We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was a great start to our Vietnam trip. Would recommend this place.

We loved the location, even though initially it was a bit hard to find down the alley. Great places to eat across the road, very authentic, local neighbourhood. Close to district one and easy to get there by GRAB. Quiet location and wonderful hospitality.

The mattress was very hard.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici. Tout était propre, confortable et calme. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Ils parlent facilement anglais. Nous aurions voulu rester une nuit de plus mais c'était complet.

Great, clean, affordable stay in Ho Chi Minch city with welcoming staff

It was very clean and comfortable, just what you need for a short stay. Good location, easy access to taxis to explore the city. They also have a laundary service that we found very useful. The host and their family are very sweet and welcoming.

Ants may be off-putting for some people, but it was okay with us. Tip: just keep your food in the fridge or dispose of it in the waste bin and you won’t even notice them.

Great stay in HCMC

Well taken care of hotel that’s super clean! One of our better stays in SEA. The location is also not that far from everything! You can walk to the war museum in 20mins on sidewalks, and take a 8-10 min grab to the main walking street.

Homely feeling

Owner and his family are very kind and warm. Made me feel safe and at home as a solo woman traveller. Mr Dung dropped me and my luggage till my cab at midnight as i had a late flight. The hotel is bit off the main road so quiet and peaceful. It has a very good central location (probably the best option at this price) and is walking distance from restaurants, war remnants museum, Shirin spa etc

The room has good natural light and 2 windows with street views. It is a bit small but 2 tables and wardrobe are helpful. It would be good to have a trash can for the room (bathroom had 1) No food/breakfast available but fridge and drinking water bottles are provided. Winmart and 24/7 family mart is a 2-5min walk with all the groceries and ready made food options. Basic neat and clean accommodation, good if you are spending most of the time outside.

Great and I will definitely come back here in the next trip

I feel at home because: Quiet space. Room was extremely clean. There are many windows that open to the air. Fully furnished and fairly new. The host is extremely friendly and attentive. The security in this area is quite good. There are many different kinds of food and drink outside, so it doesn't take much time to travel. Convenient to travel, especially to the airport and places to visit or work.

Friendly staff, good for the price

Staff were very nice and friendly, the place was good for the price, we only stayed one night and it was fine for us.

The location was not central, it's a bit of a walk to get to the main area and attractions. The pictures look a bit better than the actual place, but it was fine.

Nicest place I stayed in SEA

Nice size and clean room. Good shower with good pressure, temperature and draining. Nice building with elevator. Shops around for food and supplies, short rides to all the cool places in Saigon. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Family run by some great people, I will be coming back.

Great budget hotel for a few nights in Ho Chi Minh City.

Staff were lovely, very helpful even with the language barrier. The rooms were air-conditioned had everything you need for a budget hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.

It’s a great base to explore Saigon. There are some good food places and coffee shops nearby. The owner and his family were incredibly friendly and were always on hand to help including providing laundry services etc.

I could hear some noise from another room/neighbours, but otherwise everything was great.

Kind staff, cheap price, and near to the airport

Vietnamese family living next to the hotel was having karaoke party every night. It was so noisy that distracted me from spending comfortable holidays. Despite its good access to the center of Sai Gon, this hotel is located in a local area, not in a tourist area. Not really the place to feel cozy atmosphere.

Very good

The owners were very nice, waited for my arrival late at night. Good value for money. Perfect if you’re looking at something close to the city centre but also a short taxi ride to/from the airport, skipping the traffic. Room was very basic (don’t except anything too modern) but probably what you could expect for such a price. There’s even a lift in the house.

Very basic room, nothing fancy, could use a small bed table light. Would be nice to have shampoo/shower gel bottles (rather than samples) in the bathroom. I could hear the neighbours in the morning, not a great sound proofing between the rooms but I guess it’s more a matter of people being respectful and talking loud at 7 in the morning than the place itself.

The location is under 20 minutes to all major attractions. Within walking distance, there are plenty of choices of local restaurants and markets. The room is well-furnished. It's very quiet and can serve as a base for anyone needing to work during the trip. The manager/owner is very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again the next time in Ho Chi Minh city.

Great hosts!!!

The hosts were very welcoming. The room was clean and the towels smelled good of fabric softener. There are many good noodle restaurants around the hotel. I would like to stay there again.

Very good budget location not far from the airport and the centre

It’s not far both from the airport and the city centre. The room was clean, there was a air conditioner, a fridge and even and electric stove and a kettle. There was hot water in the shower, all in all quite a decent place.

The bed was a bit hard for me, but quite good for a couple of nights anyway.

Great, economical option for staying in Saigon

This is a great place to stay while in Saigon. The host and his family are sweet, helpful, and readily available. The room overlooked a nice line of buildings nearby. The best part for me was the lift. Carrying luggage over the stairs is so exhausting. The room came with a kitchenette, TV (they have Animax channel for anime fans), AC and fan, wardrobe, and a small table. It is also close to public transit, Family Mart, and the airport. Do note that you have to buy water, it is not offered for free.
