The location is just exceptional. Someone who loves nature and running I recommend this place! It was sooo relaxing. Everything worked well, I had a nice and realxing time at Peter's place.

Able to sleep for one night all we required altgough unable to shower.

Had to pay for sheets and towels - never experienced before (was not mentioned on Booking.com) Shower in bath for 5 year old and even then unable to get to work - very poor No mention on Booking.com re payment of damage deposit, however, Peter allowed us to stay without paying as we did not have required payment facilities ie Paypall or Swift pay

just worth the mony otherwise nothing is special in the house the beach is outside.

Just good for saving mony only.

Old style room old bathroom. when i booked through booking.com then peter required sek 1000 as a deposit which i dont like. i have paid butt since i got the money back. Towels you have to pick up yourself, it says when you book, butt i got free to use. one more thing if you need help with something and you have to call peter he doest not answer the phone. öresunds bridge is not near there as you see on the booking.com picture.

A nice place to have a peace and have contact with nature!

The garden is really beautiful, my dog was very happy to be free there.

The house was a little cold, but we didn’t changed the temperature in the heaters.

Pleasant

It was really clean and the host was really nice. I think in summer will be really nice place to stay.

It was really cold, especially in the bathroom. There wasn't any heater in there that works so when it's -5 C outside it's the same or worst in there.

An exceptionally rude treatment by the landlord. Please read my full review.

The landlord, Peter, welcomed me warm heartedly. He showed me to my room and then I started telling him about my medical condition. That's when things started going wrong. To be continued at the "disliked" section...

I wrote this to booking.com a few days ago. They have not answered me. Hello. Thank you for reaching out to me. There was a rather interesting and extremely unpleasant problem when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel owner literally kicked me out in the middle of the night. His reason was that I am too ill to stay at his accommodation. Now, yes, I am ill. I have a difficult Tourette’s syndrome and a severe spinal injury bringing my mobility almost down to zero. I took a taxi to his place. I was exhausted. Just wanted to get some sleep. I explained my condition so he would be aware of it. Then he panicked. And told me to leave. Soon he was threatening me. I had absolutely nowhere to go that night. It was very painful and disturbing and finally the police arrived and helped me to the city. After that, I spent the night on the streets of Malmo and Copenhagen. I never experienced anything like this. I couldn’t get another room. The way he treated me was scary but the police said it’s his right to throw me out and cancel the booking. This is what he did to a disabled person. I got robbed and mugged two weeks prior to this in Copenhagen and was expecting something similar to happen that night. Luckily it didn’t. But I ended up in the hospital around 7 am. If you wish to call me for additional information, please do so. My number is: xxxxx. I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to talk about this but I would like to file a complaint. Also expecting my money back, both for the night and for the deposit. This was promised to me by the owner. PS. I’m now staying at Hotel Good Morning+. Much, much better here. Thanks. Mikko Huttunen It has now been over a week and no refund have arrived on my account. Booking.com will not answer me. I will next talk to the police. In case you suffer of any disability or have a similar problem I recommend strongly to avoid this place.

I do not recommend.

Very modest equipment of the apartment, no investment for years, some of the equipment is outdated and damaged, cobwebs and dust, dirty bedding, although additionally payable. The bathroom is far from standard, not renovated, cool and old fittings and damaged lighting. I do not recommend because the corridor is passable for household members, it was loud at the owner until late evening. We are very dissatisfied with this stay.

Location was good. Nice quiet area, nice walking possibilities by the sea. Nice and comfortable bed.

You have to pay extra (50 SEK per person) for bed linen.

Quiet separate room in a bungalow just outside Malmö.

Too far (10 km) from the centre of town. Cleaning could be done better (full garbage bin from the previous guest). Bathing facilities are poor. If you book through Booking.com you must read the “little” list of facilities to find out that bedlinen should be ordered and paid separate. I did not expect that.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very close to the bus stop so it's easy to travel around and it's by the sea so the view is wonderful. The room was nice and clean, big enough for two people. The bathroom was also nice and clean but the shower is a bit tricky to use. Nonetheless we loved staying there and we had all the privacy we needed. The host was always very nice and gave us a lot of useful tips and helped whenever we needed something. Highly recommended!

Location with stunning views and amazing sunset. room had everything you needed, close to Malmo. Great for a few days stay, only stayed one night but would’ve liked to stay another night or 2

Organised and structured. Also comfortable and convenient. Would visit again if given the chance.

Location was great.

An extra pillow would be nice. Also some tap water in the room would be very good for future guests, since accessing the kitchen at night is impossible.

Exceptional!

We absolutely loved Peter's place. It was clean and cozy. The bed was super-comfy! The location was great.

The only feedback I would give is that the bathroom was a bit cold. And we'd love to have a couple of slippers inside the house.
