Very friendly people there and quiet. A nice place for one night on the way to the desert.
Very cold and needs some maintenance. The location is also strange but we felt safe.

Camera ok il signore del parcheggio super. Ci ha portati nel ristorante vicino all'hotel dove abbiamo mangiato la migliore cena del nostro viaggio in Marocco

It was a very cold night. Fatima, the receptionist, moved us to a better room and gave us a heater to warm the room. Also, Fatima made sure our TV was working. Fatima made a nice breakfast in the morning. She is very kind.

Nice place for a good price. Perfect as a stop between Merzouga and Chefchaouen. wouldn’t recommend staying too long in town because there’s not much to see.

It was on our way to Merzouga and the stop was just great. We were thrilled by the kidness of the owner. And we love the breakfast on the terase with a great view. We also were happy to get a room together with 5 beds as we trevel with 3 kids.
Bathroom was just to small.

Freindly staff. Good place to stop over for a night to break up a long drive. Reasonably good breakfast. Rooms are adequate, good value for the price.

The room served our need, this is not a luxury hotel but they recieve a "10" due to their exceptional staff! Hassan was great and so helpful! Zaida is not a touristic city, and Hassan helped us with a nice dinner, and even helped us buying some cloths + bargaining with the local shop owners! He was incredible and helped us so much! The breakfast was also superb in a nice terrace.
No elevator to the room that was on the second floor

We were just staying a night to break up our journey south from Fes. The staff were helpful and kind, and the town was a nice slice of real, non-touristy and non-scammy Morocco. Clean and good value for money.
Humble accommodations, but more than adequate.

Family who runs the hotel is extremely nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, we asked where to eat dinner and because it was already dark family friend took us to their restaurant. Very good stop on the road to Merzouga.

We stayed here with kids for a night on the way to Merzouga. We had an amazingly friendly welcome! We got an amazing dinner, the children some sweets, the room was clean and the location also. The staff working here make everything to make you feel happy. We felt like family. I really truly recommend it.
Was hard to find because google maps takes you somewhere else. It was a miracle that I saw the hotel sign accidentally.. Also it was freezing when we stayed here in March and there is no heating.

Easy checkin and friendly staff. Room was very standard and average but comfortable.
Unable to use the terrace. Otherwise a very adequate hotel for a stop. Fairly expensive for what it was, compared to similar establishments.

cozy place with a good breakfast and great view on the roof top
6.0
The dinner and terrace view.
I had a good experience 2 years ago in this hotel, but this was not the case in this time. The bed was not done nor prepare (we need to put the sheet by outselfs??) and the bed mattress was very hard to sleep. There was a lot of noise both in the street and especially inside the hotel (which is not suppose).

Perfect place and very nice people

The rooms were nice and the owners made an early breakfast for us. The small bathroom with the toilet was clean. They offered us some mint tea upon arrival. Value for money was good but would appreciate overnight heating.
There was no heating over night and in the beginning of February it was very cold in the room and in the bathroom.

The manager of the hotel was very caring.
