Butterfly Kisses offers the perfect family vacation getaway. Our home is located in the gated, gulf-front village of Carillon Beach, boasting nearly a mile of uncrowded, peaceful beach on the "Emerald Coast". The Emerald Coast holds the longstanding distinction as the most beautiful beach in Florida.
LOCATION:
Located in the Florida panhandle on the west end of Panama City Beach, Carillon Beach is serenely tucked away from it all. Butterfly Kisses is only a three-minute walk to Carillon's peaceful, private beach and a one-minute walk to one of three pools, tennis courts, a park with playground, and village ice cream shop and restaurants.
Carillon Beach is five minutes to Rosemary Beach, 10 minutes to Pier Park, 20 minutes to Seaside, 25 minutes to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, and 30 minutes to St. Andrew's State Park & Shell Island Tours. There are excellent restaurants offering fine and casual dining, coffee shops, and boutiques in all directions, as well as a dozen nearby golf courses and the 18-mile Timpoochee Bike Trail.

THE GULF OF MEXICO & BEACH: There are eight Dune Walkovers in Carillon Beach, leading to nearly a mile of beautiful white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. There are endless opportunities for shelling, swimming, snorkeling, wakeboarding, surfing, skimboarding, paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking, fishing, reading, and relaxing. Start or end your days with a walk at sunrise or sunset on the beautiful Emerald Coast.
THE THREE POOLS: The Bellview Park Pool offers a heated pool during the cooler months and Spring Break, as well as a children’s pool for younger ones. The Lake Carillon Pool overlooks Lake Carillon and is also heated during cooler months. All pools have large deck areas with chaise lounges, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and restrooms. The Beach Club Pool, centrally located within Carillon on the Gulf of Mexico, provides a place for gathering, swimming, or simply contemplating the Gulf view from the covered pavilion or pool deck.
BELLVIEW PARK is the perfect place to play after a relaxing day at the beach. Located on the West end of The Promenade, Bellview Park offers the Bellview Pool, a Playground, a Basketball Court, two Tennis Courts, and a large green space perfect for a game of football, soccer, or Frisbee.
THE BELL TOWER is the central area of the Carillon and can be heard throughout the village. The tower chimes the hour and plays seasonal tunes throughout the year.
THE VILLAGE GREEN is an area popular during the summer season for Monday night “Groovin’ on the Green” concerts and designated “movie nights” for children. At other times, the Village Green is the site of gorgeous weddings and events, although it is often just a simple place for families to play, enjoy an ice cream or have a picnic lunch by Lake Carillon.
THE MEETING HOUSE is a beautiful little chapel overlooking Lake Carillon. The chapel is the site of weddings and offers non-denominational church services at 10:00 AM each Sunday.
LAKE CARILLON is a fun place for a walk to spot turtles, families of ducks, and various species of fish and waterfowl. Lake Carillon also offers paddleboard yoga classes, paddleboard rentals as well as kayak rentals, and catch and release fishing.
LAKE POWELL is a coastal dune lake, which is a rare ecosystem found only in the Florida Panhandle, Madagascar, Australia, and New Zealand. These lakes are freshwater lakes that, as the tide changes, exchange water with the Gulf of Mexico through a break in the beach. Lake Powell is the largest coastal dune lake in Florida and is designated as a “Pristine Florida Waterway”. A visit to Lake Powell via a walk down the beach is a great way to spend an afternoon wading in the warm water flowing into the Gulf.
TIMPOOCHEE TRAIL: Timpoochee Trail is an 18.6-mile trail, named after an influential Euchee Indian Chief, winding past dune lakes and state parks and beach access points through several charming beach neighborhoods. The trail parallels the entire length of Scenic Highway 30A from Inlet Beach to Dune Allen and is safe, wide, and relatively flat. It’s a perfect day trip for the family.

Our family loved the location and the extras on the property. We took advantage of the tennis courts and basketball courts. There was a little traffic within the community. There were not as many cyclist as in Rosemary, where it was sometimes difficult to walk due to the cyclist. it was very convenient to go to the grocery. The beach was beautiful and we loved having the chairs already set up for us.
The house itself was very comfortable for multiple family members. The kitchen was great for cooking. We enjoyed having the gas grill. Due to the weather, we did not sit in the backyard, but it was lively.

This property is ideal for families. We celebrated an 80th birthday. Family members were 3 mos to 80. The location was an easy walk to the beach, pool or village. Having the umbrellas was a delightful plus. The box of beach toys was enjoyed by the children. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owners are a pleasure to work with .

The family of the groom stayed at Butterfly kisses! The place is fabulous. Wonderful space for all to enjoy. The groom enjoyed his master suite and plenty of room for the all of the siblings and the the 2nd floor master for the parents of the groom. We hosted the brides family for a gathering night and then a bridal brunch before heading out for rehearsal dinner. Then fun activities, tennis and beach pre wedding on Sat. So fun to walk the promenade to the brides rental and venue for the wedding at Captains quarters! Seriously perfect!

This home was absolutely amazing. We have stayed at Carillon several times and so far this home has been our favorite. They have an abundance of supplies from pots and pans to seasonings. Anything that you can think if they have. We came right after Christmas for my mothers 70th birthday and the Christmas tree was still up. This was lovely and a pleasant surprise. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes. Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend.

