Avenia (Ruma, SRB)

Čisté izby, moderné vybavenie, fantasticky pohodlné postele. Relatívne priestranná kúpeľňa, na izbe (nami nevyužitý minibar) a rozprávkové raňajky. Silno odporúčam!

V podstate nemám čo vytknúť. Realita zodpovedala jednak prezentácii na webe Booking.com a jednak aj našim očakávaniam.

Много приятно хотелче на централната улица с паркинг. Леглото и възглавниците са удобни. Закуската е от меню. Чудесно съотношение цена-качество

Tolles Hotel mit einem sehr gutem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

Das Hotel so wie die Zimmer waren wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, auch der Hotelparkplatz war ausreichend. Check-In funktionierte schnell und problemlos ca. ~5min und auch das Frühstücksangebot war gut. Im Zimmer selbst wurden die Handtücher wenn man es wollte täglich gewechselt und auch Badepantoffeln und ein kostenloser Safe waren im Preis enthalten. Was ich nicht unbedingt in der Kategorie " nicht gefallen" schreiben möchte ist die Beleuchtung im Zimmer, diese ist Badezimmer sehr gut, jedoch könnte man im restlichen Zimmer etwas hellere Leuchten benützen. (Das Zimmer ist ordentlich beleuchtet jedoch könnte sie einen ticken besser sein, da vieles im Zimmer dunkel gehalten ist z.B. Vorhänge, Boden, Teile von der Decke). Aber das ist wie schon oben erwähnt nicht unbedingt ein großer Kritikpunkt.

Leider war im Badezimmer ein unangenehmer Geruch vorhanden der offensichtlich aus dem zentralen Abfluss kam (als das Fußhandtuch am Boden über dem Abfluss lag war der Geruch nicht mehr so intensiv) sofern die Lüftung nicht permanent eingeschaltet gewesen ist. Dieser sollte doch regelmäßig gereinigt werden um so etwas zu vermeiden. Auch schwitzte der Boden im Badezimmer und im Bereich des Eingangs (etwas auch im Flur) dies könnte allerdings auch an den hohen Außentemperaturen in Serbien zu dem Zeitpunkt gelegen haben (+40°C) und da vielleicht unter den besagten Stellen / im Keller eventuell hohe Temperaturunterschiede herrschen. (Kühlkammer zum Beispiel) Den Punkt möchte ich anführen da im Badezimmer die Fliesen dadurch sehr rutschig sind, hier sollten man einen Antirutschbelag bzw. Matten andenken da ansonsten doch eine hohe Rutschgefahr besteht.

Ideal location. Good restaurant downstairs, probably one of the best in the area.

Wifi wasn’t the best in our room, but could be better in others I guess. Not a lot of a choice for breakfast from the restaurant, just the option of eggs/omelette and bacon/sausage mainly with one drink.

Recomanded for one night stay

At the center with good restaurant and good breakfast, the parking behind the hotel and behind the ramp which is free and whirlpool bath.

The room has just little window, the noise come from the down restavrant like someone rool something and we also hear the music. In the room you just gets mini bar and watter for which you need to pay.

Superb

Very good value for money. The hotel is better that many central hotels in bigger cities. The food and drinks in the restaurant are very good. Especially the traditional dishes. Friendly staff.

The smoke in the restaurant made us leave very early. We‘re aware that smoking is allowed in Serbia, however it is truly unpleasant for non-smokers and children. In addition it was very noisy from loud music in the restaurant until late hours.

this is not hotel ! this is building with rooms

breakfast was good !

there was no Wi-Fi, even that on reservations wrote that Wi-Fi is available, but you can connect to the internet only if you stay close to reception. Also on booking we saw 4 stars hotel, but this is not hotel , this is just building with rooms!!!

Exceptional

We've booked this place based on the reviews of others, so we didn't know anything about it in advance. It is located in the very center of Ruma, so if you want to go for a walk everything is close and you can easily do it. The breakfast included with reservation is nice addition and it's tasty and plenty. Staff is very communicative and helpful (we've forgotten something in our room, called the reception, and they checked the room and arranged for pickup with just one call). The room was clean and heating was great (as our visit was during winter). We will definitely return to this place, if we find ourselves in Ruma again!

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Easy to find. Good positioned. Very clean. Room is good size. Bathroom very clean. Staff very pleasant and polite. They were all ready to help on every topic. Good choice to stay there
