About this apartment rental

Welcome to our guest rental which we fondly refer to as Rustic Charm. Our family has enjoyed vacations by the lake for years and we are excited to share our home with you. This is not an ordinary rental, but rather a space designed for us to unwind and share with family and friends.
Our condo is a two level unit, boasting a spacious loft area that comprises of a King bed, Private bathroom, and a Trundle bed. Inside the hand painted armoire is a Smart TV to enjoy all your favorites from Netflix, Amazon, etc.
As go downstairs you will find the Fully appointed kitchen, Dining area, Living room, Laundry and 3 bedrooms. All of our bedding offers a down alternative comforters with Pottery Barn Duvet Covers. The two guest bedrooms as you initially enter the property have Queen sized beds and share a full sized bathroom.The laundry room is also conveniently located right off the kitchen and is available to our guests..... (We even have beach towels for you to use at the pool.) The living/kitchen/dining area is a comfortable sized open area for all to enjoy no matter what room you are in. Our latest project is the now complete, which was the fireplace wall. We were able to add a bit of our family history by constructing an accent wall made of reclaimed barn wood from our Century old farm located near Hermann, Missouri! The mantle that was added was also hand made by a local craftsman from the area and we couldn't be happier to have yet another special feature to share with our family and friends and more importantly our guests. The outside deck area is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom and includes 2 patio tables with seating for 8 and a gas grill. There are three community pools for you to enjoy all summer. We are also one of the only buildings in the complex to have a elevator, which is extremely important feature especially when you have families with children.
Our mission is now complete! We have created the perfect area for families, couples, and friends to cherish friendships, make memories , enjoy the lake and RELAX! We hope you enjoy Rustic Charm as much as we do

We did a long family weekend at Rustic Charm and had a great stay! The condo is very clean and well decorated and the property and location is immaculate. Having a slip was a great bonus. We had a total of 8 adults and were very comfortable. Highly recommend this rental !!

Such a great place for a bachelorette group to stay at with multiple showers and rooms. Beautifully decorated and clean. Great view from the balcony and located near everything. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had such a great time staying at Rustic Charm. The owners have thought of everything. The condo is well stocked with anything you may need, all the way down to the coffee creamer in the fridge. This is a perfect condo for a friends getaway. The property is clean and the docks are nice too. The only downside to this resort is there isn’t any room to bring a boat down to your condo. We would highly recommend this condo.

We took a trip with three other couples to celebrate milestone birthdays/anniversaries and had a wonderful experience. Start to finish, this process was a breeze as Adrianna communicated regularly to provide information about the condo facilities, area points of interest, restaurants to visit, etc as this was our first trip to the Lake. She even offered to make a cheese and meat board with Champagne to welcome us when we arrived. The condo felt like home when we arrived as it was beautifully decorated and just felt cozy and inviting. We had plenty of room with 8 adults between the bedrooms and bathrooms as well the kitchen/dining/living area to eat and play card games. The balcony was awesome as well with seating for all of us, a gas grill, and an amazing view of the property and cove. We also made good use of the covered boat slip as we were able to easily launch our boat and store our trailer at the state park across the lake. $5 a day was minimal to launch/store the trailer and it was a 5 minute ride back to the property. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay, our property managers, and the location which was quiet, yet close to everything whether by boat or vehicle. We were already planning our next trip before this one ended as this was truly the perfect getaway!

I booked this property based on past reviews and online pictures that made it look very homey and well thought out. We were blown away by the many, many personal touches throughout the condo. It felt like we were walking into our own home. My wife ended up taking many pictures of things she’d like to do at our home. The property and grounds are impeccably maintained and the communication was awesome. The owners show that they really want you to enjoy your experience by placing welcoming treats throughout as well as custom soaps and shampoos. Bed linens and towels are of high quality. Trust me, I could go on and on. The only drawback is we couldn’t stay longer…

It should let you know in the Description that all bedrooms do not come with a TV, and the Tv that was upstairs in the loft would not come on. Also the hot water didn’t work it only worked in the kitchen. When trying to take a shower the water would come out warm but as soon as you turn the shower the water would turn cold. I contacted the owner he came out why we were gone and said when he turned the water on it was hot. Not understanding how they happens because when we returned and tried to take a shower night everyone had to take another cold shower.

We all loved the attention to detail in the decor of this property. Everything was perfect and helped make the place feel homey. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect! The location of the property was SO convenient. It is very close to 54 which makes it easy to get to Bagnell Dam and other destinations. Plus it's probably only five minutes from the outlet malls!

The condo was the BIG WIN of our weekend! The location was great! (On the 4th floor, but right up from the elevator!) The patio was roomy with a beautiful view of the lake! It was very peaceful and great for morning walks! It was very clean and beautifully decorated! Seemed like you just jumped into a section of “Southern Living” magazine! It was also cozy and roomy enough for our group of nine! The host was very helpful, friendly and responsive to any questions we might have had! It was a wonderful weekend to shop, sight see, and recharge with the family! Here’s to hoping we can take the feelings of this weekend back home...because nobody has more fun than us! Thanks for the unforgettable stay! We will definitely be back!
