We really enjoyed our arrival at the apartments by taxi boat, kindly organized by Enrico. The location was perfect. Everything in the Appartment was fonctional, clean and we really enjoyed the air conditioning during the night. Enrico was really responsive to our questions. Thanks for everything Enrico!

Our Family of 13 rented the 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment on a canal with spectacular views. It was exceptionally modern and clean, stocked with all essentials, and had 2 washing machines that we used. Our Host Enrico was kind and gracious, helping us book water taxis from the Marco Polo Airport, other transportation, and restaurants. He was simply fabulous!!! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Enrico!!!

This was the perfect space for our family travels to Venice. The loft was very clean and welcoming. Enrico was very good at responding to emails and super helpful with setting up transportation and providing access to the space. I highly recommend this booking!

Our family and friends (8 in total) spent two incredible days in Venice. The loft is set on a canal, Rio di San Guistina, which cuts through one side of Venice to the other. The moment you arrive you sense the vibrancy of the city. Life happens on the water in Venice…it’s a joy to sit on the dock with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and watch life unfold. Every imaginable water craft passes you by from the venerable water taxi (vaporetto), to water ambulances, hearses, police boats, kayaks and construction boats etc. We enjoyed the location as it was not in the center, but was an easy walk to restaurants, St. Marks Square, the Doges’s Palace, the Grand Canal and the Rialto bridge. Enrico, our host, was incredibly helpful in scheduling water taxis for our pickup and departure and responded quickly to any of our questions. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the unit is comprised of two smaller apartments, each with its own kitchen. The local supermarket, COOP Querini Castello is a short 5-8 minute walk from the apartment. A small piazza with a coffee shop and restaurant is also a few minutes walk from the apartment. We would happily stay here again on any future visit to Venice.

Great location. Close to all attractions. Spacious enough for a large family. We were 7 adults and two children, never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space. Big bonus was the ability to sit outside on the dock and watch the boats go by. Also, it was really nice not to have to haul luggage around….we were able to take water taxis right to the apartment from the train station. Our host was quick to respond to our queries…he even made arrangements for transportation upon request. Enrico was a delight to deal with….great host. You can’t go wrong booking this apartment.

This property was the perfect spot for my family vacation. There were 13 of us total - ranging from age 11-75. It was a beautiful location on the canal - a little off the beaten path so the area was not overly crowded and there were a lot of nice local restaurants and markets nearby. The apartment had all the amenities you need and was very clean. Enrico, the host, was so helpful and very responsive if there was anything we needed. He set up our water taxi's to and from the airport/train station. I would definitely stay there next time I visit Venice.

Our group of ten were very comfortable in Enrico's beautiful apartments. Enrico was very helpful with everything from restaurant (and wine) recommendations to ordering water taxis. His apartments are very clean and modern with easy access via water taxi. It's a quiet neighborhood with gelato, food, and a supermarket nearby.

We traveled as a group of 11 and had a great stay. This is one apt or if a big group two Apts that open into each other. You can take a private taxi directly from airport to the dock of apt. Nice area, very easy to navigate for walking and close to water taxi stop. Grocery store only a few minutes walk but we ate local the whole time.

Enrico is a fantastic host - we really appreciated the help with transportation to/from the apartments. The apartments were clean, modern, comfortable and well stocked. The location is perfect.

The location of this property was absolutely perfect, with plenty of room for our large group of 8 adults! And our host, Enrique was prompt and accommodating when we needed assistance. We do think the kitchens need to be a little better stocked with basics (glasses, silverware, plates) but also know the owner is aware and is still in the process of setting up the property.

This place was perfect for our group. It is actually two apartments that are pretty much mirror each other except one has three BR and the other has two. The clean white minimalism of the space is relaxing and the china, glassware and other kitchen equipment was abundant. Best part of all is the dock. We loved taking a vaporetto straight to our place after a long day getting lost and looking at all the art during the Biennale. Sitting on the doc was also amusing, watching all the boats come by. Enrico was super responsive and very kind to us. The neighborhood was lovely as well. We would definitely return!

Enrico was a great host, extremely helpful. The location is great since it is close enough to access all you want to see and do in Venice, but far enough away to enjoy some peace away from the crowds. On to the mountains!

Right on one of the main canals lies this 6 bedroom/4 bath Loft/Villa. The greatest feature was the dock access that we were able to take a water taxi to the property, from the property to Murano & directly from the property to the Airport. The host Enrico was always a text away (and a few doors down during our stay) and not only assisted with taxi service, but had recomendations for restaurants and suggestions on getting around. Not sure when I'll be back to Venice, but when I am, I'll be looking up Enrico & his Canal Front Loft! 5 STARS!

From beginning to end, this property was everything we could have wanted. The host went out of his way to arrange a private water taxi to bring us right to the front door of the property. He was there to explain all the details, make restaurant recommendations, tell us where the grocery store was etc etc. We rented both sides of the property as we had eight guests. It was perfect, with well equipped kitchens, luxurious bathrooms and an amazing deck right on the canal, where we spent afternoons just watching Venice float by. I would recommend this property to any group that wants to be close to the action of Venice, without being overrun by the crowds.

Highly recommend this property if traveling with family. Enrico was gracious and went out of his way to accommodate any of our needs.

The place is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Our host was extremely helpful with setting up taxis for us and answering any questions. The communication with our host was easy and he always responded in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again

We visited Rome, Florence and Venice and stayed at prime VRBO and ABNB locations. This was the best. Roomy with modern showers and great location. Nice terrace you can sit out and watch the boats go by. A couple of rooms had double beds which my adult children and to push together. Had a washer but no dryer. Host was excellent with great communication and very helpful. Allowed us to store bags after we checked out which was very helpful. Overall excellent property!

Every detail was perfect & communication with owner was seamless. Loved the location, amenities & all of the extra attention to detail. Easy to access from the water or walking & close to all the sights in Venice. We’ll be back for a longer stay next time!

Took to Water Taxi Motoscafi directly to the Villa Dock. No lugging luggage down small streets. Direct to airport the same way when we left. Can't do it that way many places. Villa was special. A wonderfully redone space in an old world building. Definitely a great location. 10 min walk to the big attractions. Wonderful restaurants nearby.
