About this apartment rental

Air-conditioned apartment with wifi on the 2nd floor with elevator and beautiful view of the Grimaud harbor channels. This 2 rooms of 38m ² has in addition a terrace oriented southeast.

It consists of a bedroom, a bright living room through the bay window overlooking the terrace (with a sofa bed), a bathroom and a private parking space and numbered.

It is equipped for 4 people: 140cm bed, sofa bed 140cm, flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, air conditioner.
It is 10 minutes walk from the beach and shops are at the foot of the apartment

It is located 6 km from Sainte Maxime and 6 km from Saint Tropez. Many activities are available nearby: boat and jet rentals, scuba diving, karting, quad, horses etc ...
Free boat shuttle in Grimaud harbor to go to the beach or the market from June 15th to September 15th

No arrival on Sunday.
Bed linen is not provided
3 days minimum rental. You are greeted by the babysitter
Possibility to take the cleaning option at the end of the rental for 45Euro (s) extra with the babysitter

The visits was booked for my 50th Birthday as me and my husband met in Port Grimaud. We have friends that live there and we were able to revisit many memories. The accommodation was brilliant, I would highly recommend.

Un appartement très agréable ,idéal pour deux. Très bien équipé et agréablement bien agencé avec comme partie maitresse le balcon donnant sur le canal. Emplacement intéressant à l'écart des zones très fréquentées. Pour nous, a renouveler sans doute.

logement très bien équipé et très bien exposé . nous avons apprécié d'être baigné de soleil dès 8 h jusqu'à 15h30. le lieu est très calme (nous sommes en février ! ) puisque les routes sont éloignées et le clapotis des canaux est très agréable. a conseiller vivement !

Tres bel appartement tres calme, petit probleme de wifi, la box étant dans l appartement voisin pas de possibilité de la remettre en route, donc 2 jours avec internet, puis plus rien. Petite odeur de fuel dans un placard.

Séjour en février 2021. L'appartement est parfaitement agencé et équipé. Il dispose d'une bonne orientation pour profiter au maximum du soleil. La vue est très agréable et c'est très calme à cette saison. Pas de contact direct avec la propriétaire, mais accueil très professionnel de la gardienne qui gère la location.

Es erwartete uns ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement, das keine Wünsche in Bezug auf Komfort offen lässt. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Kanal ist unvergleichlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Appartement conforme au descriptif, bien situé, belle vue, bien équipé, propre. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Il manque juste une table plus grande pour pouvoir déjeuner à quatre et une couette plus chaude pour les fraîches nuits d'hiver.

There was no one expecting us when we arrived and it took some phone calls and knocking on doors to find the key holding person. The canal view was lovely, but far away from the center of Port Grimaud. Also the end of October was the end of season so restaurants and shops were closing up for winter. Most shockingly this fully equipped vacation home had no bed linens, blankets or towels! No where on the web site did it say to bring your own linens which would have required a separate massive suitcase on the airplane. We had to beg and borrow linens from people who took no responsibility for the problem.
