Property was very nice overall. Unfortunately, the AC upstairs was not working, the dryer did not work, the garbage disposal was clogged, and when they fixed the dryer they broke the washer.
I will say they were pretty prompt in sending resources to fix issues. The problem is we had to spend a significant time dealing with these issues with no apologies from property management or contact as they promised.

We absolutely loved staying here for Spring Break. It was perfect for two families. The pool area is great & we loved all the outdoor sitting area. If there was anything we would change, it would be that it was a little closer to the square, but other than that it was perfect!

This house was perfect for our 6 adults and 2 children. The pool was very nice- warm and clean. And it was walking distance to some great restaurants, right across from beach access, and there was a path next to us leading to a park and playground behind the house. We wished there was a dining room table for games/puzzles, but the outdoor deck space was nice. We had one issue with the thermostat (turned out to be user error) and they sent someone out quickly to take a look at it. We would definitely stay again!

Fort Meyers family getaway.
Wanted to get away with all 5 kids. This property gave us access to the beach across the street and still had a pool of its own. Close to downtown area. Near a Publix. Christmas week is tough with the traffic,

Enjoyed our stay. If I had to mention anything for a chance for improvement there would be a couple of things. One - no water pressure in either bathroom sinks. Two - got a parking ticket when one car was in the grass. No signs on the property to say no Parking on the grass other than one on the road that we noticed after the ticket. Front suite guests should have parked in the front.

Overall Good, Except for Damaged Furniture
Overall this was a great property and served the needs of our group. We were highly disappointed when we arrived and much of the upstairs patio furniture was destroyed and unuseable. We rented the unit to have access to this large covered outdoor space. When I reached out to the management company upon arrival- they said they’d send someone over. We never saw or heard anything.

This property was very great and added on to my fun vacation. It was nice to relax in the pool and chill on the balcony. Beautiful house and location. The kids enjoyed it and so did we. The only thing was the snug rooms and water pressure for the sinks and showers that were a bit off. But the overall house was very spacious and 10/10 would recommend.

The property is very well kept. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of linens. The pool area was great and a perfect retreat from the beach. The kitchen was perfect for our week with all the cookware needed. Having 2 master suites was perfect! We loved this location as well.

The kids really enjoyed the pool toys available and the fact that the pool was heated was certainly a plus. We were nearly across the street from Beach Access #35 so a quick walk to the beach each day. Our stay was phenomenal and hope to rent again!

Stayed this past week with our group of friends for a ladies 50th birthday trip. The house is in an excellent location, pool is wonderful and beds are something we all talked about daily, couldn’t have had better sleep! Only thing we were missing would be a small vacuum, as a group of ladies we tried our best to keep the floors clean during the wrk but could have used a vac! Used the washer and dryer daily to do towels and clothes, very convenient! Overall, we plan to stay again due to communication, price, location and cleanliness!

Had a wonderful time at this property. Very clean, roomy enough for 6 people! Beds were amazing. Would definitely stay here again👍

Family Vacation
The location is ideal.
The house was clean.
The beds were comfortable.
We sat on the deck every night.
As mentioned in the other reviews the door knobs are very difficult to open.
The first day the pool was cold.
Something with the breaker switching off.
But it was taken care of the next day.
We called on Sunday so that was understandable.
We used the pool every day.
We loved it.
It's nice that it's fresh water.
So no chlorine.
There is a very strong mildew smell in the upstairs shower.
The water pressure is not very good.
We had 8 people so had to wash towels every day.
The washer and dryer were great.
There are things for the beach.
The cooler was nice 2 wagons lots of beach chairs.
No toys for kids.
We purchased our own and left them there for the next quests to enjoy.
We had a late flight out.
And we were able to extend our stay until 4pm.
That made our last day really nice.
Got to enjoy the pool one more day.
Before heading back to the cold in MN.

Adorable
My family of 5 stayed here with another family of 5. We had so much fun, it was well stocked with what we needed, the pool was very nice and we loved the outdoor area on the top floor. The outside storage had a few wagons, coolers, beach chairs, and beach toys which was nice. Our toaster was broke and we had a light out and both were addressed efficiently. There were a few things it could use and I know a few other reviewers have mentioned also. There was a blind missing in the upstairs master, it allowed no privacy for those staying in that room if someone else wanted to sit outside. A few of the door handles were messed up, but we were able to get them to work with some finagling. And thirdly, it could use another mirror on the first floor, whether it be in the main living area or the bedroom. It made it difficult with 3 teenagers and 2 adults to get ready with the only mirror on the first floor being in the bathroom. If someone was in the shower no one else could get ready. The things I mentioned were minor and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Super nice and great communication!!!

Great place
Great location, beach is across the street, the beach access does not have parking area so that access was never crowded. White sand and you can take your dog with a 6ft leash, they aren’t allowed in the water just the sand.
Pros: The house was cleaned and just as described in the pictures. The password provided for the WiFi in the handbook was old, but after a quick phone call we got internet access. The fridge is huge we didn’t have any issues for the big amount of food my grandmas carried. Tons of beach and shower towels. The pool area is great with a lot of chairs and a nice Barbecue, all fenced so you have privacy.
Cons: if you are not used to stairs be ready to exercise! The main room in the third floor could used a black out window. 3 doorknob were loose making it hard for us women to open.
Overall great stay with the family, we all enjoyed.
Definitely will be going back next summer!
