Rozczarowanie

Mieszkanie generalnie w fajnym standardzie, ale... mnóstwo mrówek w kuchni, które wręcz wychodziły na powierzchnię blatu kuchennego jak tylko zostawiło się na nim coś do jedzenia. Widać że jest to znany właścicielom problem bo przy listwach podłogowych znalazłem rozsypana trutkę. Dramat.

Bardzo słaba lokalizacja. Owszem mieszkanie jest praktycznie przy samej plaży, ale jej otoczenie jest bardzo zaniedbane. Sama woda również nie zachwyciła. Mnóstwo glonow i innego trawska pływająca na powierzchni. Po pierwszym dniu zdecydowalismy się jeździć do Budvy... bez porównania. Sam Tivat również mocno przeciętny i fatalnie skomunikowany. Trwa tam budowa nowej drogi 4 pasmowej co paraliżuje ruch i generuje olbrzymie korki.

Обязательно при случае вернемся ещё.

Шикарный вид из окна, с террасы, тепло зимой (мы были в январе 2024), удобное расположение комнат, две ванные комнаты. На кухне был чайник и кофемашина. Удобно парковать машину. За два дня объездили все города залива, возвращаясь сюда на ночевку.

Все было прекрасно.

Great apartment with fantastic views

Fab location and the host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was large, light and airy.

It was a bit tired in places. Balcony chairs could do with being replaced.

Would love to have stayed longer in this great apartment

Great location close to the beach and town, but away from the main thoroughfare, so nice and peaceful. Jovan was a great host who was more than happy to help and offer advice about the local area. Lovely balcony offering fantastic views over the bay

Fantastic Beach Front Location

We had a fantastic stay at Boka di Mare, perfect for a family of four, kids are 17&19. Lots of space. Perfect location and views. Nice local beach nearby, water shoes recommended as it is pebbly. A few minutes walk to Tivat and Porto Montenegro which are both stunning. Porto Montenegro filled with luxury Yachts and nice restaurants. We will definitely come again. The host, Jovica, was very helpful and friendly. Picked us up from Tivat Airport.

Amazing place with an amazing view!

Amazing view from the balcony with a beach right infront, clean and very comfortable! 10 min walk from the city centre. Would highly recommend!

Really helpful owner and amazing apartment

Date of stay 2-9 July middle apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and a lot bigger then it seems on the photos the view is amazing . Aircon was perfect in all rooms . The owner is so helpful he’ll do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Book this apartment you won’t regret.

Lovely apartment, great location in a great place.

Apartment was as expected. Although you have to discern between the three apartments in the block. Location to the port and parking were simple. Bed was comfortable and apartment was spacious. Had everything needed to be self contained.

Communications with the owner was sporadic. We were lucky the apartment was already accessible. The owner had friends staying in the apartment below, who were able to assist us. Owner also wanted cash payment which wasn't initially specified. These weren't problematic, if expected.

Absolutely Fabulous. Highly Recommend

Well where do we start, The apartment is absolutely fabulous in a fantastic location overlooking the sea , Our apartment had a fabulous large terrace with beautiful furniture a large parasol , so very comfortable. The apartment interior is of a very high standard, the furnishings and fittings are beautiful. Our host as previously Mentioned before Is one of the nicest people you will ever meet so friendly, kind and helpful. We Highly recommend this property without any hesitation. We just can’t wait to go back. We have traveled all over the world and I worked in travel for 20 years and have visited some amazing places. Montenegro the first time but it’s absolutely stunning. We didn’t travel to far due to my mobility problems but talking to other people staying in the apartments they were thrilled with the amount of beautiful adventures you can go on from Tivat, Montenegro. Book now don’t hesitate👍 Oh the sunsets are amazing. Supermarket bars and restaurants all within walking distance lovely quiet area,away from the main hustle and bustle which is lovely.

A great place!

Very good location by the see. Clean and fresh. Big terrace. We got a bigger one apartment which was very nice. Beach towels were a surprise. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby.
