This property was very clean and provided us with everything we needed during our trip! the beds were very comfortable and the television had Netflix, YouTube tv, Hulu and Disney+. The bathrooms and showers were great and the balcony chairs were very comfortable!
There was not anything that we did not like about the property.

Location
Everything! Completely outdated, filthy, mold, extreme rust on vents and appliances, holes in doors, missing cabinet fronts. Motel 6 is luxury compared to this! We were duped out of $800.

Beachfront location!
I did not get the apartment that I booked, I was transferred to a different location with no bunk beds extremely uncomfortable sofa bed, outdated. Hot old building. Absolutely no personal at location.

The bed was so comfortable. The view was beautiful. Everything was great and worked perfect. Only thing I would change would be having another shower instead of only having one.
Just not having two showers. Everything else was great!

Wonderful beach access, clean, rooms can be blacked out after a long day in the sun, plenty of towels. Great price for wonderful experience.
Pillows weren't the best and wifi is inconsistent.

The ocean.
The weather. We did have decent weather on Thursday.

Other than the price, everything
A little pricey but all places around the Florida gulf coast are similar since people are traveling again after the first wave of Covid has calmed down

Vacasa and the owner checked on us daily to make sure everything was good. I loved the view of the ocean! Perfect! I liked that we had access to a pool if we wanted to use it. The bed was very comfortable.
The communication was confusing because we got messages through email, and booking.com, and vacasa.com so I had a hard time knowing where to look for information I needed.
The most confusing thing was they called it Santa Rosa Condominiums (which appeared to be a dilapidated building across the street), but it was actually in the Gulf Dunes building, so we had a hard time locating it.

Everything, really clean and awsome veiw of the ocean.
There was some damage to the property that wasn't disclosed that I'm aware of. It didn't affect anything though so I guess it doesn't matter. There was also an issue with the tv but I'm positive it was user error.

Particularly liked the two semi-baths. Also having a washer and drier. The view and sheltered terrace were wonderful. And good eateries within walking distance.
The weather, but not controllable.

The view
There were roaches but it was a nice place and a beautiful view.
I was also yelled at by an old man in the parking lot thursday night at about 630pm 12/3/20 while I was in my truck working on some files. He said he was an owner that lived there and it was his job to police the parking lot. He asked for my ID after I asked him for his , which neither of us were willing to provide and only fueled his rage. When he threatened to call the sheriff on me because I wouldn't tell him who I was I rolled my window back up and he yelled at the top of his lungs for me to get out of there before storming away. I waited another two hours in my truck for police but I guess he didn't call them. I'm a pretty calm person by nature but I could have seen that situation being alot different with the right person. If his job is to police your parking lot or some sort of HOA member was just trying to throw their weight around then my opinion is that he is a ticking time bomb that could lead to a huge problem.

The view of the ocean
Roaches and rental company did nothing and hasn’t done anything bc every single comment in the guest book has mentioned the roaches. I messaged and sent pictures and nothing was done. It’s terrible when you go and can’t enjoy a room
