On your right is the master bedroom with a double built bed with desk and closet.
The second bedroom has two single beds which CANNOT be joined together.
The terrace has all the privacy you need in order to enjoy a bottle of wine
(we always offer as a welcome upon our guest’s arrival) hoping to make you feel like home. You can then enjoy the breathtaking view which everyone talks about. Just in front of you will see the volcano which includes the two black islands in the middle of the gulf and of course the sunrise.
On your left side you can see Imerovigli, Firostefani and Fira along the cliffs. The view to the Santorini’s gulf creates a very romantic atmosphere and gives you the best chance to make a proposal to your soul mate.

Upon booking you get instructions how you can come or we can arrange you a private or semi private transfer to the closest spot of the villa.
From that point we are taking care of your belongings and you can just walk to the villa (3 minutes/140 m). The house is positioned on the main pedestrian path to the old castle of Oia where the villagers used to watch over the sea the horizon for pirates.

Top notch experience from arrival to departure. The home was exactly as depicted and has an incredible view. We were just below the blue dome so you can easily grab the iconic photo during your stay. The luggage assistance down and up was essential and appreciated. Many amazing restaurants nearby and highly recommend the catamaran trip if you are looking to see the nearby beaches.

Authentic cave house for a family of four in an excellent location that is quiet and off of the main walkways away from crowds. Feels very private with incredible views. Check in and out was easy with the help of Yannis. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Can’t wait to visit again.

This property was perfect for our 2-night stay. The view was stunning, and the host could not have been more helpful and responsive.

The location made for a wonderful experience in Oia. Absolutely loved the sunsets from this location.

The Cave Houses are amazing. We loved ours. Blu Bianco was excellent.
Beware of the many many steps with no rails. Sam took our bags to the house and then back on our last day. You have to go to the post office in Oia for your transfers since there is no street address. That was a hard thing for Mr Shuttle to understand.
Santorini was delightful.

A perfect location. The host and Mr. Sam were very responsive with any questions. Could not have stayed at a better place.

Sam the manager was incredible. He went out of his way to help us navigate Oia and carry our luggage both to and from the unit. There are 64 steps to get up and down. Most things in the unit were miniature. The door frames were low and the steps inside the place weren’t marked, so we placed some white rocks along the base to prevent tripping. Unfortunately the washing machine was not working due to the conversion parts that hadn’t arrived yet, but still you could only put a handful of items inside. Locale was centralized and the views were gorgeous. We had dinner at Naos, just a short walk from the property and it was mind blowing. The artistry and the flavors as well as the ambiance rivaled few others that we have experienced.

Cool Cycladic House! Definitely could not have accessed the house without Sam, who was there at check in, took care of all of our requests, and thankfully helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs to the house!
The house has amazing views of the Caldera and a great deck to sit/lay out on and drink! There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. But know, since you are in the heart of Oia, people trying to get photos of the views may be walking up and down the stairs next to the house out of curiosity.
The only annoying issue with the house was that the washing machine, which is (and was) listed as an amenity, was broken and only when we emailed the owner, Konstantinos, to ask how to work it, did he mention it was broken. And quite unfortunately when we emailed back to ask what could be done as we were expecting a working washing machine during our stay (as the property listed) he literally never responded.
Thankfully, Sam was there to help us figure out what to do and had our clothes washed. Glad Sam was there to take care of the situation, however through the VRBO site, the owner is who you are to contact. It was not helpful that the owner decided that it wasn’t worth a response or at least could have said, please ask Sam.
Regardless, my friends and I went in September, where the weather was beautiful and the crowds were not too big. Overall a very fun destination!

What we loved the most was the view at night. We lay in the loungers and watched the sunset and the lights come on across the water and the stars appear. It was very relaxing. To have this terrace was superb.

The property is located in a beautiful spot on the cliff but to get to it you must go down a tremendous amount of stairs passing hordes of tourists from buses. The entire town of Oia is packed and you can barely move down the main road at certain hours. It is similar to a nightmare rock concert where everyone is trying to exit at once! The house is very basic and we found it difficult for a family of 4. Saba, the property manager was wonderful and very helpful. Despite what I read on-line prior, I recommend staying on the other side of the island and visiting Oia. The sunset (which is apparently what everyone flocks to Oia for) is pretty in Oia but it is much better from a boat and no sunset is worth the crazy tourist crowds.

This is a a wonderful traditional apartment down the cliff. Steps to it provide amazing views, a great way to work off dinner :), and the end result on the apartments front terrace is fabulous. The air conditioning works well and the bathroom and bedrooms are spacious. There is a clothes washer that is in the process of being repaired and feel free to pull the dining chairs out onto the terrace for your morning coffee.
We loved the experience. And Oia is definitely the place to stay over Fira unless you are interested in the party scene. Lunch down slope at Amoudi bay was wonderful as well. But coming home each night to the stars and wine on the terrace made the trip.

Fantastic cave house in the heart of Oia!
This was a once in a lifetime experience - staying in a beautiful cave house just off the main walkway in Oia. Lots of stairs, yes, but once you’re there you truly feel like you’re in the heart of Oia. The check in process was very smooth - Mr Saba was amazingly helpful with carrying our bags up and down the stairs! - and the house was extremely clean and just as described. I couldn’t have asked for more!

Everything was wonderful including Sophia who helps with everything. The view is spectacular. There are lots of steps so if you have any mobility issues this might nit be the best spot.

