Welcome to Cooper’s Point, our family-owned & occupied wooded lake point on Lake Hamilton, ten minutes from downtown Hot Springs! Situated on the tip of our lake point and privacy-fenced off from the rest of the property, our brand new RV Cottage feels totally private, secluded & surrounded by water. Just minutes from historic downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Center and Garvan Woodland Gardens, our guests enjoy the uniquely relaxing experience of sleeping and waking up right next to the lake. We have additional space on our property for tent camping and a *small* RV or travel van of yours, if you have more people in your group, and we have available 30-amp hookup & sewage dumping. Our new cottage is perfect for a couples’ or family get-away and features lake views on ALL sides, hot tub, lake-side fire pit, an electric fireplace in the living room, ROKU, free wifi, gas grill, outdoor television on the deck, beverage refrigerator and cooking space, on-site parking, & hotel quality bedding and towels. We also offer kayaks, fishing gear, life vests, & paddle board as well as a swim dock. Our indoor kitchen offers a gas range, oven, hot water kettle with Starbucks instant coffee & tea; grilling utensils, cutlery, dishes, cups, wine glasses, etc.

While our rental cottage has its own privately fenced area, guests are also welcome to stroll our large property and use our boat ramp and dock. We love animals and we welcome small dogs. While most owners charge an expensive pet fee, we do not charge a pet fee because we believe pets are part of the family and guests should not be charged for bringing pets along for vacation.

Our point offers excellent fishing! During fishing tournaments, pro fishermen come to our point for the crappie beds that house crappie, bass, catfish and more. For those who love to fish but don't have a boat, there is excellent fishing off our dock and the off banks of the lake point. There are numerous hiking opportunities in and around Hot Springs, and the town itself boasts a rich and fascinating history, being known as the Vegas before Las Vegas was born, and having hosted Al Capone, Frank Sinatra, JFK, Marilyn Monroe, and all the US Presidents up through Bill Clinton at the famous Arlington Hotel.

This property has been in our family for generations, and we are so proud and happy to share our lovely wooded point with our guests. We have been fortunate to host a number of couples celebrating their weddings and anniversaries, and our guests have loved the accommodations we provide.
