Omaa rauhaa arvostaville, kuitenkin peruspalvelut lähellä.

Sijainti on hyvä, tientoisella puolella kattava kauppakeskus, oma autotalli, kävelymatkan päässä kivoja pieniä ravintoloita ja kahviloita. Adeje kuitenkin varsin mäkinen, suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Iso padelkeskus kävelymatkan päässä plussaa. Rannalle n. 5km. Talosta löytyy kaikki tarvittava peruskokkailuihin ja kaasu grillistä plussaa. Majoittaja/yhteyshenkilö ystävällinen ja hyvin tavoitettavissa.

Talo on jo aikaa nähnyt ja vaatisi pintaremontin. Sängyt olivat makuuni aivan liian pehmeät ja tyynyt voisivat olla paremmat. Myös talon kaikki tekstiilit (ulkotyynyt / sohvatyynyt) tulisi jo uusia. Pinnoissa kuten ovissa ja maaleissa näkyy käytön jäljet, pintaremontti olisi tarpeen.

Just spacious

It had lots of great spaces outside and the pool was not so cold , it was perfect temp. Comfortable, had everything we needed , all bedrooms they had the own bathroom and that is so good .

Couldn’t get oven to work but we used bbq

Nice but Tired

Having ensuites in each bedroom Outside garden area was beautiful Garage Literally across the road from shops & supermarket

*MICROWAVE BROKE ON 2ND DAY * PATIO DOOR FELL OUT OF SLIDERS (KITCHEN) THANKFULLY I CAUGHT IT, AND IT DIDNT DROP ON MY 2 CHILDREN!! AFTER CONTACTING OWNER, HER RESPONCE SHOWED NO EMPATHY, just thanks for letting me know, I will get it fixed for next guests! Second double bedroom had , lots of wardrobe space, but you couldn't hang long dresses in. So I had to put all my dresses in my friends bedroom. Was a little tired, inside, could do with a fresh lick of paint Shame the bedside tables and Chest of draws were very cheaply made, as they opened the draw tilted towards the floor Very small shower in 2nd main bedroom!

Exceptional

Overall the stay was great from the second of meeting the lovely lady M. She introduced us with the villa and was looking after us throughout the stay. The villa itself was immaculate, very clean, specious private pool was a very big plus also. Great location, small shopping center just across the road with grocery shop. Definitely recommend :)

Great house for your vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, great bonus. There was no problem with the water pressure. Kitchen was well equipped although electric kettle was half broken when we arrived which is now replaced I believe. The house is located on the other side of the main highway so if you want to go to the beach you have to rent a car/bike or take a taxi (15min away). There is private underground garage for your rental car. It is especially convenient that the shopping center (Galeon Outlet) is right next door, so everything you need from supermarket is just around the corner. Also there is several restaurants nearby. Only thing that you can complain is what so many has already said, swimming pool is without heating so you probably use it just to dip in not to chill there all day.

Nice house.

Nice modern house. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor space with sunchairs, bbq and pool. The bedrooms are great with on suite bathrooms. Property next to shopping center with a large supermarket. Large TV with Netflix and many channels..

Freezing cold pool. Dishwashing machine did not work. Building in front of property blocking sea view. 4 km to sea/beach.

Not a luxury house but comfortable

Besides the negative part, it was a very comfortable house, next to a supermarket and good restaurants but in the mountains, so you need a car. The kitchen was very well equipped and has a washing machine. There was one toilet for each room, making the stay more comfortable.

First of all, you need to consider that this is not a luxury house as it is shown in the description. Is a good house but still some things to improve. Definitely not a 9,5 as the booking certificate displayed. The pressure of the showers was very poor, and also the outside section was full of dust. The personal was not flexible at all with the check in and check out, making us wait or adapt our itineraries to fit theirs. We were five guests with only one key and even if we asked for another one we weren't provided any. The TV was not working well and there was no dishwasher.

Would highly recommend

The house is conveniently located near Tenerife South Airport, Playa Del Duque beach, and Galeon Outlet mall with a Dino supermarket in it. The host Lisa has thought of everything that a family needs for a comfortable stay, with 2 of the bedrooms having an en-suite shower and the 3rd bedroom having an en-suite with shower over the bathtub. There is a spacious secure underground garage as well. The house is spacious inside and is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The outside space is beautiful and well maintained. We weren’t able to do much due to Covid 19 but we will definitely be back when things open up again. Highly recommend staying here.

I think it would be good if the pool could be heated in the winter. The water was too cold so we didn’t get to use the pool and for a family with children seeking winter sun, a warm pool is essential.

Perfect place for stay with the familly

The Willa is a quite big house with private garage and private pool. You've got also your own patio with the gaz grill, garden furniture and all equipment you need to live. The internet is very fast so it is easy to work from here. Few meters from the house there is shopping centre with big Dino market inside. You've fully equipment kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Perfect place to stay with a family. The neighbourhood is quite.

The pool could be heated ... the water is quite cold. It is not walking distance to the beach, so it is good to have car in here.