Pictures don't do this place justice
We loved everything about this place - the location, the incredible views, it was super clean (and cleaned for us daily which is amazing), kitchen fully stocked, washer in the bathroom which we used daily, it was spacious. Also, the transportation from the airport was arranged for us, as well as porters to carry our bags all the way to and from the place. Sofia who showed us the property initially was so friendly and helpful. She gave us all the tips about the island and more. She would also be able to arrange a car/ATV/4 Wheeler rental if necessary. Top notch service and amazing place! Can not wait to go back

Konstantinos is the ultimate host!
We spent an amazing week in Oia, Santorini. Our cave home was so clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from our home was breathtaking. Our host thought of every detail and was so helpful to make our stay memorable. The sunset views from the Vitrin Cafe were increadable and so was the food, the best crepes and coffee. A great location with easy access to all attractions on the Island. We highly recommend this property. It was like home away from home!! Thanks to Konstantinos and his crew for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

The views are spectacular!
The villa is very private despite the other homes being close by. Blu Blanco was very comfortable and cozy. It was so close to everything. It is an ideal location. The website pictures are accurate. Konstantinos met us as promised. He and his helpers took care of our bags (which was very important given all the stairs). He was so helpful with educating us about the island as it was our first time. He took care of arranging transfers to and from the airport. I would definitely stay there again.

Top-notch Service, Perfect Locale
My friends and I spent a very short two nights recently in Blu Blanco and wished we could have spent the entire month! From the pre-arrival communications and assistance, to the arrival-day arrangements, as well as the continued assistance and support during our stay, Kanstantinos was a phenomenal host and made our stay the best ever. Cannot recommend his properties enough.
The house was exactly as pictured (perfect!), very clean and well maintained, and I would recommend it to anyone who asks.
Looking forward to a return sometime in the future, for sure.

Amazing experience. Konstantinos, you are great!!
We stayed during four nights at Konstantinos house and we only have nice words for Konstantinos...the best owner we have ever meet.
Regarding the house, it was sited in the amazing Oia downtown with amazing views to the Caldera with all the services, really very comfortable. The dinners at the terrace were fantastic.
If you have to visit Oia don't hesitate to stay at Konstantinos house. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful, well-maintained home with great views!
Konstantinos was very communicative from booking to check-out. He was able to answer all of our questions before arrival and helped us book transfers to and from the airport. When we arrived, him and his friend helped bring our luggage all the way down to the house. The home was just as pictured - very bright, clean and well kept! It was located several steps down from the main street in Oia - not a hard walk at all.
Somebody came daily to clean the house - which was very appreciated. We were also able to do laundry several times (there was a washing machine in the bathroom and a drying rack on the terrace).
During our stay, Konstantinos recommended great restaurants (even helping us book an awesome sunset dinner in Oia), boat trips and other key attractions on the island. Thanks to his input, we had an amazing family vacation in Santorini!

Perfect holidays
Our holidays were just perfect:) We had everything we needed and were really happy in Oia and also in the blu cave house.
Konstantinos made our holidays since the beginning very easy. He organized a car (I would highly recommend that to explore the island and visit different beaches) and we could directly drive from the airport to Oia.
Arrived in Oia Konstantinos carried all our luggage and explained us on the map where we should go and what beaches we should visit. We liked the area around Perissa a lot (beach). I highly recommend the catamaran tour. You can start in Oia and the catamaran will bring you back to Oia. It was such a beautiful day with snorkelling, sun bathing, lunch and music. Its also nice for families. Ask Konstantinos for the booking.
Whenever we had questions we went to the small coffee where Konstantinos work. He gave us further information and we could enjoy the delicious crepes or waffles which we got for a lower price.
The house is really cute and the view from the terrace amazing. You will find all you need to prepare breakfast or a small uncomplicated dinner. The two seperate bedrooms give some privacy. Only the double bed is not to big but ok for a few days.
We felt really confortable during the whole stay and we higly recommend Konstantinos and his cave house.

Fun place to stay!
I will agree with the previous review that Konstantinos was an excellent host for our visit. He even offered to have a waitress deliver coffee from his cafe during our stay. The location was wonderful for exploring the northern part of Santorini. It has a great view, interesting access through a store, and is a unique place to visit. It does require climbing different sets of stairs and would not be accessible for anyone who has limited mobility. That said, our stay was great fun and I send my thanks to our host.

Amazing Place, Amazing Host
We stayed in Blu Blanco Cave House for 3 nights (May 5-8, 2016). Konstantinos, our host, was the most accommodating host I have ever had--without a doubt. He promptly answered all questions in advance of our stay and provided us with a personalized .pdf guide to the island that matched what we expressed we'd like to do and see. On arrival, he met us and carried our luggage to the cave house (which is a big deal), and provided us with a rental car contact that was significantly less expensive than rentals we were able to access on our own. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us.
The house itself is as gorgeous as the photographs suggest and in a perfect, central location. Because it is below the main street, it is completely quiet. We were two adult couples and were very comfortable in this two-bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room cave. Beyond comfort, it was a cool place to stay. We spent much of our time on the deck, which overlooks the spectacular Santorini caldera. The view was unbeatable. Although there were many places to visit on the island, we would have been completely content staying at Blu Blanco 24/7.
Thanks, Konstantinos.
