We loved our stay! Putu was the best host ever! He organized all our transport on the island, from our pick up to our transport during our day to day activities. He arranged a little tour for us when we said we wanted to visit the east side of Nusa penida, and he contacted his friend when we told him we would like to try paragliding!
Everything was perfect!

Speechless. One of the most memorable experiences of my life. Can’t fault it. In the future, if I find myself feeling sad I will think of Putu and Made and the hospitality they offered my daughter and I. The food, the coconuts, the comfy bed, the cute bathroom,, the walk down to the beach, and let’s not forget the view - were all exceptional. I will never forget and I will return. Tiramakasi Putu, Made and Wayan our driver. All our thanks and love to you.
Nothing.

Loved the feel of being in a real treehouse. You could hear the ocean and the views were amazing.
Small steps leading up to room. Just have to be extra careful especially if getting up in middle of night.
4.5
Extraordinary location away from the throng of tourists. Suwehan Beach at the base of the cliff. The view is incredible and the uniqueness of the rooms is fun and unique.
It was quite tricky to find as Google map guidance stopped quite a way from the location.

Incredible views, unique location, very nice family
Overall great but be aware it’s a long drive to reach the property.

The view is out of this world!! The view alone is certainly the money.
The room was very comfortable. The shared bathroom was very clean with great hot showers.
The hosts are beautiful people - very kind and incredibly generous. They lent me their motorbike to explore the east of the island.
The restaurant/local eatery they own is a short walk at Suwehan beach. The food is absolutely delicious - some of the best fried rice and pizza I've had in Bali! Definitely try it! They also offered me local fruits and drinks to try which was very generous.
They also drove me to the port on the other side of the island for a really great price.
I cannot fault this stay - it is worth the price 1000%
YOU MUST STAY HERE!!!
No wifi, however the host will happily hotspot you if you're down at the restaurant.

The view here is kind of best.
maybe it would be more comfortable with air conditioner

The location and scenery was perfect! beautiful Sunset and a special experience sleeping and waking up in a tree house. the staff was so friendly and helpful! They even picked us in a car and drove our scooter when we got lost and it started to get dark. Good breakfast and coffee. We also got to learn a lot about the local area and tasted their home brew. Absolutely an experience of a lifetime - highly recommend.
shared bathroom that could have been cleaner. the lock didn’t work and it was only cold water in the shower.

Absolutely loved the location. It's off the beaten track and stunning views. Staff are friendly.
Drinking water in the room was a great touch.
You can walk down to the absolutely gorgeous Suwehan beach below, but it's not an easy climb - lots of steps, and you may find monkeys along the way. Worth it, but if you can somehow find out the tidal timings first, that would be helpful because when we hiked down, there wasn't much beach left, and we didn't want to get stranded.
Food in the little Warung a stones throw away from the treehouses is good
Nothing...everything was fantastic and as to be expected for a rustic style treehouse!

The view is amazing, we spotted manta rays from the balcony. The tree house is simple, cute and clean. The hosts were lovely and helped us for everything. If you want to enjoy the beauty of Nusa Penida away from the crowds, this is the place!
Nothing, the property is consistent with the description.

View was amasing. Staff tried to be helpful
This "hotel" was complete dissapointment:
0. Roof was leaking! I woke up in the middle of the night bacause water was dropping right into my face
1. Shared (!) bathroom didn't lock from inside
2. House was extremely dirty - everything is in dust
3. House looked really unsafe - it is tied to columns with ropes! This place should be supervised by some construction specialist, as it really may fall down because of strong ocean wind
4. In the day - no room maintenance was made
And the most funny - it is not eco-friendly at all. They use lots of plastic (plastic straws for drinks and coconuts), soap in the bathroom is very agressive for the nature.
Do not visit this place, it is dangerous and completely dissapointing

This was the most fantastic stay, with the most beautiful hosts. The lovely couple that own this magnificent place make delicious food, and are so accomodating. The views are stunning, the rooms are clean and neat, and staying in a treehouse is an experience you will never forget. A great place to stay for people who want to be a little bit more off grid. The walk down to the beach requires stairs and you have to be somewhat physically fit. Be careful as they can be quite slippery.

The houses are so cute, the view was unbelievable, even as an Australian the beach down the hill was the best I’ve ever seen. But the highlight was probably the couple who run it, so friendly and attentive and just wanted to make sure we had a fantastic time. AMAZING food
Just be careful that the hill down to the beach is steep and probably not suitable for those with poor health/fitness. But well worth it

Absolutely heaven on earth - a wonderful rustic stay overlooking the ocean, perfect for nature-lovers! We slept with the sound of waves, saw dolphins and manta rays from our balcony and ate super yummy food from the warung nearby. Highly recommended if you are looking for a tranquil stay in Nusa Penida!

Outstanding views, nice host and simple and comfortable house. 10/10 if you come with right expectations and focus on the nature

it’s location is breathtaking. staff. absolutely incredible. Warung ( road side eatery) just one minutes walk away which stays open till 8/9 pm. cooks a delicious pizza and local food.
nothing. staff absolutely incredibly.

absolutely fabulous remote tree cabin. the surroundings are beautiful, a temple very close, a lovely beach (though steep to access) and lots of wildlife. We saw manta rays and turtles in the sea below the hut
I liked everything
4.5
Amazing view - there are 4 cabanas but super well isolated from each other
We could view the ocean from our bed
sunrise
Went to the beach in the morning, we were alone
super nice family
breakfast brought to our terrace
shared bathroom not super clean
5.0
It is right next to the cliff as what the pictures show, so you will get an amazing view whenever you want, sunrise is very simple to watch and you can have your dinner under the moonlight.
The facility is basic with shared bathroom, but this is what you should expect due to the remote location and lack of human activity around that region, be expecting the situation like only one restaurant and one tour operator that basically everything is running by this family =) but they are very nice people.

Awesome view on the sunset.
Access to a solitude beach.
It's a really remote place.
So it's not a big a suprise that there is just one little restaurant availale. Super friendly, but very limited menue.
Still lovely.

This was an absolutely beautiful location with the most incredible view.
we basically had the entire beach to ourselves and the sunrise was amazing.
Our host even brought us up coffee to watch the sunrise and breakfast a little bit later....so we could enjoy the beautiful morning from our porch.
We had the best Nasi Goring we've ever had at Warung Indah near the entrance to the beach walk down...the hosts wife Indah runs it and she is amazing:)
Bring snacks and whatever you may need because there is nothing else around, it's very secluded, but that is also what we loved about our stay.
The beaches on the island can be so overrun and crowded, this hidden gem is quiet and it's absolute paradise.
Very basic accommodations but one of the coolest places we've ever stayed.
The wind at night was crazy and the treehouse would shake

the view it’s just amazing and worth the long trip

Fantastic location. The family that own it were lovely. Very peaceful. Wild monkeys. Beautiful view, especially of the sunrise. Quite private and no one else around.
If you’re not brave enough to climb down to the beach, there is nowhere to swim and it’s very hot up there.
4.0
The amazing view and the perfect location. Suwehan beach just beneath the property and easy to reach.
Way too expensive. Eventhough the host was very kind and didn‘t take money for the pick up at the other end of the island (cristal bay)
