Colazione essenziale, con prodotti confezionati

Family run hotel; just a few rooms in the hotel;
Hospitality, sociable and helpful hosts;
Walking distance to the beach and plaza del pescadores, bus station
We had a very nice, cozy room, with an exit directly to the pool;

Excellent personnel, really friendly and helpful
Everything was great! I guess location wise, could be a challenge for certain individuals with mobility issues, as it's uphill. It wasn't a problem for us, everything was absolutely wonderful 😊

Absolutely lovely staff, felt like visiting family
I can't really find a negative. I guess location wise can be a struggle walking up hill if you have mobility issues.

Fantastic little hotel. The room and whole surroundings were very clean and had direct access to the pool. It also had a huge bathroom and a sitting area
Bed was huge and very comfortable
Lovely continental breakfast with eggs cooked to order.
Easy access down to the centre of Morro Jable with 5 minutes
On a steep hill so may not be suitable with those with mobility problems.
Easy parking directly outside on a quiet street
Loved it !
Nothing at all. It was great

The location, property, hosts and overall experience far exceeded our expectations! The house is located at a small height which gives the best view of the sea in town. Despite being just 5-10 minute walk from the city beach and restaurants, and just 15-20 minutes drive to the stunning beaches of Sotavento and Cofete, it is located a quiet street. The host, Lupe, is warm, kind, caring and full of stories about the island. In the middle, my partner had a bad back ache and she made sure we were comfortable and provided us with the extra blankets and medicines that we needed. The hotel itself feels more like home than a commercial property. Despite being cosy, there is no lack of facilities and we were very surprised at how the experience was exactly the same as staying in a much bigger hotel or brand.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very friendly hosts, good view, good enough location, decent bathroom. Overall a good place for people who are looking for a small, calm place to stay and do not look for all the amenities bigger hotels offer.
There are only 4 rooms. One of them has a terrace which is NOT connected to the room but can only be reached via a hallway (plus another rooms toilet window directly opens to this terrace). This is not easy to see during booking. The room itself was quite small. The place does not have all the amenities of a (4*) hotel (some basics like e. g. a cappuccino for breakfast are not offered).

An absolute gem of a place, I wish I knew more Spanish to talk to the hosts better. They were so cute and the best! It was really like they were welcoming us into their home. The stay was lovely and I miss having breakfast by the pool every morning. Thank you for everything, we won't stay anywhere else if we were to come back to Fuerteventura.
Nothing, absolute perfection.

The hotel is very clean and quiet
I booked a sea view room but I did not have a sea view room. My room overlooked the road - along the corridor and across the street was a locked terrace which was, apparently my 'sea view' . The gentleman who checked us in kept waving a piece of paper at me that showed my booking reference and the room I had booked as "seperate balcony" but when I booked on booking.com this was NOT written ANYWHERE so it makes no difference to me what he has on his piece of paper ....I booked and paid for a sea view and I didnt get one- booking.com told me that the hotel refused me any type of refund but they refunded me themselves as a "gesture of good will " because they could obviously see that I had been sold something that I did not receive- the hotel is nice but this left a TERRIBLE taste in the mouth

it’s just a lovely little place, with not much to not like really
It could do with a few extra plug sockets.
Maybe the TV could be upgraded to a smart TV.
A door on the bedroom would have been nice but it wasn’t a problem, as it’s a suite and would have ruined the aesthetic of the archway.

Amazing place, I enjoyed my stay here. The view from the balcony an the pool looked beautiful. The owners are very welcoming and you immediately feel at home. The rooms are nicely furnished they pay attention to every little detail. The breakfast was also delicious and you have a nice variety. The beach is close within walking distance and has beautiful blue water. If you arrive by bus you need to walk a short distance up a hill but I found it to be a good exercise. The hotel is very quiet at night, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very spacious with bathtub.

Very quiet place, ideal for a relaxing holiday, just a few minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants/bars. I would definitely come back!
The only negative would be the fact that returning back to the hotel is a few minutes walking up the hill, may be difficult if you are not the fittest. However, I would chose la Colina for my stay again!

The room was much bigger than we expected with a large conservatory with doors onto the pool area. There was also a spacious ensuite bathroom and an area with wardrobes and the fridge. We were supplied a kettle when we asked if there would be one in the room. There was a good choice for breakfast, including very flakey croissants! And a very warm welcome, including a bottle of wine in the fridge! An excellent range of restaurants in town and a very sandy beach. We loved the 4 wheel bus tour of Jandia peninsula.
We took a while to find it (probably our fault!) and it took a while to work out how to reach the restaurants on foot. Not really a problem!

We were very surprised by the place and our room. It is not so much like a hotel more like a bed and breakfast family business. Our room was very spacious it almost looked like an apartment. We also had a very beautiful balcony-like place with windows to the village and a nice view to the pool. Since the amount of rooms is limited it also feels like you have a private pool. We also really enjoyed the service from Carmen. She was super sweet and always eager to give us the best experience. Every morning she was bringing us tasty homemade sweets and she was super excited to give us suggestions for what to visit. The owner also helped us to find an affordable rental car which was very difficult and expensive at the time. The breakfast was nice and there is also the chance to use the kitchen to cook your own dishes. Plus the location is very good in the beautiful morro jable. Walking distance from restaurants and the beach.

The hotel is just great. Small but beautiful pool. Excellent location away from and above the chaos, ocean view, close to main restaurants. Good breakfast. Easy parking at the end of a closed road.

Wonderful owners and staff Carmen. Incredible breakfast with everything you can imagine and also homemade desserts, each day different. Great location with a nice sea view and literally 5 mins walk from the main beach. Nice terrace for a private dinner which also had a clothes line.
I would expect to receive one small tube with a shower gel and shampoo per person each day, not once per the whole stay. The bed was noisy and soft, so I could feel every partner's movement.

Rather b&b than hotel, very cosy and personal, situated in downtown Morro Jable. Nice staff, good breakfast, clean, comfortable.
Only thing we didn't like: the breakfast-coffee!