Idyllic!
What a beautiful, clean, relaxing home. The neighborhood was great for staying close and just unwinding. The house is stocked with everything you could want! We enjoyed grilling and then eating as a family on one of the many outdoor tables. Only 5 min from the bustling area but a perfect respite!! Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect vacation!
As soon as we arrived, we already loved the place! The house is fantastic- it is clean, spacious and well appointed, it felt like vacation immediately. The heated pool was a bonus, we did not miss a morning or an evening doing some laps, really appreciated!
The 6 beach chairs were another big plus. Overall a great experience that left us wanting to go back again in the future.

Wonderful Experiences👏
Butterfly Kisses exceeded our expectations as everything was perfect from the checkin until the day we left. Our one question was answered promptly. The gated community was very peaceful. The house was spotless, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the kitchen was a chef’s dream. We plan on returning next year for our Ya-Ya vacation!

Christmas at the beach
Our family of four just spent a week at Butterfly Kisses for Christmas. The house is beautiful and was decorated with a Christmas tree for the holidays. We enjoyed the outdoor living by eating outdoors on the nice large front porch and sitting out back around a nice water feature.

Wonderful property! Beautiful house! Only complaint was with how rude the front gate guard was upon our arrival. Definitely not a good first impression. But the rest of the trip/stay was fantastic

Perfect Beach Getaway
This was such a beautiful home, with lots of upgrades and practical touches like complimentary beach towels, toys, chairs, and storage space in all bedroom closets. It was the best location being a short bike ride or walk from the park pool, beach walkover, or village. All of the beds were comfortable and the front porch was a delightful spot to eat dinner and listen to the bells or play an afternoon or evening game of cards! We loved Butterfly Kisses!!

Wonderful week at the Beach
Butterfly Kisses was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The location to the promenade and pool is fabulous. The walk to the beach is short, however, if you have older members or are carrying a lot of things to the beach, there are a lot of stairs on each side of walk over #3 but well worth the haul once you sit down in front of the breath taking ocean and sink your toes in the white sand.

Great Family Vacation Spot & Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home just steps from the pools and many beach walkovers. Our blended family of 7 adults and 1 baby had plenty of room and the home was equipped with all our needs - from beach towels and a beach cart, to spices, tons of dishes and bathroom essentials. Fantastic Weekend Getaway
This was our first time staying in Butterfly Kisses, but we have been vacationing in Carillon for years! The house has been recently updated and is very well appointed. The owners are great and responded very quickly to our rental request, as well as throughout the booking process and during our stay. We will definitely consider this property for our next Carillon trip.

Wonderful All Around !!
Our large family loved our week @ Butterfly Kisses. Fantastic home in an amazing location close to pool in one direction & Market St w restaurants, shopping, chapel & green lawn in the other. The home is gorgeous, has great bedding, excellent kitchen w top quality cutlery, cooking gear & nice flat wear & place settings. Loved that you even provided a dozen beach towels along w the beach chair & umbrella service. We enjoyed coffee & gathering on the front porch especially early mornings (sometimes w Donut Hole goodies). Home is definitely one of our favorites & we hope to return!

We absolutely loved staying at Butterfly Kisses! Beautiful gated community, short walk to the beach and pool. Renting a golf cart made trips to the beach with small kids (and all their things!) a breeze! The house was comfortable for all of us and had everything we needed and more! We hope to be back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect Secluded Beach Vacation
We so enjoyed staying at Butterfly Kisses with family! The house is beautiful and had all the amenities. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas included. It was a short walk to the park and beach. We would love to get to come visit again! Thank you so much!

A little piece of paradise!
The house was so lovely and well-stocked. We didn’t lack for anything. We rented golf carts, but the house is a 2 min walk to the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for the 12 of us and the kids loved the beach toys, chairs and boogie boards provided!

Butterfly Kisses was awesome.
What a great house. We really enjoyed everything about this place. Beautiful front porches to sit outside on and enjoy your surroundings and a great location. Easy to get to pools and beach and the green space. We highly recommend this and we are already talking about our next trip back down. Thanks again Tim and Lisa.

Excellent Home!
The house was great! There was tons of space for our family of 12. Lots of room inside and outside on the porches. The kids loved the bunk beds the adults loved the nice bedding! We had a great week and would definitely recommend this house!

Absolute perfection!
This house was even more than we expected! I have traveled a LOT and never stayed some place as nice and well stocked as this house! The little community it is in is so beautiful and peaceful. And everything you need is in this house! I’m so used to going on a trip and having to buy a ton of supplies but not here!
The house is huge and so very beautiful! Just a short walk through the beautiful little community to the beautiful, peaceful beach. There are shade trees and little benches everywhere, all beautifully decorated with lights. Also a little ice cream shop, restaurant and souvineer shop just steps behind the house!
I messaged the owner a few times with questions and she was so friendly and quick to reply.
We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Home
Butterfly Kisses is a beautiful home and is wonderful treat be able to enjoy time at the beach in. The home is superbly decorated and
very comfortable. Kitchen has everything one would need to prepare family meals, utensils, pans and lots of seasoning options.
The owners are responsive and very easy to work with. Hope to visit again soon!

Perfect!
We loved Butterfly Kisses home! I loved the large master with large en suite bathroom and claw boot tub and the direct access to the balcony almost as much as the beach! The decor was so pretty and the bed very comfortable. So many extra personalized touches made it extra nice! Such as the Butterfly Kisses beach towels and basically anything you could need in the kitchen even extra spices. Unlimited laundry detergent and dish soap unbelievable! Lisa went above and beyond and so friendly. Also the house manager was very easy to reach and also friendly. I highly recommend Butterfly Kisses! We will be back. This was our first time staying in Carillon. I have to say surprisingly, I think I prefer it! Instead of staying in a condo directly on the beach
