We had an amazing stay. It was clean, near attractions, had many amenities, our girls (10, 7, 4) slept great in the kids room, our bed was comfy, and the turtles were a hit. Also the outdoor shower and the beach gear were amazing to have! There was a bit of noise in the morning from the circle, but it you expected it a bit it wasn't bad at all. We will be staying here again!

This condo, super clean and fully stocked, was absolutely perfect for my adult daughter, 2 granddaughters (ages 4 & 7), and I. The hosts thought of everything from books & toys to beach necessities! Everything was so incredibly comfortable, and very user friendly. An ideal vacation stay!!

I was in town for a nursing conference and extended my stay for a mini vacation. The condo was perfect and close to everything. We will definitely be booking it again soon!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean, comfortable, modern, and had everything we could possibly need. It was very close to all the places we wanted to go. We really enjoyed feeding the turtles from the back deck. Excellent communication with very friendly, and accommodating hosts. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved feeding the fish and turtles and the pool was close to walk to. Only disappointment was there is a grill in the pictures which we specifically bought food to cook on and there was no grill when we arrived.

Older, clean & well decorated
NOISY WITH LOTS OF TRAFFIC!
The patio was NOT what the description portrayed!!!
Its not really a pond, & its a small mucky brown water going nowhere.
The patio in NOT relaxing as the condo is on a EXTREMELY BUSY intersection!!!! You are on a corner with cars coming & going both directions ALLLLLL DAY!!!!
Especially bad early AM & from 330 to 7!!! All night you will hear motorcycles & loud cars!!!
Including boom boxes that rattle the windows! The bed was AWFUL & between the bad bed & noise we couldnt get ANY SLEEP!!! 😑
We had planned this Anniversary get away after a very busy "snowbird season" of working...
NOTHING relaxing about this place!
I would have never thought such alittle island would have SO MUCH TRAFFIC!!! You are on a corner that is VERY BUSY with heavy traffic coming & going . (Mostly workers & ALOT of noisy big trucks!!!)
The pictures show a relaxing patio with a grill ... one of the reasons we chose this place. Guess what???
NO GRILL!!! When we asked the owners they said they are not allowed to have grills anymore. However, many of the other condos near us did!
The sun comes up on the patio side, so even if THE NOISY traffic doesnt bother you, its very HOT!
We had a wkend planned in Jacksonville after this trip & when we checked in at 4pm the 1st thing we did was TAKE A NAP!!!
Were not even nappers!!!
But 4 nights without sleep was CRAZY! To the owners, Im sorry!
We usually dont complain!
Get a new mattress & thicker windows!

This was a wonderful trip and a great place to stay! The location was very convenient for doing anything island and while also being easy to leave the island. The host was very nice and responsive with all our questions and the property is lovely and makes for a perfect get away!

Clean, comfortable, spacious.

Enjoyed the visit to the island, and learning that an island in Georgia has such a rich history including John Wesley. Enjoyed worship at the Wesleyan church. The condo is situated near a busy intersection at the entrance of the causeway if your traveling around. The picture shows a grill be there is not one, but plenty of pans for cooking on the stove so worked out fine. Bedrooms are upstairs so not a good place for older folks with mobility issues.
4.8
Our only complaint is that the pictures showed a grill and we did not have one! And the traffic was loud but by the second night we were getting use to it.
We absolutely loved our stay
Wish the weather would have been better but that had nothing to do with the place!

Clean, neat and comfortable condo. Very close to the Epworth Center so it was easy to attend our conference. We did not cook, but anything you would need is in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

First time in St Simons Island and what a perfect location. We’ve been to Jekyll Island before but this was so much more pleasant. We were minutes away from the downtown area, the restaurants, shops, and general things to do were so nice. It was like a little seaside town that you see in the movies and our host made the process easy and also provided wine and snacks upon arrival. My wife and I can’t wait to go back…

Had a great trip! Condo was just right for our party of 5.

