Clean, comfortable and so friendly

This property was in the perfect location being 2 minutes from everything you need in Hoi A without being too close to the busy pub/bar street! The owners were incredible and really looked after us! They helped with moped hire, car service and also loads of great recommendations! We will definitely be back! Such a great stay!

Vy Khao Hotel’s owners were hospitable and had good service mind, but breakfast needs to be improved.

Vy khao Hotel, located at the edge of Hoi An Old Town, had an English-speaking owner with excellent service who upgraded our room.

The installation of an elevator caused daytime noise, and while the baguette and fruit were good, the banana pancakes, omelette, and coffee needed improvement.

Des gens chaleureux.

Bel emplacement légèrement excentré de la vieille ville à 5 min à pied. Mme VAN et son mari Mr dung ont été d'une très grande gentillesse à mon égard et aux petits soins avec moi. Un agréable séjour dans cette merveilleuse ville.

非常開心!

入住日期2024/4/30-5/2 這間飯店比較像是台灣的民宿,但是整潔程度我覺得很棒雖然設備不能跟一般的飯店比較,是稍微舊一些些但是以四人房的價格,地板沒有什麼灰塵,備品完善我覺得已經很棒了而且離會安古城走路就到了,完全不需要再另外搭車有絕佳的地理環境,服務人員也有親和力重點是床非常好睡,我和我先生睡得很好!

因為當時訂房照片有泳池,不過實際到的時候沒有小孩有點小小失望,大概就只有這樣吧XD

De verdad de lo mejor de Vietnam, excelente ubicación, al lado de todo pero en calle sin ruido. Los dueños lo más amables, muy preocupados de todo para hacer de la estadía lo mejor. Muy limpio.

Nice place and nice people! Highly recomended!

The location was nice! Near all the tourist destination sites and have an easy access to your basic needs (food, atm, bank, etc). Offers free use of bicycle, reasonable price for car service and has a money changer at the lobby with a good exchange rate. The owner and staffs are very accomodating and hospitable. I highly recomend this place!

A Free breakfast would be a nice addition for the stay. (For an extra payment ofcourse).

Our best stay in all of Vietnam. We liked the location being close to everything but also off the main street so it wasn't too loud. Water pressure was nice and beds were really comfortable.

Tutto perfetto. Soluzione semplice economica al centro della città.

Soluzione semplice ed economica al centro di Hoi An. Tutto perfetto. Camere pulite, personale disponibile. Ottimo il servizio di Lavanderia.

Non ci è piaciuto il coso di cucina sull'isola, troppo turistico.

لايوجد عزل للصوت رغم اغلاقي للنافذه ولكن في الصباح استيقضت بسبب ازعاج الشارع والسيارات رغم انني كنت في اعلى طابق .. ولايوجد مصعد

Sehr nettes Familienhotel mit unglaublich netten Menschen. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer, direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Wir wurden sogar auf ein größeres Zimmer upgegradet. Tuan war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch in Allem vor Ort beraten. Wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Very good

Location is very close to the old town. Shops and attractions are within walking distance. Van, the owner and Tuan, the son-in-law, were very kind and helpful. My partner forgot his phone when we left. Tuan called the car driver to inform us about it. They are honest people. What they did was commendable!

The space could be better. The space is cramp, not enough room to move and the ceiling's low. We were placed at the last floor, so it was taxing to go up every time. They were very helpful though in taking our luggage up and down. The great location and attitude of the family made up for whatever was lacking in facilities and comfort.

The service was incredible, the facilities were fantastic, and rooms very clean. They were very kind and let us borrow a umbrella and arranged a car back to Da Nang for us.

Excellent located comfortable stay

Excellent location, 1 min walk to old town & still so quiet & peaceful. Rooms very airy, spacious and has great balcony. One of our best stay in Vietnam & hosts are lovely. They will help you with literally everything from picking up your luggage from the room to helping you get best priced cars/tours or for renting motorbike. They were always friendly, around and it felt like home :) Lots of love to this place & highly recommend this place for its hospitality & quality of rooms. Also there airport pickup/drop options are really good and we found it very convenient.

The owners were extremely lovely and helpful, they would help us book stuff and recommend activities to make the most of our time there. The rooms were clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. The location was perfect, about a 5 min walk from the main street, with markets, cafes and restaurants.

Wonderful family run hotel

Great location, clean and spacious room and balconies, kind and attentive hosts, nice breakfast, quiet and comfortable… we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this family run hotel. Awesome massage next door literary, our entire family got one of the best yet cheapest massages during our long trip around SE Asia.
