Nothing
It was exceptionally noisy. Incredibly hot. The 'apartment' was grotty. Broken, chipped, old fixtures and fittings. Dates furnishings. Run down part of town. Lots of late night revellers, police sirens, etc, etc. Did not sleep.

The location was excellent and the beds were comfortable
The property was not clean. It clearly hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time. The beds were made and fresh towels had been provided, that was about it. We called the owner who agreed to come the following morning to look but she didn't turn up and did not answer my call or my text. It was very disappointing that she behaved that way as we were trying to be fair and give her a chance to rectify the situation. We were only staying for 2 nights so for her to put us off for the first night was very disingenuous, we had very little time. Then she just ignored us. Such a shame as it could have been a perfectly adequate apartment. The bathroom was black and the taps had build up of sludge around them, the toilet still had a skid mark in and the shower trap was just disgusting. We had to buy bleach before we used it. The fridge had a crusty dried spillage in it and the freezer was manky. The floors were filthy and the skirting boards were thick with dust. There were crumbs and bits of cheese behind the microwave, and the cooker and area around it had not been cleaned. We had no choice but to stay and be ignored by the owners. A real disappointment.

Location good. Little sofas and throws and cushions pretty. Shower very good. Large fridge good.
Quick response to requests.
Cute wallpaper in one room.
Had to ask for extra towel and forks and bowls.
Only two chairs for five people and one broken. Broken drawer, no lock on toilet and no storage in two of bedrooms.
Lumpy pillows and no mattress protectors
Sash window a safety issue for children.
3.3
The location was very handy for the train station.
We were a family of five and there were only 4 beds (the sofa bed wasn’t made up).
3.3
Location perfect right in the core of Stroud
Climbing the stairs
3.3
location is very good, spacious and quiet than we thought despite of very close to the station and high street. Water pressure was very good, too.
clean enough but not excellent level. Would be great if you supply a bottle opener in the kitchen.
3.3
The mattresses should be replaced, huge stains on all beds, which is why I slept on the bed settee.
3.3
There was nothing to like , I hated the thought of going back there on a evening
Dirty , a plug pin hanging out of socket , nothing like picture , no glass plate for microwave , Internet went after 2 days , woman crying upstairs , kitchen utensils filthy, I wouldn't pay £10 night stay in there again , basically it's a half way house , do not use , disgusting , best thing about the stay was leaving !!!!!!
3.3
nothing, it was dirty & it smelt SO bad, we only managed to stay one night & found alternative accommodation
it smelt of drains & damp, hairs on the bedding, dirty skirting boards, mouldy shower, blood stain on pillows, cold.
3.3
The location was perfect.
The host didn’t get in contact to tell us the code. We had to email them but they gave us the wrong code, so we had to call them. They seemed pretty uninterested with little attention to detail.
Lots of stairs and no lift, be aware if you have mobility issues. There were missing lightbulbs when we stayed, so the hallway was in the dark.
We had to go out and buy our own toilet paper and soap. There wasn’t even a bin liner to be able to use the bin. The bathroom was in need of a good scrub and the kitchen was untidy.
3.3
The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a convenient location.
The flat's entrance looked a bit run down. The flat was near the station which for us was very useful.
3.3
No breakfast supplied & no food or drinks supplied. Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, cooker, toaster in the kitchen.
Iron supplied but no ironing board there.
Central Heating with Combi Boiler & Timer/Thermostat.
Large Cafe on ground floor serving all foods and drinks.
No lamps by beds - had to switch on/off overhead main light in the room with switch by entrance door to room.
Perhaps a Security Chain fitted on the Front Door to give better sense of security?
3.3
very convenient location, near to station and town centre and Saturday farmers market. beds were very comfortable and linen clean and crisp. adequate kitchen facilities and shared bathroom. parking at station very convenient.
if apartment is occupied by maximum number, there is no space for communal living, but as we needed it only for sleeping, this presented no problem for us. the seating and dining area is also a bedroom. the apartment is on 2nd floor and no lift, so not suitable for any with mobility restrictions, but, again presented no problem for us.

The best thing about this property is the location. Literally yards from the Train Station, directly above a good cafe (where you can get a discount) and directly opposite a fantastic Italian restaurant. It's clean and spacious with a decent kitchen, a good shower and a big TV.
The worst thing about this property is the location. On Friday night we were kept up till 2am by the noise of people outside. Saturday was better, although it's not clear if that's because the weather wasn't as good, or because we slept through the noise because we were so tired from Friday!
3.3
great location, spacious property
the bed was comfortable
the cleanliness of the property. the whole property smelled very damp throughout. there were dead flies on the window. stained towel
3.3
Location was very central and surrounded by shops and all facilities.
No tea or coffee provided.
Not double-glazed so needed heating on all the time.
3.3
The location is perfect for train and town centre
It is spacious and is great for my needs.
My husband was with me this trip and there are only single beds.
3.3
really central.
friendly and helpful people at the downstairs cafe,
everything you need, pretty much (except bottle opener!)
quirky / odd layout - two single beds in ‘living / dining room’. very narrow lobby to enter apartment. tho there are single beds for 4, I think it would be hard for 4 people to live in the space.
no instructions for heating - thermostat on wall beside boiler in kitchen. info could be added to printed sheet beside tv.
3.3
Had no breakfast single beds very small
Bigger bed

It was very spacious and clean. Also, it was very easy to check in and in a great location. Perfect spot for a quick trip into the city with great access to transportation and town amenities.
I didn’t like the musty smell in the apartment. It was pretty noticeable if you closed the windows and it clung to all our clothes and bags and we had to wash everything when we got home.
I also didn’t like that there was no shower soap.
3.3
Central location, good facilities

The hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. We had a minor issue just after arrival and they arrived almost immediately to sort things out. They couldn't have done any more to help us.
There were a lot of stairs up to the room and had I known this I would have looked for one lower down but this was my issue, not the hosts. We stayed in Room 5 so be aware if your mobility is not great.
3.3
The location was amazing, just a short distance from the very buzzing town centre. The beds were very comfortable. We were here for a wedding so this was just sufficient.
Booked for 4 people, only 2 beds made up. One duvet cover was in poor condition. Some of the towels had stains. Description was misleading, as there was no separate dining/living area (these were in one of the bedrooms). The entrance is on Station Road not Russell Street, very confusing. I don't like giving negative reviews and it's a shame that I had reason to for this.

An aparthotel has a reception. You description is totall inaccurate ans wrong.
A totally wrong property description.
3.3
Excellent town centre location. Stroud is hilly, but within a couple of 100 yards and on the flat, you have tourist advice, library, all major banks, Wetherspoons, train station, Poundland, Wilko, Iceland and a food court. Waitrose is a little bit further, but still on the flat.
Spacious. I had flat 4, with 3 rooms plus kitchen. Would definitely sleep 6.
The instructions gave the wrong pin and no keybox number. Between the owner Jo in Cafe Max below and his son I got in.
Fire emergency instructions were non-existent, and bear in mind you are above a cafe. No diagram in the room showing the escape route and the fire exit is behind an unmarked door. Check you know the escape route if on the top floor.
The stairs might be an issue for some. Parking would have to be a one of the town's car parks (none free)

Basic, clean, comfortable and great location next to the train station. Lots of tea, coffee and milk provided.
Very little wrong. The shower tray didn’t drain well and parking is at the train station but apart from that all good.
3.3
