Not worth the money spent for one night!

Beds was all

Check in the attendant was rude, hung up the phone on my 14 year old son when asking about an eatery that was close. Hair in shower, shower door would not stay closed. Mirror in bathroom was dirty. The paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling. Cost of stay.. not as pictured in photos on site. Pool was smaller than expected.

I would stay at Voco again, great location, quiet, and clean.

The location was quite close, probably about a ten minute walk to cross the bridge and get to where the historic district is. There are also some cute spots nearby like a craft beer and grilled cheese arcade. The hotel overall was clean and staff was friendly.

The tv was weird, between not having a remote and suppose to use your phone instead, but then also when trying to turn the tv off it just kept turning back on? Ended up unplugging it. Also the shower situation was interesting, there’s like a glass swinging door as the curtain. Really nothing serious to complain about!

Nice and clean place close to downtown

Ten property is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Location is good - right across the bridge from downtown.

Although recently renovated, the property does look “tired”. Some face lift is required - sun chairs by the pool, bathrooms inside the rooms

Beds not comfortable. Comfortable beds are very important and read reviews. Perhaps my room just had uncomfortable beds. Thin mattress.

Exceptional

Location ideal to downtown. The location was good for the fireworks. We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel and the staff was very courteous and friendly.

The breakfast area was a little small although it accommodated all that were expecting to have breakfast and the service was quite good. Ground transportation to and from the downtown area was limited it seemed like there was no bus service except the shuttle and it only ran till about 5:00 in the afternoon so any further activities then the Old Town required substantial driving

I loved the less touristy area. It is a great adult vacation destination perfectly located hotel!

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and seemed to really care about guests and their job. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice!

The parking area is smaller but was manageable. The pool is small. The restaurant could have used a bit more help.

Nice, clean hotel with free parking just outside of the main tourist hub. The staff was nice and let us check in a little early. The bed was comfy.

The walls are pretty thin and we could hear other guests. It was more of a walk over the bridge into the center than expected but it was ok except for when it rained. It looks like they had a shuttle bus for those not wanting to walk or drive... we didn't inquire.

A gem of a hotel in St Augustine’s historic area.

The lobby area was very attractive. A beautiful bar and intimate restaurant with good food. Also the evening hotel clerk very pleasant

I would not stay at this property again - it was a hike to get to the true Historic district.

The place is under staffed - waitress could not get to everyone - she finally gave us a menu and they were out of 2 of the 5 items and then got us a coffee while we waited and it was lukewarm.

I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get the TV remote to work. All it needed was batteries. The employees were very nice but the place is severely under staffed - the employees who were there acknowledged how under staffed they were.

about a mile walk to main historic area. nespresso and bottled water in glass bottles in the room, large size amenities to promote less waste.

some scuffs in the room but overall great!
