Your friends will love challenging one another to games of pool, foosball, or shuffleboard while the family chef prepares a showstopping feast in the gorgeous full kitchen. Dine together indoors at one of two tables or take meals outside on the furnished and covered patio. After meals, gather together in one of two indoor seating areas or out on the expansive patio. You can enjoy a dip in the gorgeous swimming pool or kick back with a refreshing cocktail on the luxurious poolside patio furniture. The kids will love romping around the enclosed yard while you catch up with old friends. Everyone can toast marshmallows over the firepit before spreading out on the lawn for an evening of stargazing.

You'll have a private high-capacity washer/dryer to take care of everyone's laundry while you mix a drink at the wet bar and bask in the home's central air -conditioning. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
