Check in process was easy found the room easy and the location is very good. The room is very nice, I had zero complaints. Will definitely stay again.

I always appreciate staying in a VRBO that comes with no surprises from the listing and the pictures provided. This was one of those stays. The listing and pictures accurately depict the property. Kitchen is adequately stocked with necessities to cook any meal desired. I would recommend adding steak knives and a cheese grater though as those are not there currently. Also, would recommend having a stock of kitchen garbage bags for the can. I bought a small box and left them at the property. Overall, stay was amazing. The bed is comfortable and everything worked. I would definitely try and stay here again should I find myself back in Park City.

We had a great stay. The property is very nice and clean. It is a nice area of town. The pool
And hot tub were wonderful!! We will stay here again. The only thing that surprised us is that to get into the condo, you have to go inside the building and go down a hallway kind of like a hotel but with no lobby. Now that we know that, we will stay here again.

We loved staying here with easy access to all the offerings of Park City. There is a bike trail behind the unit with easy access to town and the bus stop is just outside the door with free transit around town. The unit was clean and suited our needs besides some recommendations below.
Here are some recommendations. We stayed for 7 nights and was only supplied with a single travel shampoo bottle so we need to go to the store to buy shampoo, conditioner and soap so bring your own soap/shampoo if staying more than one night. There is a kitchen but there are some limitiations on what is available. If you are planning to cook you should bring a larger skillet (if you plan on cooking something like quesadillas), a can opener, and lots of the cookware's nonstick coating is wearing off so I would just bring your own if you plan on cooking.

Our week stay was filled with great food and comfortable housing. After full days skiing it was nice to come back to a comfortable place to sleep, hot soaks in the spa, and be surrounded by great food.

The condo was perfect for my son and I. Check in was easy. The condo was quiet for the time we were there. We brought our own ski equipment which made the space just right. You really don't need a car but it made things a little easier. There is a free bus right outside which was about 50 yards away. If it's just 2-3 people this place is for you. Had a great ski trip!

Right on the free bus line, no car needed to get to Park City Mountain/Deer Valley. Small studio, but great for a couple or single. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed at the condo for seven days and it worked great. Convenient, great, hot tub, and the bus picks up right out front for the ski slopes. House is responsive and worked out great!

This property was perfect size and location, and you can't beat the price for 1-2 people in Park City. Has everything you need, right on the bus line and walking distance to great food and entertainment.

The property was just as advertised. Simple for that ski weekend. Made a quick solo stop on my way back home from California and it was perfect. The free bus stop is just steps outside the building. Whether you are skiing at Park City or Deer Valley (take the Teal 50 express if going to deer valley), the ease of getting to the mountain eliminates the need for a car. There is a parking pass if you do bring a car. Full kitchen if you want to cook your meals. Would definitely stay here again if doing a solo trip. This would be small for anything more than 2 people but it depends on how cramped you want to be.

Cleanish. Do not even attempt to put 4 people in here. If you plan on preparing meals, may need more utensils. Grub Steak (next door) was our favorite restaurant. Main St. is a must do. Convenient to bus stop.

Simple, quiet, and comfortable. Carpet could use a cleaning and maybe a good bathroom wipe down. Also, the coffee maker worked sporaticially.

Condo as described with quick walk to bus stop. Additional flatware and dishes would be helpful so the dishwasher can be completely filled.

Great spot for a Ski-Snowboard Trip!
Stayed and worked remote for a week and rode both weekends. Great spots in town to work and this place is great to be close to everything.

Clean property and had everything we needed. Not quite big enough for a family of four, but we made it work. This was our first ski trip, wish there was more space for gear and wet boots!

It was a very nice room! However, it obviously hasn’t been vacuumed as there were cereal treats and a used tissue on the floor. Also, our shower hadn’t been cleaned, there was residue from the last shower occupant all over the curtain and multiple head and body hairs. I’m capable of rinsing out a tub, but it’s just nice if you clean for all new parties. I was nervous to sleep in the bed.

Perfect set-up for a couple staying a few days in Park City.
Property was everything as advertised.

Great place for ski vacation! Free bus directly to Park City or anywhere literally outside the door.
Super clean and updated! Bed was very comfortable too. Unit is easy 2 min walk from where you need to check in and across the parking lot to the hot tub. Free buses around town made getting to main part of town or the slopes or anywhere you need to go so easy and stop was right outside unit door. Some great restaurants are within a 3-8 min walk too! Will look for availability here first for next time.

Decent if it's the cheapest available
The free Park City bus system is pretty great, and there are 2 nearby stops from this unit.
The Wi-Fi in this unit was terrible: unbelievably slow (to the point where I literally couldn’t upload photos and had to wait til I was on the grocery store wifi to upload) and also frequently would disappear entirely. Not having wifi on my vacation significantly affects my experience.
When we first arrived, we noticed that the sheets on the couch bed were stained and had hair on them, so it seemed that the cleaning service forgot to reset the couchbed. The owner was eventually apologetic, but it took until nearly bed time before he responded to my message and brought new sheets.
Showers are super important to me, especially after a long day on the slopes. The shower head in this one was so short that I (height 5’11”) had to do chair-sit squats to get my head in the water and wash my hair.
Quiet at night. Peaceful.
Nice woman at front desk.
Sparse kitchen, no salt.
The community hot tub was often full of 17-23-year-old guys breaking rules like the "no glass, no alcohol" rules, which wouldn’t bother me, but the alcohol probably contributed to them being loud and obnoxious. Not the relaxing hot tub sits I was hoping for.
The couchbed of course didn’t feel great, but I’d never expect better from a couchbed.
Overall I was glad that this unit was available for the price. ☺

Our stay
It was a very lovely trip. But the fridge froze our food and the DVD player didn’t work, when we called the owner he didn’t answer and didn’t return our phone call. However, still a great place to stay, would do again.

great location in Park City
This was the perfect place to be in Park City, as it is right on the red bus line and accessible to the town, mountain, trails, and activities. We stayed in the summer and had easy access to many hiking trails and the rail trail behind the condo.

Wonderful studio condo, comfortable and well located
My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at this studio condo over three nights this past March weekend. We spent time snowboarding, enjoying the town of Park City, and traveling out into the southern canyons. The location worked perfectly for all of our needs, with easy access by car and multiple bus lines with stops directly outside the property.
The room was clean and ideally sized for the two of us, with closet space for our clothing and a small "wet area" for storing our boots and boards. The little kitchen was more than adequate for our stay. Importantly: the bed was very comfortable and with the fireplace on, we were never cold. The condo is part of the Prospector and enjoys the amenities of that property, including a large hot tub and a small ski shop (including rentals).
In total, our rental was as described: "A lovely remodeled studio" and it was the perfect accommodations for our trip. We hope to be back again.
