The hotel has an excellent location, allowing you to enjoy incredible views from the window. Cozy and modern interior with a very comfortable bed. Everything you need is present in the room for a comfortable stay. Wonderful, friendly staff who will help with any question. The rooms are very clean and daily cleaning is carried out, many thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. After a few days at the Asi Rooftop Hotel, you feel at home.

Prix excessif pour les prestations vendu, petit déjeuner inexistant voir médiocre, à notre arrivée la réception nous a obligé à régler en espèces alors que nous avions pré réservé sur booking, 695€ en espèces l’excuse étant que le tpe était en panne. nous avions réservé une chambre vu sur mer en supplément, nous avons eu une chambre au 1 et étages donnant sur la route principale de Sarandë avec vu sur les restaurants. notre lit n’a été fait que deux fois en une semaine idem pour le changement de serviettes, le prix de l’hôtel est bien trop cher pour ce type de prestations. le parking de l’hôtel est un garage en RDC où toutes les voitures se gares les une derrière les autres le réceptionniste nous a même demandé de sortir la voiture d’un client car nous ne pouvions pas sortir, A FUIR

Modern and hotel with a view. Suited for couples.

Clean and modern rooms. Good A/C. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar. Sun beds not too far from the hotel.

The breakfast was mediocre. It quickly ran out of food. A good walk from the main city area.

Beautiful view from the veranda. Comfortable beds, air conditioning and a bathroom covered in marble.

The elevator didn't always work. Sometimes slow service at breakfast i.e. cleaning of tables and restocking serving trays with food items.

Great hotel and staff

Very nice hotel. Amazing view of the town, sea and Corfu island. Breakfast was nice on the roof top terrace. The sushi we could have in the evening on the terrace was amazing. The people at the reception were very kind and made a list of things to do in the area. The reccommendations were great! We definitely reccommend it! ❤️🇦🇱❤️

Exceptional

The staff is very friendly, always ready to help you and they're doing their best to meet your needs. The breakfast was always freshly prepared and the views from the rooftop are unmatched. Also, we enjoyed having our room cleaned every day, as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

All though we felt full and satisfied after every breakfast, we would recommend to add a little more variety.

Some improvement is necessary

The location was good and there were one guy and a lovely lady (Ambra) at the reception who where really helpful and very nice. The rooms were quite new but came with a few problems. Nice sea view.

Unfortunately not all of the staff were helpful or somehow very slow on the rooftop bar and breakfast. Friendliness could have been better too. On one of our two booked rooms the air-condition didn’t work and we had to ask them to fix it 3 times till someone came. Also in our bathroom the sink didn’t work and the washbasin was broken. The breakfast could have been richer and also they didn’t bring anything new when something was finished.

Perfect stay

Perfect new hotel. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend. Pros: Friendly staff Great location Spacious room Room cleaned often and had supplies on request Restaurant was lovely with a great view Breakfast had good variety Shower had good pressure Great facilities e.g. good air con. No pool but with all the fab beach bars you wouldn’t even bother with a pool. Cons: There was a little bit of noise from elsewhere during the day but that’s the only con I can think of and that’s even a stretch. We thought we left an AirPod in the hotel and the staff went beyond and above to search for it, only for it be found days later in our case!

The staff was so helpful

It is too noisy, sincerely, they should advice about the noise of the rooftop. We paid for a superior room, with more facilities but we had the rooftop right under the room and on weekend it’s imposible to rest.

the room had a very good view and spacious, the people working in the hotel are kind and helpful, you feel like at home. You can go to numerous private beaches around the hotel and there is small convenient store in the small garden with nice people and good products.

The room was comfortable and big. The breakfast was fine. It was located at a silent place in Sarandë.

The manager of the hotel was not honest and very keen on money rather than supplying quality service. I had written him a message one week before we came regarding the pay-back of the cancelled room of our friends who couldn’t come with us due to health problems. Unfortunately, we got no answer. On the day we arrived at the hotel, we repeated our request and he said he would discuss this issue with his superior and revert, but he didn’t. At the time we left the hotel we reminded him again and he said it was impossible to pay us back and stated very ridiculous reasons, excuses. If they were good tempered, they could have easily paid back. That’s why they took twice the money of one room. Also, they were making us wait long for picking our car from the garage and bringing.

Modern, comfortable hotel, extremely friendly and helpful personnel.

This is a good hotel. Even though it was off season when we were there, the staff - particularly Rein - did everything to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is nice and modern. Some facilities, e.g. restaurants and a store, are within walking distance. Good view from the rooftop terrace. Extremely friendly and helpful personnel.

Our stay was outside the main season, so some restaurants and shops in the vicinity were closed.

Top view and great offer

Nice hotel with great view from the top. Big and clean rooms. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good localization - close to bus stop, shops. 1 km from Mango Beach.

End of April was still low season so breakfast was served a la carte. But still tasty. Kitchenette in rooms means... fridge and microvawe. There was even no single cuttlery.

Our stay was overall nice. We had some issues first with the AC and then with the hot water. However the employees were really kind and made all the possible efforts for us to have a nice staying. They eventually gave us 2 rooms even though we had booked only one. Breakfast is average.

good seaview and breakfast, but over-priced for the so-so decoration and service.

Breakfast is nice with seaview. Location is okay - its about 30mins walk to city centre so quite quiet if you like it. Bus runs along the main road

In general it is an acceptable bnb but for this price I will expect more. Seaview is really good. Room size is not great and the decoration is okay-ish. Staff is friendly but not very helpful - for example, for direction of transport, it seems they are not very sure either. And it's a bnb and definitely not a 4-star hotel as claimed.

Awesome view from Sarandë

I believe the greatest asset of this hotel is the rooftop view. You can see all the way from the northern-most part of Sarandë all the way to Ksamil. We could see Corfu and the mediterranean sea with no other building in the way. Having a breakfast with this view is something unforgettable.

The check-out experience was a bit weird. We had to wait for someone to check our room (for broken stuff, etc) before we go. I admit this makes sense in order to get a chance to have guest pay for damages to the Hotel's property, but it also puts lack of trust in guest which treat Hotel rooms as their own home.

view from the rooftop was nice and rooms were clean

rude manger and owner who yelled at us using very very bad words. I have never experienced this unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards a guest. They wanted to charge for drinks we didn’t even have. Breakfast terrible and not a lot of choice. Cappuccino not even included and nobody let us know that it is extra charge. They presented the receipt at check out without me signing anything. Very noisy
