About this campground/ rv resort rental

Welcome to Pineapple Point, where the quiet peaceful setting will entice you to relax and enjoy Keys living.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home by the bay is conveniently located between Tavernier creek and Snake creek. Situated on a private fully fenced dry lot with tropical landscaping and beautiful bay views. We provide cable tv on 3 TVs and WiFi so you can also log into your Netflix account and watch the captivating series “Bloodline” that was filmed right here in Islamorada.

PET FRIENDLY: Well-behaved, house trained, dog under 30 pounds welcome with owner approval. We have a pet fee per pet/visit.

MASTER BEDROOM: This bedroom has large baskets built into the king size bed to store your belongings, a thick memory foam mattress and organic cotton sheets. This bedroom includes a full bath with hand held shower, hair dryer, iron and small table top ironing board.

SECOND BEDROOM: This bedroom is located at the opposite end of our home. It has 2 full size beds with drawers underneath, a small smart tv with limited cable and plenty of family friendly games and books to enjoy.

OPEN KITCHEN/ LIVING AREA: The sea-inspired kitchen is perfect for gathering the family for a home cooked meal, playing cards, board games, or working on your laptop. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 extra seats at the counter bar. The kitchen is furnished with vintage style appliances, open driftwood shelves, and a seashell chandelier. Kitchen is well stocked with service for 12, microwave, toaster oven , electric griddle, Hamilton beach flex brew 2-way coffee maker, waffle maker, blendtec blender, crock pot, spices, condiments, etc...
Relax and enjoy the bay view from comfortable leather sofas, watch tv, or play the Bimini ring toss game attached to the wall. Living room has Bluetooth/aux receiver and indoor/outdoor speakers. There is also full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

OUTSIDE/PORCH: The generous deck offers plenty of shade/sun seating and lounging. Enjoy your morning coffee under the covered porch in the comfy cushioned teak chairs. If you’re lucky you may spot a hummingbird buzzing around the flowers near the porch. (They’re usually here from November-April.) Catch some rays in the cushioned, adjustable poly-wood lounge chairs, or drift off to sleep in the hammock under the coconut palms. The fenced yard is perfect for relaxing with your pooch. The lush tropical landscaping is well maintained and includes coconut palms and many fruiting/flowering plants. There is also an outdoor seating area with speakers, cafe string lights, a stainless gas grill, stainless prep table, fish cleaning table, fire pit, and picnic table for outdoor dining. You will love showering island style in the private outdoor shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and clean towels. Sunset is the perfect time to hangout in the yard, enjoy the view, appreciate Mother Nature and the coastal creative touches Pineapple Point has to offer.

We stayed 4 weeks while hubby scuba dived many days. He also did coral planting 8 days. Sabrina is a wonderful host responding to any questions within minutes. Loved our slice of paradise. We'll be back. House has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed Pineapple Point. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. We did many great day trips and this was a convenient location to most. We snorkeled at John Pennekamp twice. Took a sandbar boat trip in Marathon. Went to Turtle hospital. Did a Down South airboat ride through Everglades. (Highly recommend) Very much enjoyed the pool at Founders Park. Key west is doable about 2 hrs. So we only did it once. We went to various restaurants. When we decided to cook at home. Everything that we needed was there. Relaxing on deck and taking showers was our favorite. Sabrina was a great host and takes pride in her home.

Pineapple Point was more than we expected. Everything we needed was there. Coffee in the mornings on the deck while enjoying the beautiful views and light breeze was so wonderful. We loved the outdoor shower. Awesome after a hot day on the water. Sabrina is an excellent host. She stayed in touch, gave suggestions and made us feel very welcomed. Our stay was for a month and that wasn't enough. We plan to come back as soon as we can. Juane and Randyss

We stayed at Pineapple Point for the month of February and it was perfect for our stay. Very beachy decor, equipped with everything necessary for an extended vacation and located in a very friendly neighborhood. The house, outdoor deck and the view of the water are unbeatable for a Florida Keys vibe.

