good location and comfortable stay

Super host, warm and attentive, checked in regularly in a caring yet respectful way to see if you'd need anything which we really appreciated

Lisbon has high humidity, things can get moldy easily. The mattress, pillows and comforters could be better aired out, same as the bathroom.

Hermoso departamento en zona tranquila y bella de lisboa

El departamento es amplio, lindo, cómodo y super limpio. Estaba bien equipado y en una excelente ubicación. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y la comunicación super fluida. Realmente recomendable. Esta muy bien conectado con medios de transporte cercanos, restaurantes y cafés cerca.

Había que subir dos pisos por escalera.

Gospodarze wspaniali: bardzo pomocni, sympatyczni. Lokalizacja świetna.

Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Wszelkie udogodnienia. Wyposażona kuchnia.

Apartament na parterze jest bez okien - to może przeszkadzać. Czuć trochę wilgocią. Lodówka i łazienka z widoczną pleśnią.

Lovely apartment, fantastic location!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location! Everything you could need is very nearby, including nice little places for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Very comfortable bed, nice shower, little private terrace with seating, and a good sized kitchen. The host was amazing and gave us lots of helpful info. A perfect base for exploring Lisbon and we would absolutely stay here again!

Exceptional

For 3 adults the apartment was spacious, well decorated and very clean. It really felt like 'home away from home.' However what touched us the most was the host Sima - amazing host who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable - best hospitality I've received in all my time travelling. Nothing was too much and for that we are truly thankful!

The apartment was lovely and in an ideal area. Lovely restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Apartment comfortable and with nearly everything you could need. It had fans and Aircon and tea/coffee facilities. It was perfect but what made it extra special was the host. The host was fantastic from start to finish. I'd made an error with the booking and she corrected it for me and even ensured that I was certain about the change as it would be a downgrade in apartment (but a necessary one as I needed two separate bedrooms and ground floor was better as my uncle isn't very mobile) the host provided a really in detail instructions about how to self-check in and also provided a detailed list of recommendations. The things we tried from her list were brilliant. Particularly geographia which had the best food I've ever had and is practically next door. When I fell off an electric scooter and hurt my knees I asked her for the nearest pharmacy. She was quick to respond, told me the nearest one open but also enquired about my wellness and offered to come over to assist. She also informed me that there was a first aid kit in the apartment that I could use and which I did use and was grateful for. She was very accommodating, understanding and seemed to genuinely care. She may be the best host I've had.

Great for my purposes - easy walking distance to my points of interest.

Very close to a corner store, easy to get to certain museums. Not a bug in sight, which is rare for the places I’ve stayed. Easy to use washer.

The property was amazing! It was very clean and everything you needed and more was there. The location was walking distance to everything you need. It has AC and even has 2 fans if needed. It was super clean and organized. The views were just amazing! Beach view from our unit. Just stunning

The perfect place for us in Lisbon.

The property was great for our needs. It was located in the perfect place for us and there were several restaurants & shops in the neighborhood that we visited. It was quiet and, frankly, there is nothing negative that I can say. The bed was super comfortable - just the right hardness for us. There was a little outdoor patio that we used a couple of times where we sat with a glass of wine. When we needed more towels the host was very responsive and we got it promptly. I needed transportation very early in the morning to get to the airport. The host gave me the number of a taxi service that was punctual and got me to the airport in time. The little kitchen had EVERYTHING that we needed; even a bag of coffee powder that we used every morning to brew 2 cups for ourselves.

Apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and very quiet at night. It is nor really central located, but easy and cheap to reach the city center by Uber. We didnt use the public transportation, but there is a bus stop nearby. The hostess is very helpful, she deals wit any issue in a second. I would stay there again.

The apartment is on 3rd floor with no elevator and very narrow stairs, it is difficult to bring the suitcase upstairs.

Thanks for eyerything, we enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is well equipped and has a nice balcony (with a beautiful stripe of sea view and the most wonderful morning orange of the sky). The team was really nice and helpful (and patient, as we were late!) and did their best to let us enter the room earlier because we had had to start our trip before sunrise and were quite exhausted. one hundred meters away from the apartment there is a bakery with a small grocery store and a café/restaurant outside that we can recommend for breakfast or dinner. a second store is two streets further. Bring your running shoes, at a 5 min-running distance from the room, along the Tejo, is a great running/walking/cycling lane!

Wonderful location

Wonderful location - calm and beautiful neighbourhood that is not too far from city center and metro. Great La Boulangerie for breakfats just around the corner. For those who like to cook, local food market 5 minutes away with fresh fruit/main foods (Mercado Santos). All needed comforts for a longer stay, including kitchen and washing machine. Lovely and helpful staff.

Colder winter months, as there is no central heating (common to a portugese house). Portable electrical heater is provided for warming up the rooms. Maybe separate heaters in each room would be more convenient, expecially in the bathroom.

The location was great. Not exactly central Lisbon but in a quiet neighbourhood with good restaurants and very good public transport links to all the areas of Lisbon. It was right next to one of the best art museums in Lisbon. Hosts are super nice people, very friendly, polite and helpful at all times. They agreed to give us slightly different check in/check out times based on our flights, which was very kind of them. It was a complete pleasure to stay in the nicely decorated and furnished city apartment.

Wifi signal was only available in living area.

Highly recommended! We booked again for our next trip in Jan 2023 without any hesitation.

Everything is nice and well, the location of flat is super, close to everything (sightseeing spots, restaurants, cafe, public transportation etc.) but with quiet surrounding. The flat itself is very clean and well equipped, we felt comfortable whenever we need to cook or wash our dirty laundry. Sima, the greatest host, she took care all our needs in incredible speed and cares her guests deeply. Thank you, Sima, we will see you again very soon!

Very nice location. Close to everything, but quiet area. Apartment was spacious and renovated and had all equipment needed - even for one week stay as in our case. very flexible and helpful staff! for first day they had surprise for us - wine and small breakfast.

the only point that apartment could be better cleaned. when we arrived it looked like shower was not cleaned for some time.

I was very impressed with the warmth of reception by the hosts on arrival at the property paired with their attention to detail and response when I contacted with requests for information prior to arrival. Their suggestions when asked for restaurants and general helpfulness during my short stay were very appreciated.
