Énormément des personnes, pas bien organisé, les ascenseur on pouvait attendre 20’min pour prendre l’ascenseur. Restaurant qualité mauvaise et prix élevé.

The dinner was excellent and gave a us a taste of Greece. The wine was good and local and staff were helpful. Breakfast was particularly generous.

The lift system was bizarre and unlike anywhere else we stayed. It was difficult to understand and caused a lot of confusion in the lobby when it was busy.

Absolutely 💯 beautiful and 5 star!!! The staff at reception especially Silvie was an absolute star!! Went above and beyond to make out stay wonderful! The indoor pool allows for families to swim from 5pm till 8pm which is fantastic! Free shuttle bus into town and back every hour.. red tour bus stops outside the hotel. Perfect location.

Bar staff on 9th floor too slow and double standards! We wish outdoor pools were heated!

Room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good as well, pastries were amazing, and the staff were very kind and we got great service. The pool was amazing, the views cannot be beat!!

The service at the pool was not the best, not attentive at all and it was a hot day and we wanted to get some fun drinks and had to either go to the bar or flag them down several times.

The hotel is in a great location, only 5 minute cab ride to most areas. Watch the cabbies! They all charge different price to travel to the same locations.

The hotel was nice, but we had issues with our room, as did another member of our group. There were AC issues in both rooms. The staff were able to accommodate us by moving to a different t room, but it was still an inconvenience.

Grande hotel, com ótimas instalações e infraestrutura! Equipe de atendimento muito boa. O quarto com máquina de café e chaleira, além de todos os serviços adicionais. Chuveiro também excelente!

Nos arredores do hotel não tem muitas opções de restaurante, sendo sempre necessário pegar um taxi para se locomover.

Merci au Grand Hyatt de nous avoir permis de bénéficier d un surclassement. Ce qui nous a permis de découvrir le Penthouse ! Incroyable !!!! Époustouflant !!

Hotel super novo com excelentes instalações. Cama muito confortável. banheiro e chuveiro excelentes. Café da manhã excepcional com vistas para a Acrópole. Ótimo atendimento da Equipe. Tem um Rooftop fantástico

Apenas a localização um pouco afastada do centro e em uma rua principal que não é muito agradável de andar. Não foi um problema, pois fui a trabalho, mas certamente uma localização mais próxima da região de Plaka seria mais agradável. Mas em 10 minutos de carro chega-se ao centro. A qualidade do hotel compensa.

Non mi è piaciuto nulla

Credo che lo stanzino di casa dove deponiamo scopa ecc.ecc. sia più grande della camera (che doveva essere 34mq) invece forse 14, in bagno una sola persona deve fare le acrobazie sarà 1 metro X 1,5, tre notti mai cambiato le lenzuola (HOTEL 5 STELLE) in reception, con tutto lo staff che non spiccicano una sola parola in Italiano, poi arrivi ti chiedono la carta 💳 come garanzia con addirittura la transazione (mentre in tutti gli Hotel 5 stelle dove sono stato, si hanno chiesto la carta di credito a garanzia, ma non hanno transato neanche un centesimo). Insomma sarà perché quando siamo arrivati era nuvoloso ma io di stelle in questo Hotel non ne ho viste. Esperienza da non ripetere, voto zero

Super reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstück mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf Pool und Akropolis. Fitness und Spa habe jeweils am Morgen genutzt und bin zufrieden in den Tag gestartet. Die Poollandschaft auf dem Dach war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir wurden sehr gut bedient.

The filthy bedroom. White stuff on our headboard, black mould on shower, outside plunge pool which said was cleaned daily had floaters and film over which hadn’t been cleaned for a long while. Stained black pillows, water leaking from pools above. I slipped and fell and had a nasty black bruise from. Breakfast was 30€ and totally not worth it. We complained as soon as we got into the room after waiting over an hour late for it in the first place. Staff did nothing about it, when I left I sent an email and was promised refund of one night for each room. Had to chase up multiple times but only received half. STAY AWAY

Big room, modern design, amazing rooftop infinity bool with a view of the Acropolis. Polite staff, nice breakfast. Always taxis nearby or at the front door. Great soundproofing.

The lifts were needlessly complex and took long, the bedside plugs did not work. Amazing breakfast buffet but the heating was not up to scratch and warm food cooled quickly. The cocktails at rooftop bar were more like fruit juice were overpriced.

The room was great and spacious although a bit confusing to get to at first. The rooftop pool was just amazing we unfortunately didn’t have much sun to fully enjoy it however we enjoyed relaxing by it as it has a great view on the Acropolis. And we loved the spa. Very relaxing and my husband enjoyed the Swedish Massage. Staff is really friendly and helpful and have a chill vibe and nice attitude. Breakfast was so worth it, diverse and great quality. I found the Prosecco with breakfast to be a very thoughtful touch for those who enjoy a bubbly drink at 7 am ! The location is very good, close to pretty much everything we needed and easy to get to. Overall it was a great stay ! Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.

We stayed on the 8th floor, the room was not soundproof. There was some kind of very loud engine that we assumed was the pool on the rooftop and it kept going on all night long and it was hard to ignore when trying to sleep. We could also hear everything going on in the halls and even the TV from the next room at some point. They were watching friends and we heard it clear as day. The keycards also kept getting deactivated for some reason and we had to go twice to reception to get them fixed and ended up with 4 keycards and we had to try which one worked every time we left the room. Also the pillows are very thin. The hot tub at the spa was very hot the first day we got there and I guess someone complained and they turned down the heat more than they should have because for the rest of our stay it was barely warm and it ruined it for us. On our last day we tried asking a staff if they could make it hotter and he simply said no.

вкусные завтраки, красная рыба, вид на море или горы, можно поесть на террасе (хотя из-за ветра не очень удобно) каждый день приносят питьевую воду в бутылках, принесли угощение два раза за неделю (хотя оно было не на наше имя, так что это скорее исключение какое-то) есть утюг и гладильная доска в номере хороший WiFi, ни разу не столкнулись с проблемами, даже при просмотре фильмов в высоком качестве

столкнулись с проблемами, которые не ожидаешь от отеля такого уровня: - очень плохие лифты (ниже написал подробнее) - с одной стороны кровати только одна розетка, которая занята под телефон. при этом телефон может быть подключен только в эту розетку, если розетка нужна для зарядки мобильного телефона, то выбираешь – или оставлять стационарный телефон, или заряжать свои устройства. при этом в другом номере (у наших друзей) с одной стороны есть дополнительная розетка для стационарного телефона. персонал не стал никак помогать с этой проблемой, пока я сам не предложил хорошее решение (персонал некомпетентен) - не меняли постельное бельё до запроса - в первый день пришли вечером в номер – кондиционер работает на +16 (кондиционер включил кто-то из персонала, без нашего ведома) и в номере очень холодно, переключить на нагрев не получилось, пришлось звать персонал, до этого сидели в холоде просто ужасный главный лифт, на завтрак ждёшь 5-10 минут, чтобы уехать. потом выезде, если есть чемоданы, можно реально застрять минут на 15, потому что много людей будет выезжать, много людей будут ждать лифт, чтобы поехать на завтрак.
