The breakfast was very delicious. There were tons of options, including different homemade foods that the cook made every day. The staff was warm and friendly, the hotel manager even gave us a ride to the train station after our stay. Complementary toothbrush. Beautiful view of the sea from our balcony! It took 3 minutes to get to the sea from our hotel.
We were on the top floor, so the ceiling slanted in our room. It was a bit cramped, especially the bathroom.

A lovely family owned hotel with great view to the see. Staff was great. Location is also good with a small playground for kids.
Nothing that I particularly did not like, the only thing was the bad odor from the bathroom.

The beachfront location is great, the room had a sea view with a sunset. The host and staff were helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in the room and had lunches and dinners at the hotel which was convenient since there are limited options outside.

Amazing location, amazing staff. A lot to do with kids around the hotel. The sea is shallow and warm (July). There are many attractions nearby such as the Tsitsinatela amusement park, the Georgia in miniature and the arboretum. Meals are mostly tasty. Overall, the hotel definitely worth the price! I surely can recommend it!

I spent here one night and would love to stay more if I had more time. Clean room with view to the sea through pine trees. Delicious dishes in the cafe, I recommend especially Shkmeruli and Khachapuri.
Sometimes Noice from neighborhood

The owners, Gio and Natia, treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They did everything they could to accommodate us, from start to finish they cared about our experience. Honestly, I would go back to just to see them and their lovely family. However - that's not the only reason I'd go back! The room - super cozy with an amazingly comfortable bed with a beautiful balcony and view of the sea. Breakfast was delicious, and for dinner I totally recommend trying the badrijani - it was as good as I've ever had in my time in Georgia. When you are ready for a day at the sea, they offer umbrellas and beach chairs that you can take as you need. So cool. Basically, the only mistake you can make when visiting hotel GiNa is to not stay long enough. You're not going to want to leave.

Great location! incredibly friendly hosts!
About 50 m to the sea, it can be seen from the balcony. Alp the scenery including pine trees makes you feel like you are in your countryside house. super cosy!
Breakfasts are great, also you may order lunch and dinner to a certain time.
You can also have beach towels and sunbeds.
There is also a small territory behind the hotel. Great for kids to hang out while you are still finishing your meal.
The rooms are a little too tight if you are a family of four, but if you are lucky to be there when its warm and sunny, it doesn’t matter, you will spend most of your time outside.

Great owner, really nice and polite staff. Tasty breakfast and cheap lunch/dinner. Clean and cosy room and bath. Gorgeous view from the window. Stable internet. Also you can take sunbed from hotel’s territory for free, and it’s only 50 meters to beach.
We have stinky smell in bath and only 1 free socket(!)

This hotel one of the best in this price category (about 31 $ for double room with breakfast). The rooms are clean with balcony and view to the sea through pine trees. Beach is only 30 seconds walk from the room. Breakfast was tasty, staff friendly.
Beach and roads was not in perfect condition, but it's still ok. There are no restaurants or markets open in this period, because summer season is already over. There are many homeless dogs in the village.

Breakfast was good, but if you want coffee from the machine, pay separately. Sun loungers and beach towels are provided, but you have to carry it to the beach and bring it in. The beach is not far away, but this is not the first line.
it's not worth it. I am not satisfied with the sea view room.
I ordered a Deluxe Sea View room. On the booking, in the photos of the room, 2 balconies are shown, the first is in front of the sea, and the second is on the side. In fact, you get a side room, an ordinary standard room, which does not have a shelf in the bathroom and balcony is in front of sea. This is not a deluxe room. This is not a sea view. This is a lie! The next deception: the hotel is not on the first line. The first line means that in front of your hotel there are no more buildings, no other hotels - there is only your beach and possibly restaurants. In fact, you have a road under the balconies, behind which there are also hotels and a beach behind the hotels. My sea view was from the side of the hotel, the pole with wires, trash cans and the next hotel, and then yes, the sea was visible. I am very upset that I chose your hotel. For this money it was possible to rent a really better room and view. Communication with the administrator was difficult.

The ladies who worked at the reception and kitchen were wonderful, and the owner is a very nice person.
The smell of pines around was great.
We could use the sunbeds, there was an opportunity to order some homemade food for lunch and early dinner (like salads, cutlets, potatoes; we stuck to the homemade fries that tasted just like my grandpa's!).
Beer and water are available for extra cost, which is affordable.
It started with no road signs and google maps being wrong, so the driver had to ask around and call the owner. The owner was very helpful, but to have a couple of signs on the main road, as others do, would be great.
Money/quality balance is not there. Dangerous slippery staircase with uneven stairs. No elevator - no problem, just letting you know, in case you don't like carrying your suitcase to the top floor.
No shelf for amenities in the bathroom. Bed was trying to break every second day. Breakfast was homey, spaghetti and sausages most of the days... However, I liked the fact that they put locally made jams and spreads there instead of some international generic ones, and the cakes were nice, too. Instant coffee (the machine one costs extra; no problem for me, but it's also not good quality.
The beach is not kept at all, it was cleaned after the storm by the municipality, but the tractors just ploughed it, and we had to lay there between grass and plastic leftovers (later it was us and the kids of a very cool grandma of the other hotel who cleaned it).
It's not a beachfront, but is very close to the water, to be honest. The road is next to the hotel, and sometimes we heard the cars passing, so better take earplugs, if you want to sleep well.
No blankets, because the hotel operates in summer only, but now it was cold, so we used the thin bed covers + bed sheets.
Towels are not given for the beach - I managed to get one, but with the condition that I won't put it in touch with black sand. Understandable, but don't announce the beach towels under amenities then :)
I mean, it would have been a very nice guesthouse category fit, but a hotel that charges at least 130 GEL/night should work on the comfort slightly better.
The best of luck for the future!
