О том, что хозяйка живет в той же квартире, в соседней комнате, как нам кажется, должно быть указано прямо в описании объекта размещения, так как это довольно необычно и непривычно, и многим может не подойти такой вариант

Rusanna is lovely, she prepared a feast for dinner and breakfast with all the ingredients from her garden. The house is in a beautiful spot overlooking the mountains.

Relaxing stay with great food in a beautiful village.

Rosanna met me immediately on arrival. She fed me well and is an excellent cook. She was able to cook for my pescatarian diet. She was also able to communicate with me. I wish I knew some Russian to be able to ask her how she makes all her wonderful treats. side note: she offered me a ride to Goris with a neighbor but instead I took gondola and had difficulty getting to Goris.

The hospitality and environment were incredible and so welcoming, it felt just like being at home with family, which is all I could have asked for and then some. Armine is incredibly giving and compassionate and will go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. It is a wonderful opportunity to be able to give back to the local community and have a safe roof over your head while you enjoy a stay at Ta'tev. Make sure to ask her for tips & tricks that only locals would be privy to, she's a well of knowledge!

Amazing stay at Armine’s

Very Nice host, the house is very cute, the bathroom is clean. Rosana can cook dinner for you : it was delicious. Last but not least, the view is gorgeous.

Great host and close to Tatev Monastery.

Armineh our host was the best. Thank you so much Armineh for your hospitality towards me and my family. We arrived late around 10pm. As there were no restaurants open that late Armineh started to cook for us a full delicious meal that late at night. She is a great cook. Very comfortable house and rooms. Beautiful views of the mountains. Walking distance to Tatev Monastery.

As my mom is almost 90 she had difficulty getting to the house which is on a small hill. But Armineh was so kind and helped my mom into her house.

We liked the welcoming, the dinner snd breakfast (we recommend everyone to opt for the dinner at the house). Armine, the host us very attentive, helpful, kind. We can only recommend it to everyone.

The fireplace was broken and it made a bit of smoke, but they know about this, it was unforeseen and they will fix it as soon as possible.

The host was amazing, she prepare us excellent supper (we arrived at night) with delicious home made wine. Apartament was very cosy and perfect for village rural area. Fantastic experience with amazing people!!!!
