accessing and extremely large gates. locking process.

Centrally located in Boulder. Close to shops etc.
Entry locking system is a bit complicated on the two gates. It would be extremely difficult to access in the dark. The back gate lock doesn’t line up with the three entry holes and requires a lot of manoeuvring to engage it in place. This needs to be looked at in the future.

Good location in Burt Street
Comfortable beds
The place had loads of cockroaches in the kitchen.
Was also dirty and very dusty.
Dated property and looked like it was a slap together job definitely wasn't a three bedroom house. Was three separate bedrooms outside the kitchen that all led on to a common outdoor area.

Very industrial, no fuss aimed at workers. Hot water service didn't work. But we were given a discount for that. Great value for multiple persons each requiring a room. But not flash!
Ditto above. Felt dirty.

the photo on the website review is not what I stayed in. false advertising there. there was nothing to like about the property. on arrival l was required to negotiate the unlocking of the padlock of a heavy metal gate through a hole in a metal fence and sustained injuries to my left arm while trying to undo the padlock. the gate should be electronic as it is a safety risk trying to unlock and get in.
the website presentation of the property is absolutely deceptive and on arrival l was shocked at the presentation and cleanliness of the property. the whole property smelled musty and the kitchen area has a dreadful smell that l can’t describe and has permeated through all of my belongings that were in that room. l have to wash everything that I took with me and have had to bin some belongings as the smell is so putrid. not a tea towel to be found in the place. the aircon units in the building are disgustingly dirty and one of them was producing warm air (bedroom 1). there are no fly screens on any of the windows or doors so building couldn’t be aired out. spider webs everywhere. this property cost me $900 and I am saying l was absolutely ripped off. l would like to be refunded my $900

Value for money, relaxed feel, able to sit outside and relax unlike a motel
Crockery and cutlery could do with an update and wine glasses are needed
2.5 / 5.0
Fine for workers, but not ideal for young family, all bedrooms opened directly onto large open courtyard that had huge padlocked gates making you feel it may not be safest courtyard to face. Adequate and great location but my husband and I ended up sleeping in separate rooms to share with the kids as they were scared to sleep alone.
Stains on sheets also not very attractive, even though they were clean, it's a bit off putting.

The location suited us and the outdoor space was useful, although summer would be too hot. It is a bit run down but clean and easy to relax in.
Access was a bit unusual.

Great location.
Plenty of food and drink options in walking distance.
Plenty of room for the group
Fair price @ $25/head/night
Bit rundown but in keeping with the historic area it is in.

Nothing

Absolutely nothing
Dirty, unkept, smelly. No tea/coffee/sugar/milk. Shared toilets and shower facilities. Expose electrical wires. Extension cords every where.
