Absolutely amazing!
The studio has everything you can possible think of. Great location.Super clean. Selena was just awesome! We were hauling a Jetski with us and her driveway was big enough for us to park it there. She was kind enough to let her use her hose to wash the Jetski off at the end of the day, which was highly appreciated!! I will definitely be staying there again.

Fantastic !!
This studio apartment is a true hidden gem. Super cute and cozy with plenty of room to be comfortable. I was blown away by how convenient it was both to access the apartment and live comforbly. A stove, microwave, coffee maker and full size fridge are all available for use which makes life a million times easier! Short walk or quick Uber to downtown and the main sights. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved my stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Little Hide-A-Way
My husband and I arrived at the apartment weary from the travel but excited to be on vacation! The apartment was just as it was pictured on VRBO, even better. It was very clean, very quiet. Bath towels were provided, several of them in fact. Cold water was in the refrigerator, and a large container of coffee was at our disposal. It's a short drive to the tourist area of Dunedin which was just what we wanted. We never had time to use the beautiful backyard setting. We never heard our hosts as they went about their daily lives and we were considerate of them when we arrived home late - we were told by our hostess that she never heard us either! The air conditioner was a bit loud but we were able to shut it off in favor of open windows and ceiling fans at night. The mattress was a bit firm for our liking, probably because we are used to those memory foam toppers at home. Our only regret was we weren't there long enough to spend time with our hosts and their dog Duke.

Just as Described. Perfect location and great hosts.
The studio apartment had everything you need for your stay. Great attention to little details such as: Keurig cups, shampoo and body wash, extra pillows, and lush throw blanket. The hosts were on point with any glitch in the stay. We had tire issues with the bicycles and within 10 minutes two new bicycles were there available for us to enjoy the trail. They were also accommodating with an extended check-out. Location is perfect for the trail and downtown. Beautiful house. It is obvious that the hosts care for their property and their rental. Would stay again without question.

Truly enjoyed our visit to the area, and our accommodations clean and comfy. Near the beach and the downtown area. The fridge had a little rattle. The neighbor is quiet and has the feel of old Florida, which we love. Thank you 😊

Wonderful stay and kind host!
Selena was a wonderful host; she is quick to respond to any messages and when I arrived at the property she quickly came to my aide when I was having trouble with multiple TV remotes. This property is extremely clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The only complaint I have is that the air conditioner was very loud. (The AC worked well and the room was comfortable but it ran constantly)
This apartment is very fairly priced and I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I recently stayed here for 1 night and it was perfect. Very spacious for a family of 4 and 1 dog. It was very clean and had a lot of amenities. It was also located very close to downtown Dunedin. I would highly recommend.

Perfect place in a perfect location for my tai chi workshop.
James and Selena are the perfect hosts and their apartment was clean, attractive, equipped with everything you would want for an extended stay. James was so helpful and friendly and went far beyond what I expected to ensure my stay was fun and productive. He even lent me a bicycle to get around Dunedin. His generosity and helpfulness made my stay memorable and I will definitely recommend his place to my friends who are coming to the international tai chi center in Dunedin for workshops.

This apartment had everything we needed
From the start, the owner Selena, was amazing to work with. She was so prompt with responding to my emails and questions and she was very welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. I had inquired about what kind of coffee pot system the place had because many times I have rented a condo or home with a drip coffee maker and there were no filters supplied and I would have to run out on the first morning and shop for filters. Selena informed me that she had a Keurig with everything needed for it, but that she could get a drip coffee maker if needed. Since she said she had everything for the Keurig, I left it at that and didn't request anything else. To my surprise, when I got there, not only had she added a drip coffee pot, but also provided the filters and coffee for it! It was such a nice touch. That's not all that she provided. Many times before when I have rented places, I have had to purchase a lot of things you would think would be included in a rental. She thought of it all! I had a hairdryer, salt and pepper, creamers, sugar, dish soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and bottled water.
There were beach towels, ironing board and iron, cooler and picnic basket. Even though this was the smallest place we've rented, it had more to offer than almost every other place we've rented in the past. The driveway was a little tight for turning around a full sized truck, but you can pull in and unload your luggage and there is plenty of room to park on the street. The apartment is just blocks away from downtown Dunedin, where you will find many eclectic shops and eateries, a marina, a biking trail and the spring training stadium of the Toronto Blue Jays. We had a great brunch at Kelly's and an amazing authentic Mexican dinner at Casa Tina's along with an acrobatic show during dinner. Honeymoon Island Beach is only about 15 minutes down the road. We swam at the springs at Weeki Wachee only an hour and 20 minutes away. The City of Dunedin Pipe Band who became world champions this year had a concert in the park in downtown Dunedin while we were there too. Make sure to take a drive down Edgewater Drive and sneak a drive in down Victoria Drive too. It is beautiful. I will definitely be back.
