Enjoy fantastic water views of Stump Sound, Banks Channel, ICW and ocean via Widows Watch. This lovely 4 bedroom home features a covered wrap around porch with dramatic wetland views providing great privacy. Sleeps 8, large upstairs master suite, twin room, 2 guest bedrooms downstairs. Includes: covered porch, open decks, outdoor hot water shower, boat dock with fishing sink, patio swing, panoramic Widows Watch with wet bar, master bedroom has open balcony water views! Easy access to ICW and minutes to the beach makes this vacation home the best of both worlds. The great room/kitchen is open to the expansive view. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for cooking wonderful meals or just entertaining. Boat Ramp is not available.

The house was very clean with amazing views on a safe, quiet street. We were 4 adults, 3 kids, and a baby with plenty of space.

We had a great time here! The house is perfectly stocked for anything you need! We really didn't have to bring anything from home if we forgot it, it was there!! Our pets were in the perfect place too. The gated porch upstairs was great for them! The views are amazing! We rented a golf cart during our stay and that made it so much more convenient! Loved the house and the owners were extremely tentative to anything we needed!!! We will be back!!!

Our family loved the close location to the beach (with rented golf cart) and I loved the ability to kayak easily on the sound. We got to watch dolphins play around us in the channel!

This house was home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was clean, kitchen had everything you needed to cook with (including spices), amazing views, great fishing and made friends with an alligator. Saw dolphins and our boys caught many crabs with the crab traps! It was the perfect house to relax and just enjoy your time! If we ever make it back out, we'll plan to stay here again! Thank you, Jim & Family for sharing your beautiful home!!

This is the nicest kitchen, with all the extras I have ever stayed at. Being the cook of the group, this kitchen and family space allowed me to never miss family time while preparing meals. We arrived on Father’s day, the plan was to grill out. So surprised to find a great gas grill which has us dining really fast. The adjacent deck was conveniently loaded with chairs and rockers to spare. The view of the inlet is amazing, needless to say I started and ended my days on the deck, whether watching the beautiful sunrise or rocking away, this was my happy place. The bed room spaces were all well furnished and nicely decorated, bathrooms were clean and well stocked… there were so many extra touches that we really over packed for this trip. The fishing was where my husband could be found or kaiaking in the inlet. We had our pets along and gated deck is was perfect keeping them from an unsupervised swim. The outside shower and hose helped us remove sand before entering the house especially those muddy shoes and paws. This is the perfect vacation spot year round, from the warm summer breezes in the day to the nip in the night breeze… this is the relaxation we all really needed. Hope to visit again soon!

We had the most amazing stay! The home was VERY clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views are absolutely stunning. We brought our boat and the dock was perfect! Location to the inlet is second to none. We are already planning our trip back next year!

First day there we saw 2 dolphins and from there on it just got better. When you here from more than one person in your party that this is by far the most relaxing vacation it truly warmed my heart. It was beautiful and peaceful. We hardly left the house cause we were so relaxed. Perfect vacation.

This was the best house we ever rented. So nice to have every amenity on hand with a backup. Hard to find places that supply anything anymore. Best view, amazing fishing, quiet area, beautiful beach. All family members aged 19-85 had a great time. Looking forward to booking again. Thanks for everything.

Dolphins (off the dock!), stingray, hummingbird. Bald eagle, pelicans, fish (which we caught!), crab, frogs and loads of other beautiful wildlife - wow!!! Oh - and an alligator but we never actually saw it. The house is in a gorgeous peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the beach area but close enough to walk / golf cart (we rented a golf cart which was at the property on our arrival ready to use). The house is incredibly clean and has everything you need - home away from home. Jim was great, communicated well and was in hand via text with prompt responses if you needed him. Looking for a relaxing getaway in a great location at the beach? Then this is the place for you.

Overall this property was amazing! Thanks for sharing your home with us for a few days to wrap up the summer season! Great access to the ICW, boat dock was perfect and had great water even at low tide. Very convenient to any part of Surf City/Topsail Island. House was very clean, modern, and very well furnished. Needed nothing! Loved the location, close to anything you want yet quiet and peaceful. Views of the sound were great each morning/evening. Great Labor Day vacation and we would definitely book again, thanks again!

This is the best equipped house we have rented. Everything we needed for cooking, lounging, & entertainment was provided. Everything worked! Good location too (roughly 15 minute walk to beach), and on the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic. Views to the east across the canal and Stump Sound are beautiful, and sunrises were memorable. House was clean and tidy when we arrived, and check in process was easy. Recommend!

This property felt like someone’s home. Well stocked on everything from utensils to crab traps. The mattresses and sheets were some of the most comfortable that we haved stayed in. The views were gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed fishing off dock. Jim and JoAnn went above and beyond to make their home very guest friendly!

The house is beautiful and the location is perfect, even better if you have a boat. The view of the water from the wrap around deck is amazing. To get to the beach I highly suggest renting a golf cart as there is parking for golf carts but not cars at the closest beach access. There is a nice access a few minutes up the road with lots of free parking. The house has everything you need for a great vacation.

Wow! This might be our favorite place we've stayed at so far. We go to the area often and stay with family but we needed a last minute place for the holidays that would accommodate our pets since we weren't able to board them. I messaged a couple of people and Jim was very prompt to get back with me. The place is right on the sound and I don't think photos do it justice it at all, the view is truly gorgeous! We've stayed at places on the beach but honestly, staying on the sound was so peaceful and private, we much preferred this. The house is super well stocked, which made making it our temporary home all the more easier. The wifi is reliable as both of us were needing to work from there as well. Even on the last day we were there I was in the middle of writing an email when my spouse shouted out "dolphin!" and we both ran out to the dock and watched as they swam around the sound and even got quite close to us! The trip was made at that point. I can't recommend this place enough if you need a quiet place to get away. The only thing? We wish we would have stayed longer :)

This is such a wonderful home with some amazing views! The home itself is clean and you do feel at home with all of the comforts provided. This is certainly one of the top VRBO homes we have stayed in!

The wife and I, another couple, and our fur-babies, have stayed in many vacation home rentals over the years, but never in one that was so perfect for us in every way. Very very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and appliances (loved the gas range), anything you can think of to cook, serve and eat with, fantastic Stump Sound and ICW views from everywhere - the rear decks (with plenty of deck seating and tables), family room, dining area and kitchen and all with plenty of full windows, it has covered parking, manicured and well-lighted grounds located in a beautiful cul-de-sac, a nice boat dock with a fish cleaning station, even a kayak! Oh, and did I mention the fantastic views! We all had a wonderful, fun and relaxing vacation week in this great paradise home where the owners have thought of and furnished everything we could ask for, and would not hesitate to stay here again! Many thanks!
