Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool (10 x 8 m) during the seasonal availability from June 25th to September 2nd. Additionally, there is a boccia court and a children's playground, ensuring enjoyment for all ages.

The lake des Hermines (2 km) and hiking trails, such as GR 4, are also within close proximity. Please note that a car is recommended for this car-free holiday complex. Fishing is available with a permit.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room maisonette that measures 45 square meters. The maisonette features a living/dining room with a double sofabed and a flat-screen TV. There is also a sleeping alcove equipped with 1 set of bunk beds that can accommodate 2 people. Upstairs, you will find 1 room with a French bed and another room with 2 beds.

The maisonette comes with a well-equipped kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a grill, and an electric coffee machine. The property has heating, and you can enjoy the outdoors on the balcony. You will have access to reserved parking during your vacation. Additionally, the maisonette allows 1 small pet or dog to accompany you.
Other Information
The maisonette has 2 bathrooms, one of which is upstairs, and a separate toilet. Final cleaning is your responsibility as a guest (basic cleaning is always carried out by the host). The property is suitable for families, with a maximum capacity of 8 people across the 2 bedrooms and the living area with the sofabed.
