in Catania in a lovely apartment with super hosts

Lovely apartment and excellent hosts who looked after us throughout even giving us insider tips on good restaurants and bars

Nothing, apart from the unusually high temperatures in Sicicly while we were there, which Claudia and Mattias couldn't do anything about of course!

I would definatelly recommend this apartment.

Very nice and clean apartment. Host was available for us for chat at all time. There was also option for parking which was after dedicated gate. Apartment and entrance hall smells good, very secure doors.

The only cons was that there is Car Service outside right below Bedroom which is in Italy where people like to chat very loudly not very convenient. This was of course not the case during whole stay but it happened few times also early morning.

Wonderful service, spacious apartment, great stay!

We received excellent service throughout our stay, including an airport pick-up and return (for a fee), but was extremely convenient and thoughtful. The apartment and amenities were great, having more than enough room and everything we needed (even unexpected items like an iron and ironing board). Located in the heart of the city, it was a short walk to the main shopping streets and two supermarkets were located very nearby. We had two ACs and both worked great, wi-fi was perfect.

There was nothing not to like!

Very, very comfortable and large apartment, a quiet location, all facilities that you need are in place. Close to the main touristic objectives, like 10-15 minutes walking. There's also a coffee shop just around the corner and a small shop. Overall was a lovely place to spend a citybreak and the guests were very nice and friendly, always ready to help you.

The location. too difficult to park. Don’t take this property unless they offer a small parking lot that belong to the building.

We stayed in different appartments during our sizilia holiday and I can just say this one was the best. The owner is really kind professional and helpful. In the appartment nothing is missing. Just the neighbours are a little bit noisy in the morning, but except of this everything was perfect

Everything was perfect! The flat is located very central, not in the most touristic spot which is way more enjoyable but still easily reachable by foot. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The bed is super comfortable and the air conditioners help with falling asleep easily :) The owners are very friendly, the communication was easy and I was able to leave my luggage at the flat before checking in. All windows in the apartment face the backyard which means that you barely have direct sun. Maybe something to consider for people willing to stay in the apartment all day.

Well-designed apartments, very friendly owners, great experience!

I had a great experience staying in the apartments. It is very well-designed, very cozy, new furnishings, very clean and curated space. It was great to be able to use washing machine and good wifi. Thank you very much for that wonderful experience and travel tips, they were very useful and saved my time! Grazie per i cannoli! Highly recommended!

Very nicely furnished, crisp, clean. Spacious, comfortable. All the kitchen gear, even an icetray. Host has compiled a folder with a lot of helpful information and went through it with us. Great value for money.

very nice and friendly host, explained everything about near by things to see and visit, but the most wonderfull thing - was the apartments - it was very nice, like at home, very cosy and modern, i will stay here for sure once again in case of visit to Catania later
