About this house rental
The Estate at Baldy Ridge, set on 3 private wooded acres, is perfect for large family reunions, corporate retreats, or groups of friends who vacation together. Countless amenities include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, two spacious dining areas, multiple intimate gathering spots, multiple wet bars, and six fireplaces (1 decorative in rec area). The multi-level living spaces afford all guests the comforts of home and privacy when desired. The lower “Recreation” level of the home houses a 90-inch home theater, wet bar, pool table, foosball, arcade game, and shuffleboard. This estate home also features several outdoor amenities, including one of the largest swim spas in the area, an expansive deck with amazing views large enough to seat the entire group, and a gas grill.
Recently elevated by the new owners, the home features elegant artwork, vintage ski photography, new dining/breakfast room seating, custom rugs, throw blankets, vintage pillows, and other furnishings. This place was fabulous and exceeded all of our expectations. We had (9) adults and (9) children - (5) families and never seemed crowded. We had hot water problems the first day ... reported via text ... maintenance came, and the problem was fixed within hours of us reporting it. We always got a quick response to a text. The large kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including two dishwashers and a large refrigerator in the laundry room for all our beverages (we didn't need coolers). We prepared our own meals every night with no problems. There was a very nice grill on the deck and extra propane tanks. There were plenty of plates and utensils. The children played in the yard for hours and the deck was large enough for all of us. The movie room was a big hit and access to the internet and TV easy. We could have used coat racks and a pantry, but these were only minor inconveniences. The view of the Breckenridge peaks was spectacular. This was money well spent and I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place was perfect for our mixed group of families wit young kids, singles, and couples. The layout made it so that kids could be napping while adults played. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen and the property is just gorgeous inside and out. We had very pleasant exchanges with the property managers and the place was clean nd tidy. Loved that the owner named the rooms 😊Home theater was very helpful. We found many spots on the property for photo shoots! All in all, we had a wonderful time!

We held a Family get-together (my husband and I, our 4 kids and their spouses and children.) We enjoyed the property and the location. I especially liked the downstairs where the kids could go play pool and watch movies while the adults were fixing food, etc. The views were beautiful and we got some great family photos with the views and the wildflowers.

With 10 kids of all ages this fantastic lower level was a gathering place each and every night . it has something for all of us . pool table, shuffle board table,foosball table, video game machine.And a movie theater, which was used almost every night . Estate at Baldy Ridge is one of a kind . We will be back. By the way as always the supporting staff was as good as you would expect from the River Ridge Rentals Staff. The house was absolutely fabulous. There were six families, including my wife and I and all of our children and their children. There was a bed for everyone. The game room was fabulous. The kitchen was good size and perfect for our family. The hot tub was a big hit in the trails around the house were perfect for daily hikes. The town of Breckenridge is awesome and the surrounding area activities were a big hit with the whole family.

This house and our experience was so impressive. We had 25 people and we never felt cramped. There is so much space and its so well laid out. River Ridge was awesome too!

Hi, I wanted to let you know that majority of our guests got a stomach virus while staying at the house. The home was not clean prior to our arrival, the heater did not work downstairs our entire stay. It was 0 degrees outside. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The sofa was filthy. We even found nail clippings in the sofa cushion seat and dust and hair in all the corners even after cleaning crew came back. It did not feel like a luxury experience. Instead we bought sanitizing wipes and we're cleaning the surfaces because we did not feel like anything was sanitary. There should also be a note that during snow it is not a short walk to the shuttle. You need a car to get an around. Uber is not always available. The sheets had hair and one bed had dirt in it. Very hard to believe for the price we paid.

I've been a client of RRR for 12 years and have rented 4 different properties. RRR provides above average customer service with courtesy and focus before, during, and after the rental. Estate at Baldy Ridge is the ideal house for large groups that need multiple sleeping arrangements. The owners have done an excellent job of providing a first class experience. And you're only 10 minutes away from peak 9 (with snowy roads. We would definitely rent this property again and without a doubt we will use RRR.

This house had everything we needed. We used this house as a work retreat with 7 coworkers. We had our meeting at the house in the theater space which worked perfect. We greatly enjoyed the games in the basement and the large hot tub was amazing for our group. There were also great places to see not only in Breckenridge but surroundings areas for hiking and white water rafting. Would definitely recommend to others.
