We had the most beautiful stay here for my husband’s birthday! The staff went above and beyond, giving us a room upgrade to a stunning bungalow that walks straight onto the pool, as well as a cake. The food was fantastic and every detail so lovely. We felt utterly spoilt. The landscape is very unusual with a mix of tea estate and fruit/ spice trees and from the moment we arrived I felt relaxed.
Nothing!

Really amazing staff! organized a transfer for us, changed our booking to 2 nights when our flight was delayed, showed us great hiking paths through tea plantations.
the property is serene and has beautiful views, but for us 2-3 days would be enough here
coffee was really bad, something we really missed at breakfast.
breakfast is good but a la carte and the same every day
spa wasn’t working

Hello. My name is Polina :)
I have the best impressions on this hotel. I spent there 5 days. The stuff always asked me where I was going to go, when I would come back and if I liked everything. That made me feel safe. Cute cleaning boys left flowers, inscriptions and towels, folded in different shapes on my bed.
I want to note, that food and cocktails in the hotel restaurant were incredibly delicious. I've never tasted such dishes before. The hotel location is perfect. I got more than I could expect. Within and outside the territory there were almost no people. This is the best place in the whole world to have a rest from people and enjoy nature and solitude. Dogs, monkeys and lots of different species of birds live at the territory too. There is also a waterfall.
Thank Isuzu, who accompanied me on the private trip and told a lot about birds and species, treated with fruits and berries and answered all my questions.
Thank Dulakshi for the individual approach and attention.
I also want to notice that I don’t speak English, but it wasn’t a problem. Each person at the hotel happily spoke to me using translator and didn’t regret to take time for it. Everybody was really responsive and helpful. Thank them all for their treatment. It’s definitely a place where I would like to return.

We had the most incredible stay here, everything was perfect. The views are breathtaking, especially from the pool and you are so close to nature. The staff are so wonderful and accommodating. Big thank you to lalith, Kasun, Ish and Ajith for making our stay so special.

The location is amazing in the middle of the forest. The staff was extremely kind.
The food variety is very limited especially for breakfast

very friendly staff
nice view from the pool
buffet was good
common pool was very next to our bungalow and was loud in the morning by other guests
only option to request the breakfast to room is to go all the way down to restaurant and chooses then they will deliver, it will be better if they have a menu option for whoever wants the breakfast to room
we found termite droppings on the room floor, probably from wood roof

The whole team are warm and friendly
-- housekeeping is creative
-- attentive service
-- cleanlinesss and the tranquillity that i love most
-- fresh juice and fruits every morning
Must ask guest bout the level of spicy and salt during the food ordering, not all people could adapt on extreme super duper spicy and salty food

Great Mountain view from same places
One should not offer rooms with a mountain view if they only have a garden view.

A secluded gem of a hotel if you just want to enjoy the peace and serenity of the hill country. Exceptional pool where we experienced the most incredible sunset. Restaurant food and breakfast of a excellent quality. Guided tour of knuckles range was also a highlight for us.

amazing location, immersed in lush nature. friendly and welcoming staff. reasonable prices at the restaurant. nice infinity pool and great views of the mountains all around
the fee they charge for airport transfer is unjustified. you’ll be better off arranging your own driver or even contracting someone on site at the airport the moment you arrive

The pool and view is utterly spectacular.

Amazing pool and view. Very clean and spacious rooms. The setting in the hills within tea plantation is beautiful.
The location is 15km out of Kandy but it takes 45mins in a car / tuk tuk. If you want to explore Kandy it’s a bit far. It’s really lacking any atmosphere, the bar and restaurant could do with some music as it’s very quiet.

Gorgeous location, attentive staff, receptive to a food allergy, a rarity abroad
Bed comfort 8/10

Beautiful room, can have a lovely walk at the tea plantation. Nice infinity swimming pool.
Leaches when you walk. Wear socks and long trousers.

Everything
Small insects on the floor in the bungalow. There is noise from other customers near the pool which is not an issue of the hotel, but with less mannered people.

Absolutely everything is great
