I absolutely loved was nice and clean. We were trying to find a co do that had tvs at the bunk beds but this is the only one we could find. Once we settled we were fine that it was ground floor. It was beautiful! Will definitely be back again next summer for another family vacation! Thank you so much!

Just a weekend trip down to Florida and it was great. Much like other reviewers, we agree that it might be a bit dated, but nothing to complain about. The view was amazing! The response for the management group was quick and reliable. I love the key pad entry for the whole family so we don't need a physical key to keep track of during our stay. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall, we would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was just enough for us. The kids loved the bunk beds with their own TVs. Master bed wasn’t very comfortable. The dual eye on the stove seemed off with the knob. Someone may need to check on that. Other than that everything was great. It wasn’t too loud staying on ground level. We could still see the ocean great from ground level too. We had plenty of towels and cookware in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this condo back in 2021. There have been a few upgrades since staying here two years ago. This is a nice condo, clean, in a great location and I like that the condo building is smaller than most. I would stay here again.

Loved the location and room was good. Bed comfortable, seating good, especially out on balcony! We purchased a fan for bedroom to help block any outside noise, left there for next guests! upgraded to a better brand of toilet paper and left coffee filters, salt and pepper, for next guests-- Those are a couple of things Brooks & Shorey should include for the price that other Air BnBs provide. Comforts of home is why we choose Bnb's over a hotel room. Overall, great place and great vacation!

Great location. Place was very clean. Point of contact was easy to deal with when reporting minor damage to a table upon arrival inspection. Beach was not crowded and the complimentary chairs were incredible. Plenty of parking as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Highly recommend this spot. The condo is in the perfect location at the far end of Okaloosa Island. The beach is perfect and just a few steps away. The free beach chair and umbrella service makes it even that much better. The condo itself was clean and well stocked for what we needed. We typically just did sammiches for lunch and went out for supper. With the location going back and forth to the room was a breeze. We'll definitely be back.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the attention to detail with items that may have been left at home. We had everything that we needed. We had a fantastic two week stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, all amenities needed provided. Everything on our wishlist for our Anniversary was checked off. The location and ocean view is spectacular! We enjoyed watching the dolphins from our deck while eating breakfast. Every time we went to the pool we had it all to ourselves. It was really nice to have beach chairs and umbrella every day set up for us and had the nicest guy named Will (beach concierge). He brought a fishing pole and bate bucket for my husband to use after my husband had mentioned how he really wanted to do a little fishing. We will definitely rent this property again!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The condo is in a great location and has tons of great potential. I only have 2 issues, and I'm not a complainer. This unit needs a deep clean from the front door on. You arrive and it looks like the door has been damaged by the elements. There were smears on the wall and door of the bathroom. We had to go buy a few kitchen items because there wasn't even a sheet pan available. Beach service was amazing! We really did enjoy this condo, but it needs a few minor updates and good cleaning!
