Easy, clean and perfect location for skiing. Just a quick walk to the base and with a FIVE year old. Would stay here again
8.0 / 10.0
The location of this property is a very short walk to the bus stop which will drop off right at the base of the Town Lift. The bus system is great and free. Walking into town for dinner and shopping is very doable.
The condo itself is a little tired. It is equipped with everything needed, but don’t rely on the dishwasher to clean the dishes. We hand washed all the dishes we took out of the cabinet before using as most were not clean.
This is a pet friendly condo so understand dog hair is nearly impossible to eliminate. Washing the blankets, as well as the sheets, needs to be added to the routine. We actually washed a couple of the blankets ourselves. Laundry in the condo is a plus.
The sofa is super comfy but the pull out should not be listed as an option for sleeping. It is truly in need of replacement, (pillows too), and would make a huge improvement.
The extra 3/4 bathroom is great! Twin beds in second bedroom; great for families.
Our stay in Park City was awesome and with a few minor updates, this condo could be a 5.

Nice 2-bedroom unit in a great location. A short walk to the base or hop on the free bus for a quick ride to town. The unit is clean and well stocked, although it would benefit from a little maintenance (e.g., lightbulbs and batteries need replacing), but overall, it's exactly what we wanted to enjoy some great skiing.

Pretty much everything in the kitchen was dirty, so we had to rewash it all. The bathroom shower’s door doesn’t stay closed. The tv in the guest room didn’t work, although we were so tired we didn’t try that hard to figure it out. Now, the location was awesome. It was a short walk up a hill and cross the parking lot to the ski resort. And then it was only a short walk into downtown park city. We never had to use a car once we got to the condo.
I would recommend this to skiers who don’t need anything fancy and just want a good location. If you are hoping to do cooking or hang out in the condo more, I would be cautious.

Not great
Only ok. Lighting in master bath tub area was very dim. Shower door in guest bath did not stay shut at all. Rug on kitchen floor was dirty and matted. Lots of steps to the outside and parking. No directions left for operating the 3 remotes for the TV.

Fun family weekend
My son and I stayed at this property for a long ski weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk (though uphill) to the Park City lifts and the restaurants on Main Street. Also close by was the supermarket (Fresh Market) where we bought food to cook. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and well located. The coffee maker and refrigerator went bad but Vacation Rentals was quick to provide replacements, even though a full size refrigerator wasn't available until we were leaving.

We had to make a last minute change of plans for our post Christmas vacation when Lake Tahoe banned leisure travel late last year. After scrambling to find a place we decided on Park City. At that time inventory was low and prices were HIGH!! While the location of this unit is prime, the overall condition was in no way worth what I paid! Look at the picture then add several years of abuse. We could barely sit at the dining table as the chairs were about to collapse. The lighting in the master bath is ridiculously dim/low wattage and it may be intentional to hide the condition. My wife refused to use the jetted tube as it had mildew stains and a generally bad smell.Bottom line, the location is great within walking distance of shops and restaurants. While the unit admittedly has everything you might want it needs updating badly!

Fun in park city!
This was such a great property! Perfect for 2 people. Would be a little small for more then 2-3 people. I thought it was a little $$$ for the space, but overall loved our stay and the property was perfect

Looking forward to returning. Great location and easy access to bus route. Had everything we neeeded
Upon arrival we had some difficulties with the code but the management office walked us through the process. Big thank you to Heather. My 4 star for cleanliness is because you need a new vacuum. It appeared to be vacuumed but there was rock salt scattered throughout the condo. We vacuumed before leaving with some success. I would give you a 5+ if you get a newer vacuum. Awesome vacation!!! Hope to be back soon.

Great Park City condo
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It has everything you'd need, is in a great location, and was plenty of room for our family of four. Downtown is a short bus ride away (or a longer walk if you have the legs after skiing) and the bus stop is just at the corner. It's a short walk to the main base. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the building was pretty quiet during our stay. Property management was easy to work with.

Very pleased with the entire experience from booking to check out. Management is very attentive. The condo itself is in a great location close to skiing and shops. It was very comfortable and well stocked. Would love to visit again.

2 Bedroom condo in the heart of Park City
Very comfortable condo, we skied Park City & Deer Valley, location was great to both those areas and downtown Park City. We loved the assigned covered parking (no Scraping of car) as it snowed every night we were there. We would stay here again.

Clean, relativly close to the ski lifts.
The unit was well stocked in the kitchen with all the necessities to eat in. Beds were comfortable. One negative is this is a first floor unit in a two story building. The first night has some noise issues above.

Spacious and roomy yet comfy and cozy
The condo is very roomy and well laid out. Beds are comfortable and furnishings are cozy and warm. The location is fantastic-we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Nice place. Would stay again.
The unit is clean and well furnished.
Having a washer and dryer is nice and so is the programmable keypad, so no worries about a key. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.
There were some basics, like laundry detergent, coffee and coffee filters, which are always appreciated. The staff was very responsive, replying to my emails within minutes, and flexible with my weather-related flight delays.
The location is good - a 5 minute walk to the base of Park City lifts, easy 15 minute walk to Main Street and a bus stations within 100 yards.
My only complaint was that there was no fire wood supplied. I pointed this out to the management and got a fast but unsatisfactory reply that the unit starts the season with a cord of wood and that it is up to each tenant to replace what is used. A mountain house with a wood burning fireplace should come with wood. It shouldn't be up to the good manners of the previous tenant to ensure it; that should be the responsibility of the owner.
Overall, a good place in a good location for a reasonable price.

Convenient location and comfortable
Good value. We rent condos at various places each year and what we particularly liked was this unit's very nicely equipped kitchen. Also, we like the policy allows renters to leave non-perishables. The benefit of this is coffee and sweetner happened to be left by past renters which saved us an early morning trip out. It's a small thing, but appreciated. We also had great service from the property manager, in that we locked ourselves out, and were jet-lagged, ski fatiqued tired, with a dying cell phone battery trying to let ourselves in one night. We'd left the code inside the unit! Our emails were quickly responded to with a phone call that got us in. Lifesaver!

Comfortable Condo
The condo was very cozy and comfortable. I would recommend it for no more than 4 people. The convertible couch was not comfortable as a bed. The springs were not sufficient to support a mattress. Other than that, the unit was very nice and well furnished. Our entire party was very pleased and had a good time.

Amazing Location! Clean & Comfortable!
The unit was clean, comfortable and very convenient. We especially loved being close by the beautiful City Park with outstanding play equipment, the library was state of the art and just down the street and Starbuck's was easily walkable distance.
Loved the fact that we were on the 4th of July parade route. Did not have to wake our 2 year old grandson from his nap until the very last minute. Pretty fun parade by the way. As well as the Pancake Breakfast that was located right across the street.
Full size washer and dryer made cleaning clothes easy. Less time spent doing laundry when you can eliminate multiple loads.
Lighting was excellent. Covered parking was easily accessible to the unit. Loved the DVD player in the master bedroom. Internet was excellent. Lush towels to use after bath and plenty of cooking utensils, dishes and pans to make a gourmet meal.
Fans for every room. Very handy for mid summer heat.
Loved being able to get in touch with manager to obtain valuable information about rental equipment in the area, technical questions about locks, and TV programming.
Wonderful experience...can hardly wait to go back!!
