This was a very nice condo and location. Easy walking distance to the beach. Quiet surroundings. Well appointed and spacious. Loved the large balcony. We had 4 people and it was great to have so much room. The pool and hot tub were empty most of the time. The elevator in the building did break down on our last day (Easter Sunday) and was not fixed when we checked out so it was a bit of a struggle to lug all of our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. Keep that in mind if you have older people in your party. Otherwise it was a great choice for us and I would stay here again.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful spot steps away from Clearwater Beach. Far enough off the strip that it is very quiet, yet close enough that you can grab dinner and drinks with a short walk. The condo is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We all sat out each morning while enjoying coffee, dolphin and manatee sitings. At night, the lights over the water from the homes across the water was a really pretty view. We loved our stay!

This was such a fun vacation for a family of 6. Perfect location with a 10 min walk to the beach and by everything else! The property was very comfortable, very clean and bigger in person than in pictures! It’s a perfect stay if you are headed out to Clearwater!

This was a great condo! Very large and clean. Patio was huge- bedrooms were also large. There is a closet in the master bedroom that is large enough to fit a pack n play so if you are traveling with and infant/ toddler it’s a great option. Pool and hot tub were great, it’s not a huge building so there were never more than 10 people using them. About 1/2 a mile to the beach ( beach cart, cooler and towels provided). We have three kids ( 9,5,2) and the walk was manageable for the 9 and 5 yo- 2 yo rode in the beach cart. There are also restaurants and shops a couple of blocks away as well. The main strip on Clearwater beach was very busy ( we were there end of March/ beginning of April). Walking to the pier/ central part of the action is about a mile. It was much easier to walk then look for parking in that area. This condo was far enough away that it was still quiet despite being in walking distance, which we appreciated with young kids. Very responsive property manager- she gave her cell # and any questions we had were answered immediately. Great place! We would stay here again.

The condo was a great fit for our family of 5… finishes and amenities are very well done. We enjoyed the quieter area of the island and the patio views are outstanding. Strongly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay We made our entire Thanksgiving dinner and 3 generations spent the holiday together in this amazing condo It was huge perfect location The views were amazing Could not have asked for a better time Colleen was awesome even answered questions on the tv remote on Thanksgiving day This place is a gem

HUGE, clean and safe property. Pretty views from the balcony. Great property manager. Well stocked for beach/pool supplies, including many beach towels! Nice pool on property. Quiet neighborhood. Only drawback is it is a long walk to the main beach. We drove and paid the $25 parking.

We enjoyed this property during our couples trip to Clearwater. We were amazed at the balcony view of the water/boats. We were within walking distance of the beach, waterfront restaurants and shops. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions/needs and we greatly appreciated that! We highly recommend staying at this VRBO property.

Close to the action, but quiet and relaxing!

Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and relax in this gorgeous condo. Our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub, and since there are only 14 units in this building it was never crowded. The beach and a plethora of dining options were all within walking distance, but the condo is far enough away from the crowds to provide a relaxing get-away. We even saw dolphins from the deck in the morning! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best trip to FL ever!

The condo was beautiful and we’ll take care of. Communication with Colleen was exceptional. She helped us many times though out the week. Loved the location on the quieter end of the “strip” and away from craziness. Having the cute diner across the street was a super plus for us. The walk to beach is a bit of a walk if you have little ones but we dropped our teen granddaughters off and picked up later. We had a wonderful time in our home away from home!

The condo was so nice, spacious and clean. It is in a quiet area within walking distance to most. We walked everywhere! . There is more than enough beach gear provided for a fun day at the beach. Colleen is very accommodating and responsive - we loved our stay at her condo!

Very clean,very spacious and comfortable! The pictures don't do this property justice! We were Wow'd when we arrived. The property owner was very accessible and helpful. We did have an issue with working the stovetop but we worked through it. It was in avery nice area. Close to the action and the main strip but not too close. We will absolutely return!

Super easy check in, we rent a lot of houses/condos through vrbo and by far this was the most beautiful, immaculately clean place we’ve stayed(I’m picky and always read reviews so to me that’s very important). Colleen was very helpful on the area and any questions we had. Beach was a little further walk then we liked but loved swimming in the bay just as much. Would highly recommend this property.

We have enjoyed our stay at the condo, we were on vacation and felt like home. Very clean and spacious. It's a about 7 min walk to the beach. If you love walking you will love it. Plenty of restaurants and shops around for your convenience. Highly recommend. Planning to come back on future vacations.

The ease of booking, owner communication, check in and out process were Stellar! I’ve stayed in a few places in CW and #502 is absolutely at the top. Extremely clean, comfortable and contemporary. Well designed and decorated and PLENTY of space. The sunrise on the amazing patio is priceless. The price for this gem of a stay can not be beat in CW. 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a well equipped kitchen to cook for the family. The pool and hot tub are amazing and grilling poolside is a must. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location in clearwater beach! close to the beach and very nice views! We even saw dolphins in the mornings from the balcony! The apartment was very clean and fresh, everything was in very good order! The owner was so nice and easy to get in touch with when we were asking questions! We will gladly return!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay here! It was very clean and tidy which is most important. You need to know that the pool is in the shade all day so keep that in mind (whether it’s a plus or minus for your family). The Location is perfect too. You can walk almost anywhere you need! My only recommendations would be: - a bigger frying pan - a crock pot - We couldn’t find a DVD player Thank you for a wonderful stay!
