Absolutely Amazing Three bedroom and Two bath private gated beach condo with breathtaking views of Mission Beach Channel and Ocean Beach located at the southern-most tip of mission beach. This beautiful vacation home has the largest patio in all of Mission Beach that has convenient access to San Diego’s famous Mission Beach boardwalk that is a biker/runner/walker paradise. Only steps away are the longest flattest sandy beach in the State of California, this home is perfectly located with plenty beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach. Fun activities, such as volleyball, basketball, surfing, boogie boarding, are located directly outside the door on the beach.
The large open family style kitchen connects to the family room that also has views of breathtaking sunsets. The spacious family room entails wrap around sliding glass doors to fully appreciate the ocean breeze. Amazing indoor/outdoor living with a beautiful private patio that can accommodate large parties. The master bedroom is gorgeous with a walkout balcony to view the beautiful sunsets and a large 2 person soaking bathtub to relax and enjoy spectacular ocean views as well. This condo is really the most comfortable spot to spend your beach vacation. Parking is sometimes an issue at the beach but not here! Two private gated parking spots with plenty of public on-street parking are readily available.
You can’t miss Belmont Amusement Park, located in the heart of Mission Beach. Besides the iconic roller coaster, there are many other rides and games perfect for a day of fun. You can also find various different restaurants and bars for everyone to enjoy.
You can easily rent fun ways of getting around like bikes and scooters. Or if you’re into getting into the water, you’re in luck! You can take the family for a whale watching tour, deep sea fishing trip or some sailing. Not only do you have access to the beach, but the beautiful Mission Bay also only steps to the east. The little ones can play safely in the calm bay waters. Whether you’re at the bay or beach you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, and many other items for a fun day out in the sun.

We are lucky to be almost next door to Sea World and it’s a must see with its new rides and its location is within 2 min of the home.

We live in San Diego and wanted to stay at Mission Beach for a few days. This VRBO was perfect! We visited with our three kids (8, 5 and 3). The unit was clean, comfortable and safe for the kids. It's in a great location near the beach and walkable to Belmont Park. We really enjoyed the views from the balconies. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer all questions. We would love to visit again!

From the start Bradley was very helpful with the instructions for the property. Very clean home with everything you need to make your stay painless. Great location with easy access to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance along the road or beach.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo. First of all it was extremely clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I did very little cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped for everything you would need and the appliances were very nice. Communication with Bradley, the owner, was superior and I appreciated he checked in with me before our arrival to make sure we had all the appropriate information regarding the condo. The location was excellent! The condo is about 5 minutes away from Sea World and 15 minutes from the San Diego Zoo. Everywhere we went it was a short drive. It is also a short walk to the beach and we utilized the beach chairs from the condo, however there are all kinds of beach toys available. Keep an eye on mission bay as we saw dolphins on more than one occasion. Next time we are in San Diego we will definitely stay here.

My family and I (party of 8 - adults and kids) enjoyed our time in this wonderful home. Spectacular views of the SD coast from the home, quick walk to the Mission Beach area, nice and clean with many amenities - including beach equipment. This property is in an ideal location near the beach and Mission Bay Inlet. The kitchen, dining and living areas are spacious and comfortable. The view from the deck is fabulous. Bring your binoculars to observe all types of watercraft, dolphins and seals.

Our family enjoyed the property over a weekend stay for my daughter’s college graduation. We all enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach.

Location was perfect. Condo was beautiful. Some information listed in amenities was not accurate. Shampoo was advertised, but there was no shampoo. Bar soap was provided but the soap was expired. This wouldn't normally be an issue since I do typically travel with toiletries, but we stopped in San Diego for a couple of days after being on a 2-week cruise so I was limited in the amount of luggage I traveled with. Another issue was that the dryer did not dry clothes. We walked into a condo where all the towels were damp. I had to dry the towels in the dryer for over 2 hours in order to have semi-dry towels to use for the entire family. The last thing I want to do on vacation is spend time to dry towels vs relax and enjoy the time.

This property was as good, if not better, than the listing describes it. We were traveling with our three children 4 years and under. It was perfect for a family (no childproofing needed and the view was very entertaining for the kids), but also very much nice enough that it would be perfect for a couple or group of adults wanting to get away. The view was amazing. You can watch the boats go by from the comfort of the couch and also see across the channel to the dog beach. The condo has multiple outdoor balconies including one that is very large with a full outdoor dining table and plenty of room to move around (all with water views of course). The neighborhood itself is great for taking walks with so many unique houses and architecture to look at. The beach is just around the corner (maybe 5 minutes max to walk to). It's right in front of a huge lifeguard stand which was comforting with small children. It had powdery soft sand all throughout, with no rocks to worry about stepping on. If you leave the condo and head the opposite direction and walk a couple minutes through the neighborhood there is an additional beach along the channel that has no waves and less wind which some people might prefer. It was great to have options! The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo had everything we could need (the primary shower was wonderful!). We truly could not have asked for anything more and hope to come back next year.

