We enjoyed our time at your home. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The fire pit at night made it that much more enjoyable

Amenities were nice. Location was nice. Needs shower in 2nd floor bedroom area upstairs. Very steep steps from garage to house and very steep driveway. Home is most suitable for young couples. Lake is very murky for swimming. Patio is nice though. Need written directions in the home for TV ROKU and washing machine. Overall enjoyed stay.

Very nice property. A little dated but nothing that affected our stay. Property nice but a little trick for older folks. Access to the water is great but not for folks with mobility issues. Great weekend overall and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We thought the location was great bc it was nice and quiet when we were on the water. It was such a peaceful place. If we needed anything we didn’t have to drive too far to get it.

The Hot Springs Vacation Rental Home on Lake Hamilton was a comfortable casual place to stay while in Hot Springs. We were 3 adults and a 12 year old. The 12 year old totally enjoyed the 'nook' (3rd bedroom) off of the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the river was fantastic. The only downside of this location, was the distance to the national park and historical downtown and a local convenience/grocery store. This home was exceptionally clean. We will return to Hot Springs and hope this VRBO will be available. The host was very responsive and timely to our questions.

This was my first experience with Vrbo and we were very impressed. Fantastic location just outside Hot Springs, 20 minutes from everything, and it felt secluded enough to enjoy an outdoorsy experience with some privacy. Everything was clean and communication with the owner was prompt. They had gas and charcoal grills and two fire pits - which got plenty of use during our stay. The driveway is steep and requires some careful maneuvering if you have a large vehicle.
My family would stay here again on our next visit. Thank you!

We had a nice time staying. Lake view in the cove area was very peaceful. House does need some TLC but, over all is a nice little home.

We truly enjoyed our stay, this lake house was neat and clean ! Supplied with all the modern necessities we needed that made for a great stay. Enjoyed fishing from dock, caught large cat fish that we were able to cook fresh from the lake. We ever go back to Hot Springs we will certainly stay there again if available.

We stayed 2 nights - 3 adults and a 12 yo. We were very comfortable. The home was very comfortable; the cleanliness was spot on. View was impressive. The home was cozy and welcoming. We will return and stay longer. Neighborhood was very quiet.

This property had a great deck but it definitely was not waterfront - had been very dry for awhile. It’s fairly convenient to most everything. It could definitely use some updating. The washer and dryer was nice to have and pets are welcome so double bonus. There were 2 extra beds that we didn’t even use so large enough for 6 comfortably, so was very reasonably priced.

Good spot for vacation
We enjoyed ourselves, caught some blue Gil’s right off the dock. Next visit will be in the fall or spring it was just too hot to do anything outdoors so spent majority of our time indoors. Stayed nice and cool.

Nice, comfortable house. Nice outdoors feel.
Unusual amount of clean-up and product replacement required of guests.
Upstairs floor creaks which might disturb downstairs guests.
Overall very favorable experience.

Nice Property
Nice property, loved the deck area. Thankful for the opportunity to bring our dog. There are a few areas of the property that needed updated, but the majority of the property was in good condition. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and location.

Quiet, relaxing getaway
My wife and I enjoyed an anniversary in this lake house. Our stay was awesome. Great location, quiet and relaxing! The deck is awesome and dock is very convenient. There is a lot of space so we look forward to bringing family and friends to enjoy another stay.

Worse trip ever
The property is fine but dated. The deck is the best part . It also has a dock for the boat which is great . The whole place it built on the side of a hill and is very steep. It is difficult to walk in the driveway and down to the dock. The stairs in the house are steep as well up to the master bed and bath and second bedroom . I’m bitter about all the required cleaning to be done prior to departure and still have to pay a cleaning fee. and have to be out by 10 am. . It’s rained 24/7 the entire week and was very humid. I can’t imagine how bad it is later in the summer. The town of Hot Springs a little run down. The bath house we went to was nice except for the long wait. I think they could manage the wait time better if they just thought about it a little. I planned the vacation several months ago with my kids schedules in mind . They changed about a month prior to the trip and my daughter was unable to come at all and my son could only come about 2 days. So keep in mind this rental is non refundable so we were stuck. Next time I will only lease something that is refundable until closer to the date I choose. Customer service is lacking where ever we went to eat in the town of Hot Springs. They don’t mind keeping you waiting even if there are no other customers. I don’t plan to return to the great state of Arkansas ever again

Perfect Family Getaway
We wanted to come to Hot Springs to have a quick family getaway before my daughter and her fiancé were married in August....it was a perfect trip to welcome him into our family!! I could sit on the deck every morning watching the water and wildlife and it was a quick skip and a hop to Hot Springs or Garvan Gardens!! Would definitely stay here again when we come back

Nice house on the lake - short drive to down town
Turn in off road is not marked well. House and location were good. Shower hard to operate and upstairs bathroom had a bad smell that did not improve during our stay. Cleaning fee seemed a little high after we did everything that was asked and was not aware how much it was till check out - that’s probably on me to not research further

Ask questions before you book
Our family was super excited for this trip with the house right on the water, we planned to fish all day and all night but were very disappointed to arrive to about 1-2 feet of water. Not like the owner is in control of this but should definitely update there pictures or inform in the description. The house is pretty old! Super squeaky floors upstairs so anyone sleeping downstairs hears every single step. Only 1 shower and water pressure is not the best, very sensitive temperature control and the glass door has to be forced shut. Beds are not comfortable, very hard and old. We had an issue with bugs in the bedrooms upstairs. Even though we sprayed poison they kept coming in during the day and night. The host seemed nice and wanted to reimburse for the bug spray we bought. Twin air mattress has a leak and did not stay inflated.

Overall I had a great time. The place was nice and clean. Didn’t have any problems

Enjoyable stay
Overall we had a great time. We had a hiccup with the refrigerator not cooling properly, but the owner was very responsive and had the issue addressed quickly. The house was clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms were a little cold- the heating/cooling is a little uneven. But nothing we couldn’t adjust to. The only thing I think I would have liked to know beforehand is that the water is not really swimmable. We thought we could take a dip off the dock. But it’s better suited to fishing.
We enjoyed the property. Nice quiet little area.

Nice property
Cute property but a bit outdated. My family seemed to enjoy it.
Pros:
*Not too far from shopping and stores.
*Great AC downstairs and good upstairs if you keep the door closed.
*Property manager is super nice.
*Nice deck porch to hang out on.
Cons:
*Super steep drive way and a bit of a hike to get to the front door and steep stairs to the porch from the car port.
*Dock needs some work and water is not moving so we did not swim in it.
*Not enough covers so bring some.
*Third bedroom upstairs is connected to the master room and door doesn't shut very well.
*Pull out couch is pretty old so might not be comfortable for an adult but good for kids.
*Skylight is above master bed so it gets pretty bright in that room.
*Hot water in downstairs bathroom was hard to figure out. You have to barely turn the knob to get hot water.
If you bring children or a baby like we did, make sure to bring a playpen. Definitely not a child proof property since there is a fireplace, glass coffee table, etc.