Property was clean, exactly as pictured. Storage shed stocked with bikes and beach gear was a plus. Kids enjoyed the fish and turtles in the lake off the back patio.
4.8
The condo was clean, check-in and communication with the owner was great. We loved the gift basket and the informational binder, as well as access to beach chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed the turtles and fish swimming around. There is a monster one, in there! The condo pool was super quiet and refreshing. The home itself is centrally located between the shopping, restaurant and pier area. The only downside was the traffic noise. The backside patio area, of the condo, is located at a busy intersection/road. The road noise impeded falling asleep and morning coffee wasn't as peaceful as I had hoped. All in all, we had a great trip. So much to do. The island, along with Jekyll is so quiet, clean and low key.

It was a short but sweet stay. The rooms were very clean and the whole process was easy.
4.8
The condo was not only priced well but was also very convenient to everything on the island. The large washer and dryer was so nice to be able to use as needed without going to a community room. The place was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be looking to rent this condo again.

We planned a few days with our 2 grandkids. We took in some of the local attractions and went to the beach. We were not able to fish due to rain and wind conditions but looking for the tree spirits, going to the lighthouse and the sea turtle rescue center were highlights of our stay.
the VRBO was perfect size for the 4 of us and had enough space for us to socialize and relax.
4.8
Clean and centrally located. We loved watching and feeding the turtles. Good response time from the hosts.

We enjoyed the condo and the pool very much. The area was nice people were friendly .

This condo had everything we needed from giant tv/comfortable sofas and master bed to outdoor shower and bikes. We loved watching the (24)pond turtles off the deck. Pool was very clean and not busy. We rode bikes to the lighthouse and Neptune park. The fantastic East beach was only 2.2 miles by car. Host had plenty of towels/ laundry supplies etc. (and coffee pods)😀 we had a great time!

The place was adequate. Location somewhat noisy. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

It was great for what we needed but the beds in the second room are definitely for small children. The teenagers were not excited for them.

Condo very clean and welcoming. Turtles in pond fun. Location convenient, but a bit noisy due to traffic on nearby road.

This was the perfect spot for a Spring Break girls trip. Talaxe and Glen made the process so simple, and we had everything we needed. Such a cute and cozy little place to come back to after a day on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway and hope to return soon! Thank you, Talaxe and Glen!

We had the best time, the property managers are hands down AMAZING and so quick to respond to me. We will defiantly stay here again

Having never been to St. Simons Island, we wanted a location that was somewhat centrally located so we could get to the main tourist sites pretty easily. This place worked out great once we figured out the large 'roundabout' that you need to maneuver around to first get to the place and then get anywhere else. It requires some quick lane changes that can be a little unnerving in heavy traffic, but we got better after each time.
Plenty of restaurants about 5 minutes away near the lighthouse. Fort Frederica was fascinating especially if you're into history and archeology. The War at Home Museum is especially well done - very informative exhibits that tell the many stories happening during WWII in the area without overwhelming you with minutiae.

We stayed for 8 nights. We enjoyed the place. Owner had just updated parts and were continuing to upgrade. Very comfortable and centrally located.
We will definitely stay here again if we get back to this area.
Had a minor issue after we checked out with the pest control person (maintenance) who came the next day. He broke something prior to the cleaning person coming (she was detained due to illness) and did not own up to it so the owner/cleaning person thought we broke it. We had absolutely no issues with pests though. Had the cleaning person been on schedule she would have known it wasn’t us.

My friend and I spent a long weekend in this townhouse. (We were attending a conference at Epworth by the Sea which is less than a mile away.) The house was very clean and well equipped. The living room was very comfortable for our evening conversations and watching TV.
I stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. My friend stayed in the other bedroom which is perhaps better designed for children than adults. The day bed was squeaky so she slept on the bottom bunk which was fine.
It took a LONG time to get hot water in the bathroom but once it got hot, we never ran out of hot water. Just be prepared to wait.
The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee maker and toaster. We checked the outside shed and found the bikes although we decided it was too cold and windy for a ride. (It was in the low 30s and very windy!)
The communication by email was great. There were clear directions for getting into the house. And good information about checking out. We only needed one parking spot and it was right in front. (There was another spot located nearby.) The neighborhood was very quiet. There is a busy street nearby so there was some traffic noise but it was not bad. There are lots of wonderful restaurants in the vicinity and we never had a bad meal!
All in all this was a great place to stay. St. Simons is a wonderful place to visit!