Our family of 4 adults enjoyed the great view from the patio and the beds were comfortable Our sunset walks down Ocean View were a treat. We did not rent a car and were able to Uber everywhere that we wanted to go. We ordered groceries several times through a delivery service. Patio doors and blinds could have definitely used an update but other than that the place was very nice.

My friends and I were celebrating my 35th birthday and wanted to be close to the beach to play volleyball and be close enough to Uber to bars for the night life. This was perfect for that. The multiple patio areas were so great to relax at and watch the sunset! Patio area was very large and all 6 of us could hang out together there. I loved the open living room and open kitchen/bar area. It made it nice for a large group to socialize and have lots of space. Rooms were very nice and clean. Master bedroom is SUPER spacious. We never used the big jet tub, but its there! Host provides little soaps, toothpastes, and conditioners in each bathroom just in case. There were a lot of "extras" the host has available (hair dryer, paper towels, SD guide, beach stuff, etc). We didnt need all of them, but if you had kids or didnt bring it on your own, then the host had you covered. The couch pulls out to a bed, we didnt need the extra bed so not sure how comfy it is, but if you had a full house, thats an extra area if needed. The condo doesnt look like much from the outside, but the inside was perfect for our group to celebrate together and have a good time in San Diego. Thanks for a great stay.

Our family of 4 stayed here for Soring Break and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Perfect location at the end of south Mission Beach. We had the sliders open at night to listen to the waves while we slept. Condo was extremely clean and Brad was super helpful with questions. I give it a 10/10. So glad we ended up here!

Great location on Mission Beach. Close to many attractions - beach, restaurants, Belmont, Sea World. Condo was very nice. Beds comfortable. Great view of ocean. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking and food prep. Neighbors are quiet. Kids loved it. The only hiccup was we arrived on daylight savings time change and I wasn't yet given the code to the front door. Owner was in AZ where they don't change times. He forgot we were checking in CA time. Not a big deal though. He picked up right away when I called and gave me the code to the front door. Was very apologetic. Didn't cause a problem at all.

Im so happy we chose this property to stay! We had an amazing vacation, just a short walk to the beach. The best part of our stay was sitting on the bedroom patio and seeing dolphins early in the morning! You wont regret staying here!

The host Bradley was quick to answer questions and has done a superb job creating this space. We were taken back the views as we arrived and my guests smiled as we entered the home.

Brad's home worked well for our family getaway. Our party included 4 adults, one teen and one 7yo - all gals. We slept 2 per bedroom comfortably. Note that the bunkbed room sleeps 3 max, plus a portable crib (web posting says 4). This was not an issue for us.
The kitchen and living areas are generous and were clean, well-appointed and appropriately stocked for us. We enjoyed the comfy chairs and cuddle blankets in the mornings while watching the water out the windows and the dog park action across the water, beyond.
Mission Beach is a great location - walk right out the door onto the sand, a longer walk up the street to coffee and restaurants, and roughly 10 mins by car to almost everything in San Diego (Downtown, Zoo, Old Town, airport). I recommend this spot!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The views and sunsets from the back deck were stunning! The condo is in the southern-most area of Mission Beach in a quiet neighborhood, but we were only minutes away from all the action, restaurants, etc. Brad was the perfect host and responded within minutes whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this oceanfront condo and will definitely return sometime soon!

The most responsive property owner ever! What a great location, right on the beach but at the end away from the fun at mission beach. Kids loved walking down beach to the amusement park every night, and walking back to peace. Super clean, super loaded with all needs, just a terrific VRBO experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It's a great location right at the end of Mission Beach, with beautiful views and easy walk out to the sand/water, volleyball courts, and boardwalk. FYI - there is a road on each side, so it's not the quietest of locations, but its very ideal for walking to the beach and down to Belmont Park. The house is quite large and very comfortable. There is a shed with all sorts of outdoor toys - boogie boards, a volleyball, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. that was very convenient and appreciated. They also provide a carton of water in the fridge, which was appreciated. We arrived at night, so it was a bit confusing to find the gate opening and then where the unit was, but the host was easy to reach to clarify and help us out. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return again!