My coworker and I lived here for 3 months while working at a local dive shop and it was the best summer! Pineapple point is such an incredible property. It is appointed with everything you could possibly need or want and the decor is so cute. Beds are comfortable and there is ample space. The fenced in yard was absolutely perfect for my golden retriever who was very grateful to have space to be off leash outside. The grilling area is perfect for entertaining and also has great views of the bay and incredible sunsets. The outdoor shower is one of the highlights of this property.. I showered inside once throughout the whole 3 months. Sabrina was always available, responsive and provided all the information for us to have a seamless stay. During our stay The lock on the door broke and there was a leaky pipe and both were fixed within hours of notifying her. I hope to make it back to pineapple point one day! Thanks Sabrina!

We leave Pineapple Point with amazing memories! This well appointed home had everything thing we needed and then some for the most fun yet relaxing month long stay! We soon realized that a month was not long enough. Morning coffee on the porch, reading and sunning ourselves on the deck, naps on the day bed, happy hour, cooking out and then ending the day with amazing sunsets! It doesn’t get much better than that! Sabrina was so very attentive to all our needs and couldn’t have been nicer. She has filled this home with wonderful memories of all the fun her family has had! I was always comforted coming “home” after touring around all the sights the keys have to offer! We look forward to coming back to this “little piece of heaven.”

Our experience staying at Pineapple Point was great. We had everything we needed set and ready to go upon arrival. The location is great and central to a lot of good things to do. Comfortable porch with as good a view of the sunset as anywhere in the keys! The owners communicated great and were very responsive through the whole experience. We would certainly recommend this as a great getaway in the Florida Keys!

Our stay was everything we hoped for... comfort, convenience, awesome sunsets, beautiful large porch/deck, fenced in yard for our pup, an amazing outdoor shower, lots of personal touches. The location was perfect - grocery stores, restaurants, seafood markets, Founders Park, all within miles. We have rented through VRBO many times and most places lack personal charm. This just felt so much more like a home. Sabrina (the owner) was so personable - checking in to make sure we found it okay, gave us tips on places to see and things to do, it made us feel like we were staying at a friends. We will not hesitate to rent Pineapple Point again in the future, and we will definitely recommend it to any friends/family traveling to the Keys as well. Thank you for sharing your “cozy lil’ piece of paradise...“!! 🍍🍍🍍

A perfect month

A perfect month

This has been our favorite rental since we have been coming to Florida! The view from the porch was so relaxing and we spent every morning and evening there. The home was stocked with virtually everything we needed for the month. On our arrival it was spotless. Location wise could not be better, less than one mile from Founders Park that features one of the nicest beaches on the Keys, Also a gorgeousness pool that only costs $2 a person, a nice walking path, and exercise area. Pineapple Point is also close to what we feel are our favorite restaurants. Much thanks to Sabrina for a truly great vacation!

My husband and I have never rented a vacation property or stayed in a mobile home before and on our limited budget we did not know what to expect. Our nerves quickly dissolved the moment we arrived. Sabrina checked in with us on the road to make sure we found the property OK and once at the property we were welcomed warmly with a greeting card and little snack and a thoughtful informational book informing us of the details of the property and the area. Also, the home was accurately portrayed in the website photos and fully stocked with everything we needed. A big relief to us as we have been swindled in the past by various hotel chains and their inaccurate portrayal of their "nice" rooms. The 850 Ft space was perfect for the two of us and our two little dogs, and could see a few more guests staying there as we never had need for the second bedroom. Also, the rustic charm and cute décor provided for a great environment. Sabrina is so thoughtful - we stayed during Christmas and prior to our arrival after she asked us, she set up a cute Christmas tree and holiday decorations for us to enjoy. We especially LOVED showering in the outdoor rustic shower. The view of the bay is wonderful and the sunsets were gorgeous Our favorite pastime was sitting on the west facing deck in quiet and enjoying the warmth and view. Our month long stay flew by. Kip and Sabrina both are very kind and gracious- what a nice family they have. We are so glad we took this chance in having a new experience. Tom and Cindy

We rented this mobile home for one month not sure if it would fit our needs. This property Is very well-maintained and and fully stocked with everything you would need. Sabrina and Kip are wonderful And are available anytime. We have Decided to stay a few more months This is the perfect location on the island by car or by boat. It is very easy access to the ocean via founders Park which is located 1.5 miles from the property we are definitely considering coming back next year when my husband has some more work down here. Thank you again Sabrina and Kip for this wonderful property.
