Kaffeemaschine! Zimmer leider ohne Balkon mit dieser Aussicht.

exquisite location with a beautiful view of the sunset
The owner seem to get upset with us when we asked to borrow a wine opener for a picnic at the picnic tables across the street. Very minor issue.

Very clean, very well situated, very nice welcome. The room we stayed in had a fabulous sea view when you were sat on the balcony. The buffet breakfast was very good with a selection to suit everybody. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi and the mini indoor pool.
It would have been nice to have had a mini fridge in the room for milk to go with the tea and coffee making equipment.
The water in the jacuzzi was none too clean (according to the hygiene rating) so I had a shower after using it. It was very relaxing though otherwise.
It would have been nice to have been able to put the radiator on in the bathroom while using the shower as it was still a little chilly in the room in May.

Very welcoming and a great location overlooking the beach. Very good breakfast, at an additional cost.
Right on the coastal path with many local facilities within easy reach.
The property is located on a crossroads and occasionally a noisy vehicle might disturb your sleep.

Location was excellent: we could walk up from the beach, dripping wet and go straight into their back-from-the-beach shower.
We had room 42, and although stylish, we thought the 'bedside tables' were silly and useless. We need somewhere flat and solid to put a book, a glass of water, phone, watch, etc etc. But this in no way detracted from the enjoyability of our stay!

perfect and beautiful
There isn’t a living room area to sit in the evening and play a family game or have a drink.

Hotel is right on the seafront with lovely views.
We did a three week tour of Brittany and arrived a little early at the hotel, soaked through from the rain. I greeted the old woman at reception and acknowledged that we were early and asked if by any chance our room might be available. She simply told me in no uncertain terms that check in was from 15:30. I was somewhat shocked by her downright rude attitude and would have let this go if she had perhaps offered us to change into dry clothes in the WC or go have something to eat and try to get us in a little early. But no, check in was 15:30 and when I queried this time because check in was actually stated on my Booking.com email as 15:00, she advised me to look for another hotel. This initial rude encounter absolutely ruined the two nights stay that we had in this otherwise lovely hotel.

To be honest very little if you are booking take no notice of the photos for what is offered on booking.com the reality is very different 14m squared sounds ok until you realise the en-suite is in the bedroom literally you sit on the bed as nowhere else to sit and you can watch your other half soaping his bits in the shower all very good if you are young but in your late 50’s! The toilet had a sliding door but no extraction or window. says Tea an Coffee making in the bedroom nope just tea my husband had to go and get us coffee in the morning which we had to pay for. Pool restricted to 15 mins per persona nd does not open till 10am and “bar” shuts at 8pm
Everything not enjoyable at all bedroom too hot couldn’t open window as on a main road

Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, serving a delicious range of beautifully presented fresh and local items. The bedroom we had was very well designed, all tastefully modern and stylish. The hotel is situated very close to a wonderful beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Perfect!
Nothing!!

The host has a great sense of perfection when it comes to welcoming guest. You can clearly sees that she puts a lot of effort and attention to make your stay very comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty with fresh product (the fruit salad is amazing!).
Sometimes, perfection comes at the expense of time. Checkin was not the most efficient, but for us, it was all good as we had time, and at the end, the extra care for all small details made us feel cared!

The team and the director are very nice and very helpful . We were very happy to be in that hotel. I made a mistake in my reservation and the helped us very kindly to resolve this problem. We were very happy to see the very polite and qualified young people handling the hotel. I thank you all of them
