The property was beautiful . Spotlessly clean and just felt like home from home . 2 minutes from the beach .
From the moment you book communication from Orla and Paul is 1st class .
There is nothing not to like about the property .

Extremely clean, had everything you would need, lots of little extra touches like bottled water by the beds, milk in the fridge, biscuits, good beds, quality bedding & curtains
The only slight negative wish there was somewhere to put shower gets, shampoos in the shower, but would definitely return

The location was excellent, a really nice village close to the coast with friendly locals. The cottage decor was really lovely, modern and in keeping with the coastal location. We really appreciated the extra touches like milk in the fridge, tea and coffee and the drinks/snacks.
The parking space at the back was awkward to get into but sufficient for our needs. The cottage is on a main road so you had to be careful coming out the gate on busier days but this is minor and outweighed by all the positives of the property.

Cottage is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable, impeccably clean. Beach, supermarket, pub and fish&chip shop, bus stop within easy walking distance, very pleasant village. Even saw a colony of seals!
Couldn't fault the cottage, but grocery delivery service advertised not provided by cottage, instead recommended delivery service offered by major supermarkets. Bus service rather limited, points of interest in the area not easy to reach by public transport.
4.8
Comfortable and lots of little extras
Garden was very small but had dining table and chairs

The house is very spacious and superbly equipped very quiet position yet convenient for walks to the beach, gentle local sightseeing and charming village 'market square' (very 1910). The village is exceptional as there are no holiday caravans or villages or 'seaside attractions', just miles of golden sand and scenic dunes. The local bus service is frequent to nearby villages, and the hidden-away-down-the-lane pub is a gem, very welcoming and good food.
Nothing not to like!

The cottage was very clean and well equipped. The location was lovely; right in the centre of the village and near to the pub, shop and tearoom; a few minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet and relaxing.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped with thoughtful touches. Deceptively large and beautifully decorated and furnished. Excellent location with a beautiful sandy beach 5 minutes walk away and good local pub and restaurant.

Nothing, that’s why we returned and will do so again.

The space inside; the location near the beach and village facilities but not too close to be noisy; well kitted our house and very dog friendly.
Nothing.

Beautiful cottage, was pleasantly suprised how much bigger the cottage was than it looks in the pictures. The hosts really thought about everything with their little welcoming supplies. We also got suprised with a new years eve package which was very thoughtful!
We had two cars which made it bit more difficult as only one allocated space and very busy little village made parking sometimes hard. Sofa was a little uncomfortable as very low at the back but that's just personal preference.

Very comfortable and in a great location for all local facilities and the beach.

Everything we needed a more and location is perfect for visiting beaches local entertainment. Comfy beds and lots of space in the cottage.
Signal on TV kept dropping but this wasn't a issue as we were out most of the time and would not stop us from staying at this lovely cottage

Breakfast?? There was no breakfast !! Was there supposed to be ?

Location. Amenities/Standard of accommodation. Proximity to beach, pub and shop. No need to use car for a few days. Excellent correspondence from owners. Comfort and homeliness.
We had to come home!
4.8
large airy rooms. easy access to stunning beaches.
obscured vision due to plant growth for crossing road.

Very well equipped kitchen, ideal for self-catering. Location was ideal for the beach & pub. Sheltered back garden was a bonus being able to escape the wind off the sea, and sit out in the sun.
Nothing, however it was advertised as a 2 bathroom property, but the second bathroom was only a downstairs toilet!

wonderful little cottage, really well appointed, beautifully clean and welcoming

Amenities were good, had everything we needed.
Had trouble getting in, so there needs to be a phone number on initial email to contact if problems. Was a link but this assumed we had WiFi and when we contacted via link we had to wait for a response which was worrying. If we had elderly or younger children it would have been very distressing. The email sent to inform us of change of key code was identical in its first set of information as the Booking.com email including the initial key code so we thought that it was a duplicate so didn't read right to the bottom where there was a sentence saying it had changed. Perhaps our fault but it was a worrying time when we couldn't find an easy way to contact anyone.
Also, there were some areas that need further cleaning particularly in the main bathroom shower and toilet and the throws on the bed.

The cottage is a really good size with large bedrooms as well as ample, comfortable living space. It was warm, really clean and tastefully decorated with everything we needed in the kitchen and an enclosed garden for our dogs. It's a short walk to the stunning beaches and a cosy pub too. We'd certainly go back.

Lazy Days Cottage was great for a family weekend. The grandchildren were thrilled to find the PlayStation and the dogs enjoyed the secure garden and the occasional dog treat from the jar in the kitchen cupboard! Winterton-on-Sea is a lovely village to wander around and it was handy to find the fish & chip shop and pub so close to the cottage. The huge sandy beach and sand dunes were just a few minutes walk away and we were fortunate to stay at a time when there were seals and their pups on part of the beach - a real bonus!

Fantastic location for the beach, for the village and the pub. Large house. Enclosed garden. Well stocked kitchen. Log burner, and special treats left for our stay inc biscuits for the dog. Hosts responded v quickly and have put a lot of thought and love into this house. Everything we needed and more.
